One couple gets eliminated, and the 12 remaining couples perform their second routine.
I don't know how to name these in a way that makes sense so I'm just going to call this one performance #1 part 2 even though there's an elimination tonight. If anyone has a better suggestion that makes more sense, PM me.

Some things I am thoroughly sick of by this point:
-- the Worm
-- the mommy edit
-- Cloris's craziness
-- the "I suck and what am I doing here" edit
I guess that the outright stinginess only lasted for one night. Brooke was not 5 points better than Misty and Maks. Sorry, but no. Plus...I thought little kids weren't allowed in the studio? I'm pretty sure that was a rule last season. I don't remember seeing the other contestant's children on performance nights. I know that American Idol at least has an age 16 minimum.

Wow, brave scoring there judges. Sevens for everybody!!!!
My immediate impressions are I think both Lance and Cody were overscored compared to the women who got comparable scores.
Carrie Ann just has to cut it out with Tony. She goes looking for it and it's just weird. Did they date or something - was that discussed? She's just wrong doing that.

I'm not a Carrie Ann fan, but bravo for telling the two guys, "hey, she's been standing there all night," for Kim. That wasn't a typical way to wait to do your performance! I gave her all my votes for that.
Cloris must go away--perhaps not as obnoxious as Carolla or Gillette, but she's close. I want her to be fun, but she's not--a little dignity is required here!

One of the Ballas boys is going to have to go. Cloris has already riffled through her bag of tricks, so maybe it's time that Corky go first. But Mark won't be long behind if he doesn't knock off the overdoing it and if Kim doesn't wake up. Len called that just right.
I was really pleased to see Rocco pick up the pace tonight. I thought he was harshly graded Monday night in comparison to some others, so it was good to see Karina and Rocco bounce back, and the judges seemed to notice that.
I didn't notice any murder of any music tonight either (my ears were still recovering from what was done to "Smooth" last night), though Cheap Trick for a quick-step???

Bye Edyta, I liked you too but your partner not so much.
Please tell me that Mark/Kym did not just dance a mambo to "Baby got back" and sorry, she wasn't shaking it that well. She seems awkward on the dancefloor to me.
I think the best quickstep on the show will forever be Apollo/Julianne's in their season, the first one they did. That being said, my favorite dance of the night was actually Toni/Alec's Quickstep even though the judges said that Brooke/Derek had the dance of the night. I really enjoyed it, they were in sync and she seemed to be breathing better.
I did not enjoy Lance/Lacey's, first of all her posture to my novice eyes looked entirely off and that black was too severe on her. I have seen her look much softer. She needs to tone it down, it comes across very harsh on the eyes. I also think Lacey needs to realize that this is a very different show and she needs to adjust. I still hope they go forward because even with all that I would like to see more of her.
Susan looked gorgeous and was giving me shades of Jane Seymour and I thoroughly enjoyed Warren's quickstep, technique issues aside.
With the exception of Kym and Cloris, I enjoyed most of the mambo's they seemed like a lot of fun.
Also to add, I dislike this format, having them stand there in ignorance to be called out and then dance on the spot.

Cloris or Kim can go home tomorrow and I'd be happy. It's time to drop the dead weight. At least some of the weaker performers from last night tried and I can an improvement and I can justify them a shot at next week.
I really enjoyed Toni and Alec; Lance and Lacy; Warren and Kim; Rocco and Karina (surprisingly). Those two hours felt and eternity though and most of the other dances are fading fast from my memory.

I think Brooke Burke is the real deal. She's going to go deep into the competition.
I was glad to see Toni seemed to come through the Quick Step able to breathe fairly normally. I thought she did a good job again.
And I'm surprised at how much I like both Rocco and Ted Mc. They are both so charming and seem to be enjoying themselves.
Please let Cloris be the one to go tomorrow. I get that she's 82 and that it's remarkable for her to even be moving across a dance floor, but I felt like her mambo was almost a mockery. And I don't think her cutesy, addled act is funny - at all.

Oh my word... that last dance! I don't know what was more horrifying - the house band being forced to sing "Baby Got Back", Kim intermittently standing around awkwardly and shaking her ass awkwardly, or Mark overcompensating by attacking the choreography with his usual overexcited Milhousian gusto. That was... laughably not good.

Sep 23, 2008 @ 10:09 pm
Did anybody else notice Mark's expression tonight? He seemed...out of it. Like, completely disinterested in the proceedings and not nervous at all. Quite a contrast from the last two seasons, when he looked positively sick on elimination nights. Maybe it's because there isn't as much pressure with Kim, because people aren't expecting them to do well. Or maybe he's just over her.
And the mambo to Baby Got Back - I think it would have been a fun dance with someone who could actually sell it because the song is one of
those songs (you know -- silly, crazy, a "go for broke" type of song...like it's so stupid that you will look ridiculous by doing anything less). Mark was completely outdancing Kim.
I disagree on the mommy edit - she's likely still nursing a 6 month old, thus, he's going to be around a lot and the reason for her boobie problem
It's still a week's worth of rehearsal crammed into 5 minutes. The producers don't have to show the 6 month old unless they want to. It's not unavoidable.

Cloris can get off my screen, anytime, and take big booty Kimmie with you - and they in turn will remove Mark and Corky from my life for a time - sweet! What was that dance Cloris and Corky did? It's like geriatric porn.
I found Ted and Rocco utterly charming tonight and hope they outlast the two aforementioned ladies

I felt everyone improved today except Kim. That last performance should have been fun, but I think Shannon's fake butt moved more than Kim. Umm, maybe not. Though Kim's excuse making was giving me flashbacks to Shannon's excuses. I thought Ted, Maurice and Rocco were most improved. Warren, Brooke, Toni, and Misty continue to impress. I loved these ladies and Warren tonight. Mark was really was hamming it up and I think Kim stood there while Mark did dance around her. I get her being shy, but I guess I picture nervous Jennie who pulled it together last season. I was not fond of this elimination format at all. It dragged but the dances were much better tonight. No clear favorite and everyone is improving.
As for Mark, at first I thought he did look nervous. But then he just did seem out of it. His face did look stressed last season. I thought he would be less intense and that he is. But, WTF was he doing at the end of that dance?
I spotted Benji in the audience, but Benji spotted the camera (of course). Anyone else find it funny that they played "Black Mambo" with Benji in the audience?
I am not sure what is off with Lance/Lacey. I really thought they would be further ahead. I am assuming based on fan base they are, but Lacey/Lance were in hold a mile apart tonight and the dance was boring.
Kym is officially just the MVP pro, love her. Lovely choreography, great teacher and really gets her students to overachieve. I am just loving Warren's dances.
Corky's stare is scary. When just standing in the background, not smiling, it is quite freaking. A Ballas has to go tomorrow because Cloris and Kim are bugging. Their partners' mugging does not help either. Just too much.
As for Brooke, she just had her baby 5 months ago so I am guessing that is why her baby was allowed. Who knows. But I did think the 9s were too much, but I do think Brooke and Toni are the real deal. I look forward seeing both of them and Derek. Lovely choreography tonight, but he scared me when Brooke slide under him. Flashback to Jennie.
I never blame the celebs for the producer edits. But please, producers, no more mommy or I can't do it edits.
I initially thought Cheap Trick, but since they had female vocals, I guess they were technically dancing to Letters to Cleo. Either way, an odd music choice for quickstep.

And I'm surprised at how much I like both Rocco and Ted Mc. They are both so charming and seem to be enjoying themselves.
To me, the problem with Rocco is having heard a great deal about what a total jerk he is off camera. I can't totally set that aside. As for dancing? He's okay. Not great, not horrid.
As for Ted? I've never heard anything that bad about him, but to me the whole "I'm an ordinary guy doin' this for the Men of America" sounded like a load of vote-pandering bullshit. Like Steve Guttenberg only even less sincere. And I didn't like that.
I think Brooke Burke is the real deal.
Aside from the annoying Mommy of the Century stuff being shoveled onto her (not her fault I think), I completely agree. The woman can MOVE. The perv in me thinks she, and whoever was with her each time, had a LOT of fun making those 4 kids. Much more than anyone who's been with Miss Kardashian.
I am just loving Warren's dances.
For the most part, me too. He DOES have this odd thing though. He can move his feet as well as ANYONE who's ever been on this show but seems to have zero hip movement. It hasn't come up yet because I think he's been lucky enough to get dances where nobody's expected it.

Misty May's costume looked like a tropical fruit. She got great compliments from the judges, but ended up with the same score as the first. I don't get the scoring at times. Getting her hip action going reminded me of Shannon's trials last year when she just couldn't get her hips to go for anything.
Oooh Samantha. How smart was Maurice not to be drawn into her trap question about who he saw as top contenders?
Brooke had a beautiful outfit except for the tissue like faux sleeves. Then Susan Lucci had a one-armed version and Toni had similar "not" sleeves. Is this some horrific new trend in design this season?
I enjoyed Cloris' comment that she was older than the mambo. Her petulance at the judges and her comment about refusing to be voted off, I take as humor. She couldn't be serious with her comments, right? Corky was really gyrating and posturing. I found their dance rather distasteful.
I was glad Ted and Rocco stayed and improved on the second dance. I'm in need of their eye candy.
I luurve Warren from his football days and on the show. But he looked like a big, happy plum. He's so happy, that it makes me happy by osmosis.
Who'd have thunk Kim K. couldn't move her butt? Nice, Shannon like try to have a layered, padded dress around the butt hoping that would encourage movement.

I only know Ted from Happy Days, so I'm very surprised at how masculine he seems out there--he's aged well! He's a bit rigid, but I'm thinking he'll have an improvement arc.
I'm actually kind of digging the cast. I like Warren and Maurice, Brooke and Toni are both excellent, Rocco and Ted are kind of fun, Misty is a revelation, Cody's just as cute as a button--get rid of Cloris quick, and Kim after that (thought I think she deserves one more week), and Susan third and it's going to be an interesting season.

What is up with Carrie Ann and Tony? Do they always have to have some tension whenever Tony dances with anyone? Sheesh. Carrie Ann...let go to whatever feelings you have against him. And I didn't like the Carrie Ann signing autographs and not really paying attention to Ted/Inna.
I agree with the poster who loved Apolo/Julianne's quicksteps (my favorites still). I thought Brooke/Derek did a great job, much better than I thought. Loved Toni/Alec's quickstep as well. They are great together. I LOVED Toni's outfit! Love the blue eyeshadow, dress and hair on her tonight.
Cloris has to go..I'm sorry. She's getting really annoying now. To me it seems fake.
Really liked Ted/Inna's mambo. Inna was great and made Ted looked good.
Does Lacey not wear anything black at all? Goodness! Thought it was the quickstep freestyle. Good but not great.
Misty's mambo was great. Love her hip movement. Hate her mambo costume. I wish Maks get some advice from Alec or Julianne. Ugh.

Baby Got Back? Hee, some producer is evil!
Lacey may be "edgy"... but "edgy" isn't getting anywhere with the judges (especially Len). She needs to adjust herself to this show, competition, and judging or she is doing Lance a huge disservice, in my opinion.
Cloris needs to go... she is entertaining, but just too desperate and completely clueless to the world around her. That "dance" was really something to behold. At least she kept it fresh- instead of calling Len a bastard like last night, she pulled a Carolla and called Carrie Ann a bitch. LOL. But, she needs to be the one to go tomorrow. That's enough.
Wow... what in the wide world of sports was that exchange between Carrie Ann and Tony? "Do NOT make this about me." Um... awkward.

Cloris is making a fool of herself. I wonder if she has dementia. Much of what she says is not coherent...and yes, I'm qualified to offer a diagnostic impression. Rocco is improved, Kim is not. The show is so long, it's losing my attention. The following dancers may leave the building now:
Cloris--and take your cleavage with you

Susan--much overrated
Ted--called for "overacting"

Thank God, I missed that.
Of course, knowing that he was there (apparently hamming it up as usual) adds to my (please, no!) forboding belief that in a season or two, close to half of DWTS's pro-dancer lineup will be made up of people with the last names of Hough, Ballas, and Schwimmer.

I'm torn, trying to decide if I would be happier if Cloris was eliminated tomorrow, or Kim. Interestingly enough, my reasoning for why either should go home is the same: they're not dancing. Cloris, of course, has the excuse that she's old and can't move/dance like all these younger competitors. Kim, however, just sucked. I mean, at least TRY. Aside from having to stand for most of the show (I'm sure they were allowed to sit during commercial breaks & when others danced), she seems like the type of person who doesn't get into the dance because she's afraid that she'll look "stupid".
I totally agree with the person who stated above about Mark looking like he doesn't care; I think he's been spoiled the past few seasons, with Sabrina and Kristi, and just doesn't know what to do with Kim.
Although I find it interesting that usually it's flat footed/rhythm-less men who stand around while the female pros spin around them, trying to distract the viewer; with Cloris & Kim, it's the male pros that are over-dancing in hopes of distracting the viewer from the fact that the female celeb is kind of just standing there.
I will say that I find Warren Sapp adorable - you can tell that he's having fun out there and it just makes you want to smile.

Tony was right though - he was standing there minding his own, not so much as a facial expression. Carrie Ann has got to quit taking him personally. That, or somebody has to dig up what's behind it with her.
I'll just say that Maks/Misty slay me. I love love love them on the floor together. They're so connected and Maks seems so liberated dancing with her. I used to be a big figure skating afficianado, and when Gordeeva & Grinkov won their first gold medal in 1984 (I have great figure skating moments on dvd, that's how geeked I was about it), Peggy Fleming said "They have the same knee action, and rhythm in them." Their inner rhythm was the same. Maks and Misty's inner rhythm seems the same to me, same speed, same timing, same quality of energy and performance, plus Maks must really love that he doesn't have to babysit her in their routine. I can see where she needs refinement although I thought she deserved one level higher scores for that performance. However as a pair they are the two I watch and rewatch. I haven't enjoyed a couple as a couple this fast this early since Drew/Cheryl.
Second to them in chemistry, IMO, is Rocco/Karina because I just love that he treats her as the "girl". I don't mean in a patronizing way, but her prior partners were clingy or deferential or had some quality to them where they looked to her for approval or reaction. Rocco has this guy thing of being affectionate and taking care of her even though his dancing is wacky, and I really look forward to it coming out more. I'm excited because I thought he'd be all locked up and she'd have to draaag it out of him. However, his performance energy is just fine. He'll need to be refined as well, which IMO is always an easier task.
Oh, Misty May dances her performance full out. I know the judges think maybe there's too much unrelieved physical intensity but I think her musicality compensates for that, and I appreciate that even the in betweens get performance mode, it's not a lot of segments that are broken up. If I were her I wouldn't work "too" hard on refinement, just keep training and let it take care of itself as technique gets into her muscle memory.
Brooke and Derek don't thrill me in the chemistry department one bit but Brooke is definitely the real deal, her performance loosened up and the seams didn't show the way they did last night. I love that she's a natural mover with great posture.

I know it is for entertainment, but Cloris is making me want to change the channel. I had high hopes for this season, but the scoring is going crazy already.
Lacey/Lance - did not rock me.

Toni/Alec - good, tiring of the heart issue

I am way tired of Cloris going up to the judge’s desk routine. Damn. I am even more tired of Cloris herself. She is not even a little bit entertaining IMHO. I don’t know what she did at the Bob Saget roast, and I don’t care, but she’s getting way too much mileage from that. She is taking up too much time – much more than anyone else. I might start muting her.
(Oh, has anyone noticed if any of the ole MTM gang has been in the audience? I haven’t. Maybe they’re embarrassed to be associated with her.)
Glad Jeff is gone – poor Edyta. Hope Cloris goes tomorrow, but I have a feeling it might be Kim K. Of the two, I would rather tolerate Kim another week or so.
Everyone else improved. A bit concerned about Toni Braxton’s health issues. Loving Warren. Rocco was decent tonight, but could have done without the Mama thing. I saw enough of her on that dreadful show The Restaurant.

I was really pleased to see Rocco pick up the pace tonight. I thought he was harshly graded Monday night in comparison to some others, so it was good to see Karina and Rocco bounce back, and the judges seemed to notice that.
Did Rocco move his hips ONCE? That was some of the worst hip action I've ever seen in any dance. And what was with that smarmy opening part? Was that the mother he used to peddle on his show all the time?
Is it me or do all the dances from Maurice and Cheryl look alike? He just goes out there and barely does the dance he's been trained to do, and the judges act like he's had a big comeback.
I'm starting to think the judges are overmarking Brooke because of a lack of viewer votes. She's good, but not as good as they claim. The backlash is going to take her out soon if they don't stop.
Maybe it's me..but I feel bad for Kim K. I don't know why.
I voted for her a few times (half-naked Mark helped get my votes). I think she's trying. She's just not that good, but there was some improvement near the end.
Ted--called for "overacting"
I saw it more as trying to sell his dance as much as he could. I'm not sure why Carrie Ann had such an issue with him when she fawned over Cloris, Rocco, and Maurice.
That was probably my biggest sore spot tonight. If the judges want to call people on their flaws, fine, but Cody, Maurice, Rocco, they all got free passes. So did Cloris, but at least she got lower scores than most of the others.
Misty's costume wasn't a great idea. She looked like a combo of Chyna doll and a transvestite. The portions of the mambo where she had to dance on her own were extremely awkward. I'm surprised the judges didn't comment.

Run, it's the freaking apocalypse I tells ya -- last night I liked a Mark routine, and tonight I liked Derek's. Wonders never cease. Brooke is really good.
What is up with Carrie Ann and Tony?
What is up with Carrie Ann is that she is willing to do whatever it takes to be talked about as if she is controversial. And apparently, she doesn't need to get Tony's permission to go along with the charades -- either that, or he's the greatest actor I've ever seen.
Wished I'd seen Benji - the schadenfreude aspects of that kind of thing are so fun. Lacey is actually so much prettier than "EdgyLacey" is.
Loved the moment when Kim K caught the camera going past so slowly that you could see her register it, and then watch her decide to turn sweetly to Cloris and paw affectionately at her, apparently for the benefit of the home viewer. Unbelievably fake looking (as was Helio's enthused clapping).
Len called Kim K and Mark exactly right. They were pathetically imbalanced. She has my sympathy after that sheer torture, MY nerves were stretched to the outer limits of my ability to tolerate, I can't imagine what living through it (on live international TV) would feel like.

Amen. He may have a bad rep but he seems completely pleasant and charming from what I've seen the past 2 nights. I thought his problem in the first show was timing. And tonight, I though he was great. So happy he's sticking around for now. Karina still needs to work a bit on her bitch-face though....
Someone mentioned upthread that they thought Julianne and Cody were about the same age. Julianne is 2 or 3 years older than him I believe. I thought they were good tonight. He annoys me somewhat, but less tonight than the first night. I keep reminding myself he's 18 and make allowances for it.
On the other end of the spectrum....Jeez Louise, Cloris.... I can see that kind of dancing and behavior at a wedding reception. I don't want to watch it on my television. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but, Poor Corky. She just doesn't know when to quit.
Kim K. did one of the most boring , lackluster mambo's I have ever seen. She seems nice enough, but her dancing so far, isn't making me want to see more.
I would like to see Misty, Lance, Brooke, Warren, Toni, Rocco, Maurice, Susan, and Cody dance again. Ted, I'll give one more shot.

The ones I am really rooting for right now are Ted, Misty, Brooke and Toni. Warren is fun but I'm not 100 percent on board and that goes for Rocco as well. Cloris can go home now, Kim can also go home now. Maurice would be so much better if Cheryl would get her head out of her ass and do some better choreo and technique. Susan is still weak and boring. I knew Jeff was going and it was the right vote out. Cody and Lance are nice but just aren't doing enough to get my attention. I think a woman is going to win this again, this time for real, a non-ringer. And I think it's going to be a big, tall brunette woman. With a petite brunette woman right there in the finals with her (Brooke). The others I have to wait and see it break down, but I feel strongly about those two going long, with Misty May getting the improvement arc, the ones the judges think may take it all, so they're going to take the long view scoring her. The judges see Misty/Maks blowing the roof off down the road, so they want to keep that carrot dangling in front of her. That Apolo, Emmit edit and scoring pattern, where the audience just loves it and yet the scores are a hair picky compared to what gets tossed out to others.
Lance must have a big fan base I guess, Lacey too, because he is just not memorable to me.
I think Cheryl's choreography is fine, but Maurice can't really move to the music all that well. He can MOVE, I'm just not feeling him at one with the tempo, tone and style. He's sort of doing his own timing and Cheryl tries to past it into the right parts of the music. He really has no funk in him at all, no inner rhythm. For a sprinter his feet are not very good either.

While I give Kim K props for putting herself out there and taking part in this show, I have to say I was disappointed in her performance tonight. She was way better last night. And I don't understand how Rocco could get a 4 last night, and Kim doesn't after that horrendous performance. She looked like a deer in headlights too scared to try. Rocco gives each dance his all. Kim needs to bring more A-game or she's going to get the boot. Bruno was right - her unsexiness is all in the head. She has to forget what she thinks people think about her and just dance her bootie off and have fun. That's what her pro should be telling her.
Susan's pro is awesome. I loved hearing him try to rebuild her confidence during their practices. She was so much better tonight. Carrie Ann is bizarre in her treatment of Tony. He wasn't even doing anything. Girlfriend is hella unprofessional.
I don't think Lance is going to be a repeat of Joey Fatone at this point. I don't know what it is. I think his partner needs to get back to the basics a bit more. This isn't freestyle. You can still have a fantastic routine and follow the rules, hello Juliane??
I flove Rocco and Karina. I know Rocco has a crazy reputation, but there are always two sides to every story. He seems to be having a great time.
I loved all the dances, minus Cloris and Kim. Cloris is such a loose cannon. She seems so together in the clips but she kind of seems like a lunatic during the actual live dancing portion of the program. And can she stop interjecting when the judges are trying to speak. That shit gets tired.
Could we actually have three ladies in the final four?? That would be major.
And for all of you who think Cheryl B looks fat, I think you're all trippin. She may not have the natural long and lean dancer's physique, but I think she looks great.
I loved Misty's costume. It was so tacky and yet fun like Hawaiin Punch or something.

I'm voting for Rocco again. I thought he sucked last night, but I didn't think he sucked as badly as his score indicated. I like him. He dances like a guy without overdoing it. He's not the best and shouldn't win without massive improvement, but I want him around a little while longer. Plus, I think he's hot. I didn't realize until tonight how few men they have on this show with normal bodies. They tend to be either excessively ripped athletes/hunks or pudgy older men types. It's nice to see someone who looks like a normal person but who doesn't utterly suck.
Is there any point in NOT voting for Cloris? Does anyone think she's actually going to leave even if she's voted off?

I hated Kim and Mark's Mambo. I can sympathize with the hip problem - everyone can't do it. But Mark's frantic dancing was a turn-off. And Len's comments on it were right on the money. I hope Kim goes because I'm starting to feel sorry for her instead of just disliking her. I don't think she's going to improve that much. I'm not familiar with Misti and I'm trying to like her but so far, I don't get it. I thought she looked like a drag queen in tonight's costume. They need to be more careful with how they dress her. Her dancing wasn't horrible but it wasn't good. Big girls have to work harder and longer to look good at dancing and she's got a way to go. Brooke deserved her higher scores. IMO she and her partner were that much better than everyone else. There still may be backlash because viewers get tired of seeing the same couple in the lead all the time, and it's very early, but at this time, they are the best.
I don't remember seeing the other contestant's children on performance nights. I know that American Idol at least has an age 16 minimum.
I think I remember seeing kids in the audience. I know one of Jennie's daughters was there.

I guffawed when they replaced the "pleasures the Mormons in Utah know" line in "Ding Dong Daddy" yet kept "me so horny" in "Baby Got Back."
Kim K., get off of my show. You and your innocent doe eyed " I don't know how to be sexy" crap. Your whole meager existence in the limelight is because you know how to act sexy and work the camera. You make Heather Mills look accomplished and deserving of her DwtS spot.
Btw, take a drink everytime Toni mentions her heart problem.
I was impressed with Misty, Ted, Brooke, Warren and Lance, even though Lacey bugs.
Also, did you catch them show Kristi, Helio, then Marissa on camera then cut to Samantha backstage talking about how whales would enjoy Maurice's Free Willy moves? Oh, Sam...

Based upon some of Lacey's performances on the "other show," notably her Viennese waltz with Danny Tidwell, she is perfectly capable of "classing up" her act. Edgy doesn't have to mean trashy and I hope that she learns this soon. I think that she and Lance could produce some very good work. They both have the talent and I would be sorry to see them irritate the judges and a portion of the audience by a lack of versatility. On to another topic, I hope that the show never does a two-hour wait-a-thon to eliminate a couple after this week. My dog cried out in pain...

About the mambos, I didn't really like Cheryl and Maurice's dance tonight. To me, it didn't look like a mambo especially with the breakdance between. Someone mentioned that Cheryl's dances looked the same...I think that person is right. At least for today.
By the way, Cheryl isn't fat at all, but she did gain weight. Her face is rounder and her back is bigger than last season. I noticed more today with her costume than yesterday. She still looks great though.

Kim Kargashian is SHY?! All together now: "YEAH, RIGHT!"
Baby Got Back for her? Oh man, I cannot wait until Friday when The Soup is on. I can't wait to see what they're gonna do to her!
Oh my god. I know. Her whole shy thing seems so forced. I do feel bad for her even though I know I shouldn't. I mean this is a person who is insanely rich, insanely privledged and contributes nothing of any consequence to the world except a sex tape and a mind-numbingly bad reality show about her snotty vapid family. God. Now I remember why I was so skeeved when I found out this broad was participating in DWTS. Oh well, maybe she'll get it together.
Btw, take a drink everytime Toni mentions her heart problem.
That is brilliant.

Good bye, Jeff. Not surprised at all. Cloris and Kim, you'll be out soon.
Loved Tom's line about "Bringing out the big paddles."
I was underwhelmed by Lancey tonight, which is too bad because I did like them last night.
Totally agreed with the judges that Misty needed to work on her arms and shoulders, although her leg movement was excellent.
Why is Len so hard on Maurice and Warren? It's reminding me of Mario last year.
Yay Susan! She totally improved over last night. Rocco did too, but I don't think quite as much as La Lucci.
And finally, Mark's dancing tonight reminded me of Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dances in terms of his appendages moving all over the place. I agree with the posters that said a Ballas needs to go tomorrow or soon, if at least because of their respective partners.
