We only have three total possible exceptions to the site's spoiler policy. Here they are:
TWoP as a whole doesn't consider first-party promotional materials to be spoilers.
This forum has TWO exceptions to that policy:
1. The "director's cuts" found on the CW website.
2. Subscriber-based information that you have to sign up for in some way to receive, like the "Sprint Clips".
All other first-party things (like promo pics, commercials, trailers, press releases and other info that is widely distributed to generate interest in the show) are NOT considered spoilers.
TV episode listings, episode descriptions, or episode titles are NOT considered spoilers by TWoP. They fall under the category of "first-party" information or the mainstream press.
We have ONE exception to this.:
If an episode description is very lengthy and more or less describes the entire episode from beginning to end, it would be considered spoilery. However, if it's just a few lines on the CW's site, TVGuide, Yahoo! TV or any other TV schedule site/listing, then it's really just the texty equivalent of a 30 second commercial. Those short descriptions are NOT spoilers.
If you have any questions, please post in the mod thread.
Thanks.
