Aw yay, the Married!Suxy (that would be Jonathan and Anna dancing) were on. Too bad it was ridiculously short and was forced to determine how many muscles still work in Barry Manilow's face. Egads, he needs to lay off the surgery.

Poor Jane. First her mom, then the fire, then the inevitable "I'm 56, dammit! That wasn't a lift!" and now food poisoning. However I rewound several times for Tony's look of shock, seeing it sink it and "Yeah baby!" with Maks hugging him and spinning him around. That's the closest we probably got to some HoYay on this show from the dancers, but....heh.


Which means: Mel B...don't blow it now.

Helio gets less air than last night on the coochie toss.

Jonathan finally gets to dance with someone who's not wooden (and I miss seeing Anna dance on a regular basis).

Sabrina gets axed. Holy shit, dude. I might not like her best, but her leaving before Jane, Marie, Cameron and Helio is just wrong.

Oh my gosh! I cannot believe this!!! I'm so shocked! I wish Cameron and Edyta had gone home instead. I'm gonna miss Mark.

On a happier note, I loved Jonathan and Anna's dance (what was it?)

Whee, we get the group dance again. The dancing isn’t great, but I just find it to be totally entertaining. Once again, Derek is totally the standout. The ‘greaser’ look is just so natural on Tony imo.

I don’t care what anybody else thinks, I lurves me some Manilow (even though he stole Colbert’s Emmy!) .
Yay, Louis! He needs to be back next season. I wish that fluorescent Disco pink would be outlawed. It looks good on noone! The dance itself was good. I soooo prefer Louis dancing with Karina though.

I did not enjoy the number from those other dancers; the ones demonstrating the choreo from Bruno’s upcoming show. Well, I liked the lifts.

Squeeee! Jonathan & Anna were breathtaking. There’s just something so perfect about the chemistry between them. They’re soooo my fave dance team ever!

Whoa, we got our shocking elimination this week. Sabrina is my least fave of those left, so I guess I’m glad that she’s gone rather than anyone else. I expected her to at least make top 3 though!

Bryan & Carmen have retired from competition. The show should do whatever the hell they can to book them for a results show!

Fucking Marie Fans are to thank for that. I didn't think Sabrina did well last night, but Marie was the one who deserved to go. All her fans who want to push her to the brink can be happy with that decision right there. It's a fan show, not a dancing show.

Good grief, Jane is still harping on the lift and pointing out Edyta as a comparison? Yes, I know that there is the belief that Edyta is getting away with lifts, but IMO it is poor form for a fellow competitor to point it out. It's like in school...remember that one kid who would get a point or two docked on a test and would then go whining to the teacher, "But Jimmy did the same thing and he got a perfect score!" Not cool to specifically single out another person. I'm sad that she didn't go home this week.

damn,who saw that one coming? I figued Jane got "sick" because she was on the verge of getting voted off. One mediocre performance was all it took to get Sabrina off. Guess the tweens weren't voting yesterday.
Oh well, this is going to be fairly interesting after all.
oh, I figured out why Barry didn't want to be on The View, he didn't want to get confused with Barbara Walters, I think they are long lost twins. The guy does need to lay off the plastic surgery and the cheesey hair pieces.

Wow! I think I went along with everyone else thinking Jane and Marie were going to be in the bottom two. What a shock that was. I'm not all that upset that Sabrina is gone. I didn't really care for her frantic dance style, but I'll admit to being very shocked at tonight's result.

Hate Barry Manilow with a passion, but suffered through two of the songs so I could see the pro dancers. Who knew anyone could move as fast on the dance floor as Cheryl and Louis in that first number. That was amazing.

I'm still stunned. Can't even think of everything I wanted to say.

I do have to admit to a moment of mirth at her thoroughly stunned and gobsmacked expression when they said Marie was safe.

I know we aren't supposed to talk about Dialidol that much and I understand it's not an accurate predictor, but it was right on the bottom two this week.

Wow. This was probably the biggest shocker I've seen and both Sabrina and Mark looked like they were about to start bawling. Everyone was in shock, including Marie.

My question is how in the hell was Jane not in the bottom two with her lackluster dances this week.

I spent most of the hour being beyond nervous for Jennie/Derek, but wasn't necessarily expecting that outcome.

Between seeing Sabrina go home (I did a fist pump of victory and may have whooped) and seeing Louis on my screen dancing his little hips off, this was one of the best results shows I can remember in recent history.

Now the real amateur competition begins.

Um...wow. Well, it's a whole new ball(room) game, folks! I thought I had the final 4 pegged and now I have no idea.

Did you guys see Sabrina telling Mark "I'm so sorry" while they were "dancing" at the end? I felt bad for her. She was definitely crying at the end and it was nice of the group to sort of close ranks around her.

On another note... Louis? Cheryl? Solo dance? WEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! Jonathan and Anna solo dance? TRIPLE WEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Holy crap. I mean, holy crap! That was completely unexpected! I thought for certain that Jane & Marie would be in the bottom two and was floored when it was Sabrina. I agreed with Len & Tom - she was destined to be in the finals.

I thought it was a really nice and caring touch that the entire group surrounded them and shielded them from the cameras.

This just goes to show how out out of touch the producers are with who they push, vs. who the voting audience has a taste for.

Yay for Louis being back. Loved that dance- will definitely want to watch it again. Len seemed to really like it too. And YAY! for Anna and Johnathan. I just love them so much. Tony's dancing by himself during the group dance was so funny- he really was getting into it. I hated him with the leggy chick but I really like him this year.

There is no way Sabrina should be going home, ringer or not. I expected her to make it to 4 or 3; Marie and then Jane should have gone.

I don't really want to hear any more lip from Jane Seymour or Marie about ageism, or ringers or dancers standing around and getting high scores. Shut up and dance. Show me why you deserve to still be in the competition, because personally, I don't see it for either of them.

I am totally shocked. I didn't really care for Sabrina but that wasn't the right outcome. I loved Barry tonight and I loved the dances that accompianed his music.

ETA: I have to wonder if they want a Mel/Helio final 2. The comments made by the judges during the Judge/contestant FAQ.

Oh...Forgot to mention...Barry Manilow has gone beyond Wayne Newton standards of plastic surgery and botox. I did, however truly appreciate that he seemed to appreciate that it's a dance show and allowed the, well, DANCERS to be shown during the pro numbers. (I'm looking at you, JHo...er...JLo...)

HOLY CRAP! Did not see that coming at all! WTF, why wasn't whiney ass Jane and Marie not in the bottom 2? I was so nervous for Jennie throughout the whole show. While Sabrina was never my favorite, I'm dumbfounded on how she was eliminated.

Well a lot of people felt the same way, especially the not a fan of hers part. If yuor not a fan, your not gonna give her votes.

Sabrina just took the thing too seriously and thats why she didnt pick up votes. She was great, but was so focused she wasnt having any fun and it showed which means she wasnt able to pick up fans along the way. Her look of fear and tears when it was announced she was in the bottom 2 demonstrated her problem. Its just a tv show. Those who think its life and death will not win over a lot of fans no matter how good they are.

That being said, I wish Cameron left before her.

Wow! Marie and Jane so deserved to go -- their dances were terrible last night! I can somewhat understand the Osmond fanbase
but who the hell is voting for Jane??!! Regardless of what people thought of Sabrina, she is a much better dancer than those two women and she certainly did not derserve to go tonight.

What's Sabrina upset about? She got everything she needed out of this show and now this "she was wronged" elimination is the icing on the cake.

This show is just frustrating. It's Dancing With The Stars, NOT America's Favorite D-List Dancer. Blah....

Sabrina was the best dancer. And she's gone. I would say that Mel has absolutely NO competition, but hell, she'll be gone next week.

I hope this doesn't mean Jennie and Mel B are next. I might puke at the thought. Ugh.

I was pleasantly surprised. I don't think Sabrina's a BAD dancer... but? I've just? Never liked her dances. That being said, I do also believe Marie needed to go this week.

Totally did not see that one. When they called Jane safe, I thought for sure Marie was going home. No way in hell did I think Sabrina. My nine-year-olds will be crushed.

On a lighter note, nine-year-old #1 watched the Cheryl/Louis dance and was in awe. Now she is really stuffy and doesn't say her "th"s very clearly anyway. What she said was:"Too bad Cheryl and Louis weren't partners. They would get 30 every week." What I heard: "Too bad Cheryl and Louis weren't partners. They would get dirty every week." HA!!!
