Can someone please explain why Jillian is so upset? I thought it was because she was sad to lose anyone on the black team, but then it seemed like she was saying sorry for setting up a situation where Isabeau would leave (maybe by saying earlier that they were gunning for her)?

takers, I'm not sure, but I think it is possible the Jez consulted with Jillian about the formation of the teams. That's just a guess, but the reason Jez and Isabeau were in jeopardy is that they both ended up on Neil's team.
