If your a shipper of Bree and Orson like myself. This is the thread for you. Post what you love about the funniest couple on Wisteria Lane that has too many things in common.

I wouldn't say they're the FUNNIEST couple (tied for first with Gablos), but they're definitely fun. I love them, but hate what they're doing. I'm glad at least Orson sees the stupidity of this plan.
My favorite scene of theirs is probably the one from the S3 premiere where he's washing glasses and turning her on; and the one of Orson on the scooter from this past episode. :)

I like them. Bree grates on my nerves lots of time, but I admit she and Orson are a hilarious couple. Orson has become one of my favorite male characters, after Carlos.

I agree with both of you. I think they are the funniest for me they are but Gablos comes closely behind them.
I also agree with the scene in "Listening to the Rain on the Roof" that was so hot. And then the hot orgasm scene was probably my favorite scene between them last season. This season it was the "Fork" scene. "Let's go freak out Mrs. McCluskey" hilarious. I must say Orson is just hilarious this season.

I have to say that I'm in agreement with the OP. Bree and Orson have rapidly climbed to the top of my current TV couples list. I've been watching the show since the beginning but have never really shipped a DH pairing before them, although I did like Tom and Lynette before they turned Tom into an infuriating asswipe. Rex was insufferable, and Susan and Mike just didn't click like TPTB wanted them to, for me at least. Gaby and Carlos are certainly entertaining, but I'm just not a shipper. They've become too contrived and seem to be taking over Susan and Mike's role as the 'token on again, off again couple that all soap operas must have'. Okay, maybe a little of my problem with them stems from the fact that I don't like Gaby and am not particularly fussed about Carlos, therefore I just don't really care.
I love Bree and Orson, individually and as a unit. Orson in many ways is the exact opposite of Rex, he embraces Bree's oddities and seems to love them just as much as he does the rest of her. Maybe some could argue that this is actually hindering her and feeding her obsessive behavior, but (as this a TV show), I don't care. It's adorable. I'd give large sums of money to have somebody love me as much Orson seems to love Bree. Also, Marcia Cross and Kyle MacLachlan are two actors that were just made to work with each other. Both uniquely talented and woefully underrated.

As immoral as it might be, but I'm rooting for them to get Danielle's baby because I can't wait to see these two as fussy parents.

I agree dorapie that's exactlly how i see Bree and Orson. He seems to adore her and would do anything to keep his realationship with her. I've loved them since the finale of season 2 and in the first season 3 episode i just loved the scene where he proposes and after that the orgasm scene. Two scenes that made me fall in love with him.
LolaRuns: That's the reason why i want Bree and Orson to take custody of that baby cause they are way better as parents then Danielle is. They are a team and they arre too much alike.

I really can't believe that Orson is still around. Given the fact that they've used his character up for all that he's worth and he now contributes absolutely nothing to the show, I'd say he's way past his expiration date. He's such a creepy, disgusting guy who has no chemistry with anyone.
He really ruins Bree. Even George Williams was a more complimentary (not to mention entertaining) character than Orson.

I think that Bree and Orson are perhaps the best-matched couple on the show. These are two people who are made for each other. The fact is Bree (with her OCD-like mannerisms) is probably a hard person to be married to. We have seen (both in the Alma disappearance episode, and the Bree-orgasm episode) that Orson is just as OCD as Bree--so it is safe bet he would be tough for an ordinary person to be married to as well. Bree and Orson complement each other perfectly, and I think they make a wonderful couple

For me it always was that it comes across like Rex loved Bree despite her flaws while to Orson those flaws are a bonus. Rex fell in love with some young, happy version of Bree and as the OCD grew and grew he stopped being able to ignore them.
Orson only knew OCD Bree and totally gets her.
I guess it depends on your POV what is better. Does somebody like Bree deserve to be happy and find a guy who is totally cool with pretty much anything she does? Or would she better off with a guy who tries to tell her no and to stop acting a certain way?
In real life the second version is probabl more likely and even better. But DH is naturally a bit larger than life, and I always got the impression that "He loves her flaws" is sort of communicated as the best case scenario.
Just take Susan/Mike. Mike knows she is annoying, but at the end of the day it is still endearing to him. Even Gaby and Carlos are a better couple now that they have shown each other their worst and they still want each other. The message in romance seems to be that Susan is just Susan and Bree is just Bree and you are much better off if you just step back and let her run wild. And Orson does that to the perfection and more importantly he really seems to mean it.

I laughed so hard and Bree's jewishims so funny. I almost cried when Orson said he thinks of himself as Ben's father. But yes i was on his side in this. I didn't like how Bree just throw that "Her Blood" is in Ben's and not Orson's.
The previews for the next episode look great. Poor Orson isn't getting any lol.

LolaRuns, ITA with your post. I also think it's more than Orson just accepting Bree's flaws, I think he's drawn to them, and I think that Bree in the same way is also drawn to his. When you look at (what we know of) the lives of both characters, there are some remarkable similarities. They seem to have a deep level of understanding, unconscious or not. I don't think you'd ever be able to come up with a character that's more compatible with Bree than Orson.

I agree with you dorapie. It's obvious that Orson is the only person to accually get Bree and her crazy ways.

I love watching those two together - they have such chemistry together and it gives the viewers the impression they were made for one another. Two great actos that are playing off the others kookiness. Great entertainment.

I think Orson's the only man who could put up with Bree's crap. What other man would help her cover up a fake pregnancy? He gets her and her odd behavior, and loves her how she is. Admittedly, I can't stand Bree, but for some reason she and Orson work together. I chalk it up to Kyle and Marcia's chemistry.

Not enought of BrOrson and that's what made me a little mad about this premiere episode.
