4) Shonda puts out fake sneak peeks that show Meredith and Derek all happy only to pull the rug out from the fans at the end of the episode. That's dishonest, Shonda. YER FIRED!

5) She's a serial killer of premeditated preportions!!! The constant character decimation should have her behind bars at the very least!

6) Because she's reduced Cristina Yang, the most kickass character on the show, to the best friend with witty one liners.

7. Continuity with characters, storylines ... and of course the general set

8. Gizzie

9) Because the bitch can't have it all.

10- Because she came up with the shark jumping ferry arc and brought Denny back. Again.

11) She is bringing on a new love interest for Derek when there is absolutely no fucking reason to.

12) Meredith and what she has become!

Seriously, Derek is a girl right? That would explain so much.

14) Because she lets Izzie and Derek get away with murder

15) Because she thinks that George the manwhore who has slept with more people than anyone else on the show, is a decent guy.

16) Because she infected Bailey with an uncurable form of Gizzie, and it will eat through her intenstines.

17) because she used Miranda Bailey, of all people, to excuse George

18) Because according to the promo Izzie shaves her legs to have “hot sex” with George

19) Derek going on dates with anyone other then Meredith.

20.) Because she's hellbent on proving to us all that women can't have it all.

21) Because she's so blinded by his looks, she can't see what a douchebag the leading man is.

22) Because she insists on calling Meredith "an emotional cripple".

23) Because at some point, she will put Cristina into a triangle.

34) Because Patrick Dempsey is too nice, too hot and too awesome to be forced to play Derek Shepherd the way she writes him, and it screws with our heads

35) Because we shouldn't have to read the "Grey Matter" blog to find out what REALLY happened on the show.

36) Because she allows the use of narcotics amongst her staff.

37) Because all the drug use has caused memory loss from season to season, episode to episode.

38.) Because she steals from other medical shows since she can't think of things on her own in hopes that the viewers won't figure it out. Unfortuantely for her we have.

39.) Because what was once an interesting show on the humanization of doctors and their emotional as well as mental trials is now a glorified soap opera. Wait, scratch that. Soaps are more fun.

40. Because of all the great Buffy writers she could have hired, (Petrie, Greenwalt, etc.) she goes with Marti Noxon who singlehandedly nearly destroyed the show.
