It will be interesting to see how the death of the girls' father (Lou, the guy with the water company) plays out if at all on the show.

I'm not sure how I feel about Jo not being back on the show; she was a person I loved to hate.

I wonder how fake Lauri will look now and if she's learned how to be a mother to her poor son. I feel bad for the kid, all the kids on the show really.

I actually found myself driving in my car wondering about the relationships of two of the daughters. The one with the denim bloomers, the chunky ex-bunny's daughter...I want to say Kara?

Then the control-freak's daughter, Brigitte or Brianne or whatever who had her date interrupted.

Jo filled me with suge a blind rage I don't know if I will miss her or not. Though I do miss seeing all the assy things Colton does.

In a sense I'm sort of bummed that there won't be any Jo/Slade, but at the same time, if they're broken up & he's managing her "singing" career, well...I'm already subjected to one Heidi & Spencer on my tv & I sure as heck don't need another!

Talk about delusional for Slade and Jo. If Jo thinks she has any musical talent, she needs her head examined.

I must admit that the Real Housewives is a guilty pleasure.

I wonder if the baseball player husband will be in the show anymore. Can't remember his name, but he wasn't too chummy with his wife, family or life in general.

I remember the old thread, and it got shut down because people kept talking about Lauri and Josh, so hopefully we can keep the new one if we keep the commenting on them to a minimum.

I kind of can't wait for this train wreck to come back. I actually really liked Tammy. I still miss Kimberly, though.

And I was wondering if Lauri ever actually wound up marrying George. They had been talking about getting married early summer 2007, which has already come and gone, so do we know if the wedding has taken place? I never saw anything about it.

According to the last poster on this blog at the OC Register, Lauri and George got married on September 8, 2007 at his home. The blogger also mentioned that it will be shown this season - whereas, George's youngest children will not. I, for one, am glad that the kids will not be involved in this show.

I was really excited to see this show coming back and even more excited to see no Jo/Slade. Even though they were the most fun to make fun of.

Yay! I have somewhere to post my Housewives sighting. We saw Lauri and George at the Ivy hotel in San Diego (the new hotspot here) this past weekend. Lauri is very tall and George is much better looking and younger looking in person.

No Slade and Jo -- sniff -- I'm choking back the tears! I got a good, hard belly laugh that she can't be on again because of her blossoming musical career. Oh yeah, everyone wants to hear "Oooooooh the way I feeeeeeel". BTW, that has to be sung as off-key as possible to mimic Jo's wonderful voice.

I was hoping we'd finally see Slade coming out as a gay man and walking around in curlers and Jo's stinky pinky bunny slippers. I wonder if he finally found a job and finally shaved his face (instead of or in addition to his legs -- and the rest of his body).

To be honest, I tried to look, but couldn't really get a good look in, because she had massively large sunglasses on her face and I was also trying not to be too obvious. The rest of her looked surprisingly pretty though. I could definitely see why someone like George would be attracted to her. I always find that people look better in real life than they do on the screen. For example, having sat next to Courtney Cox in a restaurant once, I was surprised at just how gorgeous she really is. I have also sat next to Cameron Diaz, whose skin looked better in real life than it does in magazines.

Woohoo!!! This has really made my day. I wonder if George asked Lauri to sign a prenup? I'm guessing that since she's his third wife, and they married in California, he's not going to be stupid enough not to have an agreement of some kind.

But then, maybe he is.

I'm not a moderator, and I don't know for sure, but the last thread got deep into the legal wranglings of George, Lauri, and their children. There were people posting who were obviously well-acquainted with the custody battles and other things going on in their lives, and apparently some attorneys asked that the thread be shut down.

Hmm, that article just reminded me. George was driving the Ferrari (very nice!). It was waiting for them at the valet stand.

In the clips from the third season shown on Bravo, it looked like Lauri's oldest daughter had lost weight. Or I got her confused with one of George's kids. Tammy's younger daughter needed to cool it with the orange makeup and ratted hair. She was starting to look like a blonde oompa loompa.

This article seems to say that Jo was replaced because Slade and her fucked with Bravo.

I think I will actually miss the Slade and Jo drama. Too bad. I think every other wifey is back right? I feel kind of bad about myself that I cannot wait for this to start.

I remember when this board got shut down - I went over to Bravo and it was PAINFUL. It was so heavily moderated that you could post and then it would be "looked over" by a moderator who decided if it would get on the board. I think I tried to go to another board that was also shut down. Funny what money and lawyers can do! All the poor reality stars have to deal with people talking smack about them.

I am relieved that Slade and Jo aren't going to be featured. They took up too much time from the other delusional folks. I am thrilled beyond belief that we will likely get to see Lauri and George's wedding. Why these people have agreed to do this again is beyond my comprehension, but thank goodness they did!

Darn, we missed the OC Energy girls at their big event in August. Hopefully, there will be other opportunities. . .

I mean seriously--have any of you taken a walk over there? Virtually nada about the drink itself and this is (correct me if I'm wrong) supposed to be a healthy energy drink, right? You know--like maybe something an athlete would want after a workout? If I were in the market for something like this, if I were trying to sell something like this I'd probably emphasize the--oh, I dunno--the healthy properties of the thing maybe? Maybe tell people why this stuff is good for you, why you'd want to run out and snap up a case? Maybe?

Instead we get a disjointed, rambling spiel about how some restaurant the late Lou owned designed it's parking lot to accommadate ferarri's (sp?) and a link to four of the 'girls'--all severely overly made up and looking major slutty. Okay--there was a little more, but not too much.

I reread the OC Energy info, and damned if I don't think Ass-ley wrote it. Poorly written, grammatical and punctuation errors, makes little sense. . . sounds like an uneducated twit's work to me! Maybe they'll film the girls going to Vietnam this year! To see the Vietnam vets! Or the Vietnamese veterinarians! OMG!

Oh, gawd, that's his rent-a-date from last season's ending episode with the dinner party! She's a "model" and wore the highly fashionable black leatherish shorts and vest with fur trim to a summer barbeque. She's also the one who destroyed her nose with plastic surgery. From the front it's not as horrid, but from the side it's like this wee little doll's nose slapped onto a grown woman's face. I have to say, I'm surprised he's still trolling her around.

I hate having to admit that I remember this, but that's also the woman that he sat next to at a dinner party last season. They shared a pork chop or something similar. Her name was something like Janice or Janet.

Slade is the type to run something into the ground even when it's obvious that it's not working or is completely artificial. Even when Jo was moving out, he stupidly refused to see the writing on the wall.
