I'm just not seeing Hillary as a serious contender anymore. That weepfest was cringe-worthy.

ITA. He gave her the rose in an attempt to calm her down (after all, he was into her enough to request her for a 1-on-1), and figured he could hack three others easily. With the plane back to LAX ahead, the consequences of her stepping into the fuselage without a rose would've been quite dire.
Hil's an easy out next week.

Oooh, I disagree with just about everybody on this one. I think she was just under tremendous stress: she seemed nervous from the moment she put on that dress. I was impressed that she managed to stop crying by sheer willpower. If it were me, I'd have been crying from the moment I saw the private jet!

I think I know her from college. Does anyone know if she went to Penn State?

I think that if she didn't get the rose he would have taken the plane back alone and we would have seen some dramatic footage of Hilary standing on the runway crying while Brad flew off.

I finally caught up with my DVR'd episodes last night (mini-marathon) and I think that Hillary is the winner or runner-up. I am basing this solely on her manicure. From the "this season on The Bachelor" montage from episode 1 in the clip of Brad holding one of the final two's hands, her fingers/nail shape and polish look exactly like they did in one of the clips from their 1-on-1 date. Although...sneaky editors, I suppose the footage could actually be from the date they just showed and spliced in to create confusion in brains like mine.
I actually didn't think he really was all that freaked out by the crying and I think he genuinely likes her.
But, yeah, I would have been MORTIFIED if that were me and I could. not.stop.crying. Oh the embarrassment. I felt like he was making it worse too by continuing to ask "are you okay?" That alwaaaaaays makes it worse. She should have excused herself and gone to the bathroom to catch her breath.
>>EDIT...er, I take back all my empathy. After watching last night and also seeing the preview for next week(the hell?!?), I can say with full confidence: girl is obviously NUTS.

Everyone ready for tonight's hysteria-fest?
I'm so afraid it's not as good as it looks in the previews.

Oh, Hillary. You might want to take a Social Cues class at your local continuing education center.

Was anyone else creeped out by how she talked (well, sobbed) about how she had wanted to introduce Brad to her dad and have her dad "be proud of her"? Because, ick. Whose dad is "proud of her" for going on The Bachelor and getting to the group date state, and who needs to get a guy to make her dad like her at all? If anything, I'd think it goes the other way -- that dads tend to think no one is good enough and therefore not necessarily prefer for their daughters to get the guy.

From all that bleeping, something tells me Hillary brings the kink. She'll be getting some attention from rich hornball doctors today.

When she said she couldn't breathe after the rose ceremony, mid-panic attack, I yelled at the tv, "that's because your dress is too tight!"
And production must hate her because the makeup streaming down her face just made it all worse. I think she was a little over the top the whole time, but they could have given her a tissue!

One of the worst bachelorettes ever. I am so glad she is gone. She was so delusional and over the top. I think the only one that I laughed at more was that crazy woman who kept coming back after Jesse Palmer axed her.

Which makes her one of the best bachelorettes ever...for entertainment purposes.
I did enjoy Sillary's kinky rant, and you know Brad watched that clip last week and felt pretty good about himself, while Sillary's friends will probably never let her hear the end of it.

She must be so embarrassed at this whole mess. Especially that too-tight gown. Yikes.
