So while I was looking at the prizes for the abc fantasy game, something caught my eye. A description of the DWTS video game and I had to shake my head, and then I had to share.



I'd be interested to see if you can mix up the partners, or if it has to be the pairing from the show.

So is this going on anyone's wishlists? ;-)

Looks like a Dance Revolution type game for at least the wii where they make you do certain motions, while the dancers perform on the screen.

I think it's the pairings from the show because the little so far I've seen shows Emmitt, Mario, Joey L., Stacey, Lisa Rinna, Monique and I think Laila as celeb options. It seemed as if in the pics they were paired with their actual celeb partners.

What I don't understand (unless I just haven't seen these celebs mentioned in the ads and descriptions) is where are winners Kelly Monaco, Drew and Apolo?

I was wondering if Drew got bumped because of the only doing one celeb per pro and they figured Emmitt was the bigger star?

But considering Apolo and Drew were probably the two most popular celebs on this show, seems weird.

Maybe Apolo and his people didn't want to give up video rights to his image, or they wanted more money than was offered. Drew? No idea.

All I care about it whether or not Mario AND Karina are on the game. If either one of them is missing, I'm not buying the game.

I bought the game and am obsessed with it! It is SOOOO fun! For those who don't have it and want to know...it is just like dance dance revolution except without the foot pad, you may be able to use the foot pad but I'm not positive on that. you can compete with another person, you can just go to the dances, and you can compete for the trophy. In order to unlock the couples you have to compete for the trophy to win, and if you want to unlock the "professional" dancing you have to win at the professional dancing...there are two choices, to dance ametuer or professional, and for some odd reason i'm actually better at professional than amatuer - weird!

they start you off with Monique and Brian Fortuna and also Cheryl & Emmitt I think. The other couples you dance with are, Joey McIntyre & Ashly; Joey Lawrence & Edyta; Laila Ali & Maksim; Mario Lopez & Karina; Stacy Kiebler & Tony; Shana Moekler & I forget...hmm and also Lisa Rinna & Louis.

I highly recommend it...soooooo addicting!
