Lori Langley

Lori is a biology teacher and certified Pilates instructor. She received her certification through The Physicalmind Institute at The Body College in Washington, D.C. in March 2002. Since becoming certified Lori has taught Pilates classes at several local gyms and has participated in many Pilates workshops at The Chesapeake Yoga Center. In addition to strengthening your core and making you look leaner, Lori feels Pilates is essential in achieving complete balance and muscular harmony.

OMG, I never thought that I would be one of the few, the proud, the....

"Bachelorette contestant went to my high school and lives nearby" kind of person!!

I just happened to see and followed the link, and yep, she is a few years older than me (her sis graduated with me) and teaches at a school about 5 miles from my house! Now, I just need to find some connections and dirt to be a true Bachelor contestant mole!
