From tv.com:
Watch Video Jack sees an opportunity for budget cuts when Josh's contract is up, forcing Liz to go out of her way to motivate Josh into staying with 'TGS' and not moving on to a rival show. Meanwhile, Kenneth earns a coveted spot in Tracy's entourage and Jenna gets in trouble over a misquote in a popular magazine.
So many quotes that my head will explode trying to remember them all.

While this episode is hilarious on its own, I love how many callbacks and bits of continuity it manages in every plotline. You have the Nigerian Scam paying off, resolving Tracy's previous money problems and noting all the members of his entourage, except Griz and Dotcom, finding other jobs. There's Josh's stupidity, previously noted in The Aftermath and Jack-Tor, coming back into play (btw, how the hell is he, Mr. 760-on-his-SATs, the only one of the cast part of the writing team?). Jenna's bad taste in men, and her broken engagement to David Blaine, come up again, along with her celebrity ditziness (there was an earlier mention of a magazine interview where she said her favorite book was the Koran), and, of course, Muffin Top. Then there's Liz's conflict of being friend or boss, which came up early on. And Jack is perfectly Jack.

This is my absolute favorite episode. I can watch it over and over (and have). I'm so glad they used a clip from it when 30 Rock won the Emmy. Tina's wink is perfection!

Yeah I think this might be my favorite as well, Josh and his agent are just awesome in this, all of Jenna's problems crack me up, but the best thing of it all is Kenneth as a part of the Entourage.

"... and that lady you European-kissed last night was actually a man."
This episode was beyond awse!

I love how Chris Matthews doesn't even attempt to keep a straight face; Tucker Carlson, meanwhile, looks like he's angling for a Guest Actor Emmy.

Tracy singing The Bodyguard love theme at the end (an over the credits on the DVD, IIRC) was just the icing on the cake.

This episode was an A+ people. Absolutely awesome and it was really Liz and Jenna's episode to shine.
"Hunting down Barack Obama and voting for Osama in '08" was probably my favorite 30 Rock moment so far.
Also I loved the negotiations with Jack and Josh because the agent was such a douche when he wasn't completing his words. And Tina's little homage to the Daily Show was great too.
This episode sealed the deal for me though, its not only hysterical but its one of the best shows on TV.

I gave my brother and SIL the S1 DVD set and watched the first 6 episodes with them, but then I made them jump ahead to Hard Ball before we had to part ways. They almost didn't survive for laughing. It was a great send-off.
Agent: Let's skip the foreplay and go straight to the penetraish.
Liz: Ew.

Hee! I've been at home for school break, and I made my mom (who spends her days negotiating) Hard Ball, and she just about died laughing. Definitely an awesome ep to show anyone just getting involved in 30 Rock.

I just rewatched this ep, and while I still kind of appreciate the idea that Tucker Carlson and Chris Matthews would appear as themselves, my hatred for Chris Matthews especially has grown in leaps and bounds as the campaign goes on. So it's now much harder for me to laugh at the Jenna hilarity. Boo. Damn you, sexist assholes, for dampening my 30 Rock enthusiasm.
That said, hilarious.
