I think Dr. Spaceman (that's Spa-CHEM-in) is worthy of his own thread though he's recurring.
I am so happy to see Chris Parnell on my TV again, you have no idea.
Dentist, physician, fertility specialist, meth addiction specialist... and author of the book "You're Doing It Wrong."

And a crusader against the powerful bread lobby.
I love him, just how straight Chris Parnell is makes it even better.

Parnell has been
added to the cast of the ABC mid-season show Miss/Guided, but there's no word yet on how it might affect his recurring role as author of sex guides that guarantee male orgasms.

I so, so, so want to read You're Doing It Wrong.
After all, medicine is whatever we want it to be.
I would love to see a scene between Dr. Spaceman and Josh's agent. They're very similar -- both so friendly and smiley about their preposterous approach to their profession -- and I think that could lead to outrageous comic sparks if they spar with each other. Hm, given Alan's sex addiction, maybe he could see Dr. Spaceman for advice?

I want to see some of his work in child psychology (for writers' children). That should be something.

Oh my gosh, yes! Please let this happen. It would be amazing. No, beyond amazing.
Liz should go and see the gyno or something, and it should turn out to be Dr. Spaceman. Or Jenna.

When I first read this, I thought you meant that Jenna should turn out to be the gynocologist. Whoops...
But, I love that idea. Dr. Spacemen is my favorite recurring character, so any plotline that involves him is fine by me.

Dr. Spaceman: Worse doctor than Frank Burns, and more inappropriate than the inappropriate doctor on "Arrested Development".
If Chris can't play the "good" doctor after the other series starts, I hope they use him even more while they can. And after, if need be, replace the character with Dr. Bob Loblaw!
Hopefully, though, he'll be able to still play the Doc once and a while.

Google taught me that "spaceman" is a slang term for crystal meth. Damn, how funny is that?

I wish somehow Dr. SPaceman could meet Dr. Nick from the Simpsons. They are my two favorite fictional doctors.
