I'm confused by the occasional comment that Dr. Who left Jack behind when he and Rose left the station after Rose defeated the Daleks. I know we tend to think he is omniscient, but is there any real evidence to show that he knew Rose had resurrected Captain Jack? He was, after all, on another level and could be assumed to be out of range. When Jack came into view as the TARDIS dematerialized, the Doctor and Rose had other things on their minds. I'm just asking -- why assume that Jack was left behind as a conscious choice?

Jack will return to the show a week from Friday on SciFi. You can expect an explanation.

A week? Can I wait a week? Well, maybe if I keep rewatching "Torchwood."

Maybe you could spend that time learning your way around the site? I'd suggest the Site FAQ, linked at the top of the page, for starters. That's where we ask you not to open random threads about whatever you feel like, instead of finding an appropriate thread to ask your question.
