I got nothing clever for the thread title.

I really don't like this girl. I find myself fast forwarding through her scenes on the season 2 DVDs. She just seems like such a leech and a loser. Bleh. And why does she always where that frosty, hookerish lip gloss?

Found her myspace profile and she lists Spencer's client, Ya Boy as one of her musical interests.

You mean to tell me Spencer has more than just Heidi for a client?!

I think she resembles Paris Hilton in the looks department.

I don't mind her being supplanted by Lo because I never felt like she brought much to any scene she was in.

Her nose job did wonders. She must have saw herself on TV looking like a tranny and decided to take action.

What I don't get about this girl is apparently she is very smart. She is pre-med at USC, on the dean's list studying Neuro-science. Why is she determined to be on The Hills and even worse aligning herself with what has to be the most hated two people in reality tv?

What I don't get is why this doesn't show through in her personality. She seems so dumb when she speaks. Like that scene from season 2 when she tries to point out a cute guy to Lauren and she can't figure out the difference between 6 o'clock and 11 o'clock, too funny, and not in a good way.

Finally a thread on Jenn. She looked glorious in last weeks episode. :) But she should wear a belt with her jeans because she kept having to pull her jeans up when she got up. ;)

Wreckless, I don't think Jenn who is very smart and is in fact smarter than Lauren and Lo has done her life much good by being on "The Hills" and being portrayed negatively. She was her long time friend Lauren's verbal punching bag during part of season 2 and was she humiliated around the world by Lauren on international television and that had to hurt her. Jenn should have bigger things to do in life than be a spare part on a somewhat real reality television show. But I do hope she gets closer to Heidi so we can have a Jenn and Heidi versus Lauren and Lo confrontation on an upcoming episode of "The Hills" ;)

And Wreckless maybe the pull of being on television has a hold on Jenn because with the way she's being portrayed has to hurt her. Part of it is the editing done on "The Hills" executives. They can make Jenn or Heidi or Spencer look bad to the viewers if they want to. And they do.

What I don't get is, if she didn't like the way she was portrayed last season, what makes her think they'll show her in a better light this season? I don't get why she agreed to film either. She does look 10x better b/c of that nose job. It did her wonders.

Waste of frosted lipgloss!! Skeezy girl! If she is Pre-med, I would be suprised.(no offense to Wreckless) She looks about as smart as a bag of hammers. The show would be just fine if she wasn't on and devoted herself to her studies full-time. The way she talks drives me crazy.I am not sure she would have the bed side manner to be a doctor. I have visions of "Valley Girl" running through my head. Yikes!!!

I did find her rather calculating in the last episode. Her answers were quick and loud and she almost acted aloof to Heidi sitting right in front of her and even dared to call out some shit.

Some people can be very, very booksmart but be kind of dumb with things like communication and common sense. She's probably pre-med in the same manner that Heidi and Spencer are engaged. "Questionably so."

I dont know... to me she ugly on the inside so she will never look pretty on the outside. I understand that she was portrayed negativly but there is a founding basis for it somewhere in there.

If she were really pre-med, I would imagine that she would be too busy with her hefty class schedule to party with Heidi and company. Pre-med is hard. How can Bunney have the free time to party and whore it up on camera while dealing with the kind of classes she would have to take as a pre med student? Not buying it.

Well, pre med just means you're taking the classes that put you in that major. It's just like choosing any other field of study (unless her school requires students to have a certain gpa to be in the pre-med program). If she's failing all of her pre med classes then that doesn't make her a genius. But she is on the dean's list (though there could be another Jenn Bunney running around USC).

My cousin is pre-med and when she's not studying or in class she's catching up on whatever sleep she can.

Though I don't know she just might be. Doesn't sound one bit believable but stranger things you know...

Pre med has alot of requirements. She'd be taking alot of heavy science courses, labs, etc. My friend was pre med and she worked her ass off. It's extremely hard and rigorous. She got little to no sleep for days on end between tests and labs. The work load is insane. I don't see Bunney up for that.

Was Jenn's voice always so nasal, or is that a side effect of the nose job. I can see why she did it, but I kind of liked her old nose.

I agree. She's still cute but now she is grouped into the cliche 'rich California girl with fake or modified parts' group. Oh well I guess it is becoming commonplace everywhere...

I have always liked Jenn and still do. It is apparent from her history with Lauren that she has a problem with lusting after boys/men that Lauren is interested in (sans Stephen- I hope). She is the type who will try to get up into another female's spot if she sees something she wants, but you never do that behind your BFs back. But I believe that stems from the fact that she is priviledged and spoiled. Hopefully she has learned to be completely upfront with people she considers her FRIENDS.

Did anyone notice the scar under her chin when she raised her head? It's about an inch or so and it's right in the same spot (that all my years of watching Dr. 90210 has taught me) where they make incision to put a chin implant. I'm jus' sayin' is all.

Good call! I didn't notice it but I went back and capped it, it's quite obvious. So she's had 2 nose jobs & a chin job, that we know of. She looks so much better though.

I didn't like Jen's nosejob at first but after seeing a shot of her from S2, I'm a fan of it. It really softens up her face. She looks really pretty now.

Jen is a good example of someone who had plastic surgery to make some subtle improvements to her looks without coming out of it looking like a different person. She still looks like Jen, only better. Heidi, on the other hand... I truly think Heidi looked so much better before. She had all of these things done that she just did not need to do and looks a little "off" now because of it.

Well, in that case Heidi and Demi Moore are in luck. Plastic surgery is only a few years away from actually making people look better.

In season 2, Jen always reminded me of a brunette Paris Hilton, with her lanky figure, long nose, slight underbite and the way she moved her mouth when she talked. But with the plastic surgery, she doesn't remind me at all of Paris anymore--in fact, I had a little trouble differentiating her from Audrina (not that Audrina looks like she's had any work done--she doesn't), when they switched from one to the other during the episode with Jen and Heidi having breakfast at Doughboy's. Jen looks gorgeous now, but--as often happens--less memorable to me; her face is more barbie-like and has less character than it did with her original features.

Jen's appearance never bothered me. I don't think she really needed surgery. However, she still has the personality of a weed.

I think she looks damn good, and that if I hadn't seen her before the surgery, I wouldn't have detected it now. I'd say she's one of the prettier extended cast members now, with the exceptions of LC and Whitney, IMO.

I was just watching the Prom episode of LB1 (after catching the Newport Harbor Prom episode and craving a little oldschool goodness). Jenn makes a cameo appearance with blond hair and a tiara. It was not a good look on her. I agree that her new nose is really excellent.

She looks okay, very average.

I think Jen looks fine with or without the nose job. The stringy hair and frosty lip gloss are another story.

I don't think Jen and Heidi would be friends at all if it weren't for the cameras. It seems like the only thing they have in common is Lauren.

I want to say it's due to the side effects of apparent nose and chin surgery, but I think she's talked like that since LB.

Jen is a rather strange looking girl. Her mouth is quite "birdy" looking. He hair color was lighter. Not a good look.

Agreed. I first noticed how she twists up her mouth while talking in S2 when Lauren was punk'ed her on the couch after the whole Brody mess...Did I mention this was my favorite Hills scene ever?

I find it interesting that the closest person Heidi has to a girlfriend now is Jen, and even SHE seems to be wary of Spencer. At the least. I never thought Jen was particularly interesting or funny (she always seemed to repeat whatever anyone said, which made her seem like she didn't have any of her own opinions). But in hindsight from Season 2, I find myself thinking that at least she went to Lauren and told her about the Brody thing. Heidi wouldn't have done that, plus Heidi was egging her on, telling her to go for Brody, then turned around and a.) told Lauren about Jen trying to get with Brody without telling Lauren that she was encouraging - blatantly lying to her face, and b.) Heidi froze Jen out after all of that occurred. And as far as I know, Jen never said, "Well, uh! Heidi was encouraging me! She was in on it too!" Which she totally could have. Then Heidi comes crawling back to Jen because she has no one else.

I'm actually liking Jen this season, as she seems to be a small voice of reason for the whole fake-gagement. I would NOT have forgiven Heidi for the whole Brody thing. So, as far as that goes, Jen is a better person than I. Or, she just really wants to be on t.v. and knows that Lauren and Audrina won't talk to her anymore so she latches on to Heidi. But she seems sincere this season . . . God, I need a life.

I finally got a chance to catch the last episode this past weekend, and to me, Jen looks like she's trying to morph into Audrina! She has the same haircolor & highlights, does her makeup the same way, and was wearing a short dress of the same kind we've seen Audrina in so often.
