I couldn't send a PM, and got an error message. Likewise when I tried to start a new topic for 1-9: "Mistakes Were Made, Part 1". Do you know why this might be?

Also, will the missing recaps be done at some point?

Can you try again and tell me what the error message said? That might help me figure out what went wrong.

I assume they're going to finish doing the "classic" recaps soon -- I'm not 100% sure but it seems likely.

Ah, you are still Just Tuned In. You can't PM or start topics until you reach the Channel Surfer level (10 posts). You currently have 8, so 2 more and you will be able to access those functions. We just want to prevent people from registering and then spamming the boards.

There's been a lot of non-spoiler posts in the spoiler threads (both the Spoilers Only and the Spec with Spoilers). Remember, ABC-generated materials (episode descriptions, promos, production stills) are not spoilers.

I've just bumped up the Speculation without Spoilers thread, and we also have the media thread. I like to be pretty hands-off with moderation, but if this continues, I'm going to started editing and moving posts into the proper threads, which makes me kind of cranky, because it's a pain in the ass.

The rationale for this is that people who are trying to stay unspoiled would still probably enjoy speculating on what episode descriptions or production stills mean. Those people don't go into the spoiler threads, so they miss out on the conversation.

Hello all: Just wanted to let you know that I closed the Bitterness thread. It hadn't been posted in since 8/13 anyway (almost two months!) but also because I want to foster an atmosphere where anyone can post their opinions, bitter or not, in any thread, and not create these little segregated societies.

Sure -- if we get more than one or two whimsy type threads, I'll have them create a section. Until we see how it goes, just post them in General Gabbery.

You're probably better off putting such a nice compliment about the recap in the episode thread -- Joe's not the moderator for this section so he probably won't see it here.

I know that there is the new J/K/S thread and see that there is one for Kitty/Robert, but would it be possible to have/start a thread a " 'ship of fools" thread that would be a compare/contrast for the whole Walker clan? They all seem to make the same "mistakes" but in their own character fashion.

Like a general "Walker relationships" thread? I think it's better to have the individual threads for each couple, and continue to discuss the show overall in the episode threads for now. I just think there would be a lot of repetition between the individual couple threads and the overall relationship threads and people would be confused about what to post where.

So, good suggestions, and it might work, but let me read the other threads for a while and see if it's necessary.

I was wondering, though, in part because as of now only Kitty/Robert and J/K/S have threads. But it relates to them, so I will go there.
