Mike, dear? You've got great legs and a great body, and a decent face. But when it comes to comedy? You suck. But not as hard as Dick (or Nick, as the case may be). As of tonight, Mike's become my new favorite. And why? Because Dick thought, what?, that he could intimidate him? I loved how much it pissed Dick off that Mike refused to kowtow to his whims. Everyone's an idiot for not doing what Dick wants? Ha! It put a smile on my face to see that it pissed him right the fuck off that he let go of POV just to...stick it to Mike? Does Dick not realize that in BB, the tide changes all the time? That all his terrorizing will come back to bite him in his ass?

You know, if Dick is short for Richard, I'd say that that he's slowly going down the path of Richard III. Oh, what I wouldn't give for it to get to the point where he's all, "My HOH for a box of cigarettes! My HOH for a box of cigarettes!"

Dick is a douche-, gas-, and windbag all at once. I realize Kail sucks and is really bad at the game, but after “calling her out” twelve separate times, it kind of loses its impact and becomes more about seeking attention for yourself. His attacks on her are becoming weirdly obsessive and too mean for this show, and his territorial attitude over his room was dickish and too angry. Daniele is whiny, but I was glad as hell to have her yell at him for being an ass.

America might hate Jen and wish for her shit to be vandalised (speaking of: that’s an unfortunate one), but I still find her awesome. She seemed to find it funny that people messed with her stuff, and had almost no reaction to Dick or the numerous distractions. Plus she asked herself why to use the Veto. So stupid awesome.

Those people are too easily amused, because none of those people in costumes were particularly funny. It must be the cabin fever, because that was exceptionally lame taunting. The editing was much more fun. Nothing beats a well placed “Wamp-wamp-wah-waaaaah.”

The first time Mike does anything this summer is sucking on a bottle and eating whipped cream off his own nipples all in an effort to… get himself nominated? Yay, you’re loyal, but you might also go home. Nice job, doofus.

Hey. Big Brother. C'mere. I don't want to see such a hugely personal family issue during my summer escapist television. I feel so uncomfortable watching Dick and Daniele's interactions. But I do have to defend Daniele.

Daniele went upstairs to tell Dick to chill the fuck out (hey, just like I want to say!) because he's pissed everyone off, and he turned it around and somehow made it about Daniele and Nick. It makes me feel badly to say it, but that appears to be a huge reason why Dick and Daniele stopped getting along. He's so goddamned stubborn and won't listen to any criticism.

However. I do have to admit that I covet his "I'm Mean Because You're Stupid" shirt.

Am I a bad person because I want to see Mike get voted out, only because I don't know anything about him, and it would be more entertaining to leave Kail in the house?

Okay, the D/D fight was way more entertaining than just reading about it. I actually recorded it just to rewatch it over and over again. Yes, I enjoy family drama. I really hope they do both agree to go to therapy because being in that house together is probably going to cause more harm than good.

Umm, Kail, the gods will not save you. So the rest of the HGs better not either. I really hope AC is Kail, although I don't think it would be difficult to vote her out anyway.

I LOVE Mike now and I’m a little in shock about that since I think this is the first time he’s actually spoken on the show. As much as a blowhard as Dick is, I can't disagree with him targeting Kail. "It's not in Evel's hands...it's in God's hands!" Shut UP, Kail! God is in the tub.

So, according to Kail, God controls Big Brother, and the fates of all the players. Hmm... some reason, I don't see Dick having talks with God, about who should be put up, but what do I know? It's not like I own towns or anything, like she does.

Dick.... is defintely a dick now. Calling out Kail once was alright, but now he's just coming off like a tool and a bully. Then, getting all scared because Zach/Jen/Nick were in the HOH room, made him look like a parianoid freak. And his arguement with Daniele was terrible. For someone who thinks he's great at the game, he is one of many houseguests, who seem to forget that his power will be gone by Thursday.

I might have to offically make Jen my favorite now. Laughing off the vandalization? Asking herself why she should use the veto? Not letting Dick get to her? All awesome. And she sort of admitted that she's playing up the stupidity, which is cool. I still don't think she's a rocket scientist or anything, but she might be a lot smarter then she appears.

Loved the BB editors tonight. Especially the music and sounds they played, during Mike's horrible attempts at comedy.

I turned over too late and missed Mustardgate, but since it didn't bother Jen, who cares.

I'm kind of sad that Jen is letting on that she's just playing a dumb role. I don't want her to start acting smart too early in the house. I love the faces the other houseguests make when "dumb Jen" says things. The look of disgust on their faces when she was talking to herself during the veto ceremony was priceless. They all look like they could strangle her with their bare hands. I hope she keeps playing dumb and just quietly votes them all out one by one.

Daniele is the worse communicator ever. I know she's young. But, c'mon 20 is old enough to not use, "I don't want to talk to you about this" as a diversion to get out of any conversation where you'd have to take responsibility for your mistakes. She's the biggest whiny baby to ever play the game. Congrats!

CBS should just stop with the whole story line about Dick trying to be a loving Dad. I don't care. He sucks.

Random thoughts about tonight's show:

*Eric kinda reminded me of Elton John when he hosted the veto comp. I was so ready for him to break out singing Benny and the Jets.

*The mustard thing was kinda lame. On her t-shirt?! jen could care less about her shirt. Now if it was one of her favorite pictures of herself, then that would be comedy gold. Also i loved when she asked herself about using the veto on herself.

*I thought that DanYELL was having a 'nothing-is-fair-because-i-am-Jan-Brady' moment up in the HOH room. But i now know where she gets it from.

*Was Amber even on the show. No tears today...something is not right with the world.

*I used to like Nick, but he is really getting on my nerves. Doesn't he realize Dick does not trust him? Nick is just as dumb as DanYELL.

After watching Evil Dick’s belligerent shitfit with Jen last Tuesday, his belligerent shitfit with Kail last Thursday, his pissy nomination speech on Sunday, and tonight’s berating of Kail in nightvision, dayvision, and everyhere, I couldn’t shake the feeling that Dick reminded me of someone. Then, I figured it out.

Is it possible that the future version of Jase who lives in 2015 has traveled back in time, Terminator-style, (from some bleak, dystopian future where a cyborg took a Black and Decker belt-sander to his face) to protect his daughter from a game show apocalypse?

The combative shitfits, the semi-coherent speeches with one kernel of wisdom amidst a sea of babble, being high as kite on himself for no visible reason: Evil Dick is Jase. All that is missing is the preening in front of bathroom mirror, and the army of killer cyborgs from the future probably conditioned that out of him.

BB doesn't like to show Jess/Jam/Dustin/Amber much, do they?

Jen is definitely my favorite at this point. I usually cheer for the underdog. Mike's an idiot -- a nice guy, maybe -- but an idiot. Props to the editors this season. The shows have been great.

What the HELL is Dick's problem? How in the world is Kail campaigning to save herself the same as throwing Jen "under the bus"? He is the most delusional asshole they've ever had on this show. Kail may be a bad player, but she seems like a kind person and I hate to see her get continually browbeaten by Dick. I hope she goes home for her own good.

I like that Dick is great TV and I want him to stay around for that reason, but he did go on a huge power trip tonight. What Mike did was stupid, but it's also pretty stupid to throw a challenge out of spite, thus giving your archnemesis Kail some much needed leeway, although I doubt she'll capitalize on it from the way she's talking. And he also proved that he's just as susceptile to pressure as Kail is, if not more so.

I'm with those of you who are surprised to find yourselves loving Jen a little bit. I was very relieved when she won the veto because I think this show would be so much less entertaining without her. I think I just want Jen and Dustin to get their own show.

I am really starting to like Jen...the fact that she may be downplaying her smarts and actually seems to be playing the game (as supposed to just being an oblivious twit) makes me really root for her.

An unpopular opinion, but I think I fell in love with Jessica tonight during the veto competition. She didn't even do much but be unable to control her chuckle, but for some reason it made her endearing to me. I think I may be gravitating to people that are opposite of Dick - happy. Daniele dressed as a fairy with a mustache also got a laugh out of me. It really wasn't that funny, but there you have it.

Oh, and Jen is amazing. She went from least favorite HG (crying over her picture) to in my top three (refusing to be intimidated by Dick).

I agree, that fact that Dick has forced me to feel bad for Kail is the last straw. He needs to leave NOW!

I figure Kail is doomed so I cast my America's Choice votes for Mike. I guess because Eric's nipple rings are beginning to annoy me and I need to get back at him and try hurt his game. I'm not a Kail fan but she never struck me as mean spirited. Maybe kind of ignorant but not mean. In spite of her early comments about how awful it would be to have a homosexual kid, from what I saw she didn't have a problem living with Dustin or Joe. From what the broadcasts show she seems to actually like Dustin. After the votes are counted and she is evicted 8-1 (if my campaign to screw up Eric is successful) maybe she might buy a couple of gay boys for that town she owns.

I went from loving Dick for his entertainment value to hating his guts, what a giant asshat on a power trip. I hate Kail but after watching the whole 45 minute Dick / Kail conversation on showtime I felt sorry for her. He’s nothing but a big bully who throws a fit if things don’t go his way.

Word. He can criticize every one and any one but can’t take any himself. And it really bothers me when people turn shit around like he did with Daniel. Unfortunately I don’t see him lasting long in therapy no matter how much he wants a relationship with his daughter. I don't buy the Dick tells it like it is crap. He is the kind of person who is impossible to talk to because he will always turn what you say around to fit it to what he wants to hear. He is the kind of person who just talks and doesn't actually bother to listen or try to understand what anybody else is saying. He is right and he can't even try to understand somebody else's way of thinking--yet he seems to pride himself on his great understanding.

My thing is that he, much like Ivette and others, feel that being able to tell it like it is entitles them to be assholes to people they don't like which is pretty rude IMO (not to mention sure to come back at them later).

I hated that Dick wouldn't let up on Kail. I hate her too, but that was totally unnecessary. At some point I started to feel a bit sorry for her. Then, she turns around and lies in the diary room saying she didn't lie. She goes on about how loyal and wonderful Mike is and then says she's going to fight to stay. Way to fuck over the only person who stood by you. I almost want to see Mike voted out for being such a dumb ass, but my Kail hate outweighs Mike's dumb ass-edness.

Again, Dick was a total dick tonight. He needed to relax, shut the fuck up, and just let the chips fall where they may. The house was absolutely going to evict Kail and now because of his ridiculous power trip they may actually keep her. And he better to pray to the BB gods that Daniele or Amber wins power of veto.

Daniele is a brat. No wonder they can't get along. He asked her several times what he needed to do to change, what he was doing that she didn't like. Except that didn't Dick ask her what she wanted him to do, as in how did Danielle want him to act. Wasn't that why she called the meeting with him in the first place? To tell him to calm the fuck down because he is bullying people and going batshit and alienating everyone in the house. While I do think Danielle should have expressed herself better, I thought it was pretty clear from the second they walked in the room what Danielle wanted Dick to do. It's just that then Dick turned the conversation around to Nick instead of bothering to listen.

Boy, Dick was drunk with power tonight. He'd better hope that Danielle or Amber is HOH next week.

Dick is all about the mind games. Example: At the veto meeting, he said something like - Danielle, I'm going to nominate...Mike. Was he trying to get her going by thinking he was going to put up with Nick instead of Mike? There was no need to address Danielle by name in that situation.

With his behaviour while in power, he's just asking to be nominated next.

The HGs would be silly to evict Kail. She clearly gets flustered easily. She has no game. That's not to say Mike's an amazing player... but I think he has a better shot of getting Dick out than Kail does.

I've since erased the previous episodes from my DVR, so if someone could help me, that would be great - how have the previous polls been worded when focusing on who was going to be evicted? I seem to remember the question actually asking who the audience wanted Eric to vote to evict. Tonight, the question was posed in a different way - asking who the audience wanted Eric to try to evict. Does that mean he doesn't have to vote for the person we want to go, but only try to get that person evicted? I don't know if I'm making much sense, but it's bothering me.

And while we're on the topic of the AP poll, I voted 20 times (10 on my laptop, 10 on my desktop) for Mike to be evicted. It's nothing against Mike (because the dude seems decent enough), but I want Kail around to stick it to Dick. She may be an ignorant dumbass, but I need her to remain in the house.
