What do you think would have happened after this series finale, in terms of the story and relationships and what not? Go.
Cindy A.
Well, Veronica and Piz definitely ended right there in the food court. Piz knew it, and the guilt written all over Veronica's face acknowledged it.

Veronica walks out of the voting booth, into the rain, and straight to Logan's suite at the Neptune Grand. Keith loses the election.

Further down the line, Lianne Mars is killed. Sheriff Van Lowe arrests Keith for the crime, even though Keith is sure Jake Kane is the killer. Veronica goes to Clarence Wiedman for help in proving Keith innocent. They end up taking Celeste down. Keith writes another book and teaches criminology at Hearst. After graduation, Veronica goes into business with Clarence Wiedman; they hire Weevil to do some of their dirtier work. Logan opens a nightclub -- very snazzy, but somewhat shady. Wallace and Mac move on. Dick never does. He tends bar for Logan.

Cindy, I think I love you.

But yes. Veronica and Piz ended in that episode, whatever some may say, that is my interpretation.

Veronica and Logan have a long journey ahead of them. One that includes working together, cracking cases, and battling each other's demons - snarking all the way.

Keith loses the election but the charges are dropped. There is tension in his and Veronica's relationship, if only because of Veronica's guilt. However, I expect a new mystery would rear up it's ugly head, and the pair would bond as they returned to their roots in Mars Investigations and worked as a team.

Wallace and Mac would marry and have lots of pretty babies that crack rich men's computers and fly planes. The end.

Hee.

I like the way you think, Cindy! V, Wiedman and Weevil, with the occasional assist from club owner, Logan (who would HAVE to have dealings with CLIFF!!!!)

Veronica stays with Piz; Keith loses the election but eventually the charges against him are dropped; Veronica and Logan never quite get together even as friends.

After a month, Logan disappears. It seems like he just dropped out of school and left town but Veronica suspects the Russian mob murdered him. Eventually, her obsession with investigating his disappearance causes her relationship with Piz to fall apart.

Maybe Logan's dead, maybe he just left town, maybe something else happened.
EverythingIsRen
Well, I think we all know that Veronica is an FBI agent in four years, whether we like it or not.

And Logan and Mac have totally gotten rich off their website. Okay, in Logan's case, it's actually more rich, but you know what I mean.
Steener
Veronica stays with Piz. She gets increasingly bored. Logan develops his website into a kick-ass business venture and makes (more) millions. He marries some harpy and has two kids. Meanwhile, he and Veronica eventually begin to have an affair, which makes her feel guilty, so she becomes an alcoholic. The situation gets further complicated when her daughter starts to date his son, but there is a question of her daughter's paternity... wait. Where have I heard this before?

LOL! So is the harpy Madison and Veronica's husband Leo?
Steener
sunworshipper, bite your tongue! Now that the show is officially cancelled, I have formally deleted the whole stupid Madison fucking Sinclair storyline from my canon. She does not exist. I think she married the last of the Hapsburgs and moved to Austria.
ShunnedforLife
Logan is killed by the Castle. Veronica investigates and brings down the Castle. Veronica and Piz drive off into the sunset. That's all I need.
Jorge R
I see Veronica going on to join the FBI and doing well there, but ultimately chaffing under its regimented structure and rules. She would eventually return home to become a private investigator and security specialist, but on a more sophisitcated basis than what we've seen. Think of her as a less scary Clarence Weidman type. Keith would stay in Neptune to run Mars Investigations and would eventually partner with or work for Veronica in her larger and more lucrative enterprise.

Veronica and Logan would date again and fall apart and date again and fall apart throughout their college years. Each would date others and have good times with other boyfriends and girlfriends, but those people would only be placeholders for their true loves. They'd part ways seemingly for good when Veronica headed off to the FBI. However once they were adults, and after Veronica's FBI run and return to Neptune, they'd find their way back to each other once and for all as 30 something adults. By then they'd have both gained the maturity to have a lasting relationship.
Steener
Awwww. I love Jorge R.

Veronica leaves for the FBI internship. She does so well that she is accepted into an accelerated program at the FBI that would allow her to become a full-fledged agent in just four years. It requires staying in Virginia year-round. She and Piz try to make it work long-distance, but it doesn't work. She is just so busy, she's unable to keep in touch with anyone from Neptune.

Logan narrowly escapes a hit from the Russian mob. He immediately leaves the country. He surfs all over the world, never staying in one place longer than a few days, always looking over his shoulder for the Russian mob. He stays in touch with no one, for fear that they could be tortured and killed by the people after him. He runs into Duncan every once in a while, and they swap stories of being on the run.

Wallace and Mac graduate and end up working for Kane Software. So does Weevil, as a janitor. Dick mismanages his father's real estate holdings, which have been mostly sold off piecemeal except for one Hooters-style restaurant, which was converted from the Seventh Veil and which Dick refuses to sell no matter how in debt he is. Keith loses his PI license and gets a job at a private security company, working overtime so he can send V extra money for FBI gear. He keeps her room as it is, but she doesn't come home much.

Veronica gives Piz her 'it's not you, it's me' speech and Piz acts stunned even though it was obvious from his expression he could see the writing on the wall when they were in the cafeteria. After Veronica breaks up with Piz, she goes to Gory and reiterates to him all the details she knows of his father's and his uncle's crime and tells him that he better leave Logan alone and even if he gets a mysterious flat tire, she's going public with the information. She also confirms that she has secure copies in multiple locations and the only thing that hurting Logan, herself or anyone she loves would do would just cause that information to be released to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and to the media. Gory tells her that 'it's not over' and she and her 'jackass of a boyfriend' better watch their backs. Veronica doesn't deny Logan is her boyfriend and gives Gory her 'game on!' look before leaving the room. She then goes to Logan's room to make sure he's okay and gives him the information of Gory's family and tells him to keep his eyes open. Logan asks her if she gave Piz the same warning, since Gory's family will probably try and go after people she cares about...Veronica then lets him know that she and Piz broke up, which gets her an insincere 'Ohh, I'm sorry' as a response and an invitation to hang out and watch The Big Lebowski because it happens to be playing on HBO. Veronica goes off to her FBI internship and Dick breaks away from his Dad to actually go surfing down in South America with Logan. Global email and texting save the day as Veronica and Logan message back and forth and Veronica tells Logan she thought of him when she was getting coffee for the rest of the department and Logan shares stories of Dick striking out with the local women. After a summer physically, but not mentally or emotionally apart, Veronica and Logan start their sophomore year at Hearst. On the first day back at school, Logan gets into a car accident because his brake lines appear 'worn', Wallace gets mugged and Veronica gets a note indicating that 'it's not over' and it doesn't matter what she knows and they can get to the people she loves, regardless of how much care she takes or has them take.

I like Jorge R's scenario.

This thread is like write-your-own-mini-fanfic. It's cute.

I would think that, Logan moved to another city to start over again, Mac started to work for Microsoft, Piz dropped out because he thought that school was unnecessary and got a radio gig which never got too famous anyway, Dick completely renewed himself and converted to Buddhism and became a monk, Parker became a famous model (because come on she would have loved that), Wallace accomplished his dream of becoming an engineer, married and had three kids and Veronica got kicked of the FBI and led the life of a PI...alone.

I like idea of a mystery arc of a missing Logan.

rowanceleste your scenerio could very well have been what RT had planned for season 4. It sounds good. I would only say that V wouldn't be so quick to break up with Piz or get back with Logan. I have a feeling it would be Piz doing the breaking up and V acting shocked and arguing with him over not being in love with Logan. They agree to take a break over the summer and give it a try once school starts up again.

Piz and V start season 4 together only to drift apart as V helps protect Logan or investigate odd and dangerous things that occur to him. Logan and V's interaction would be similar to season 1 searching for Logan's mom and season 2 clearing Logan until a similar scene as the kiss, dance or the alterna prom brings their emotions to a head.

Piz figures out Veronica is out of his league and breaks up with her, but Veronica’s too proud to go back to Logan. Logan becomes publicly self destructive due to missing Veronica so much. One night, he drops by Mars Investigations, they have a heart to heart and get back together. An excited Logan goes back to the hotel, saying he wants to set up a special night for them. Veronica has to finish some casework and arrives at the hotel to see the cop cars surrounding Logan’s bloody remains

Sheriff Vinnie declares the death suicide. Of course Veronica knows this is a lie and does her own investigation. The suspects include Gory the sociopath mobster boy, Jake Kane who still wants the Echolls to pay for Lily’s death, and the actual killer Dick! In a drunken haze, Dick blames Logan for not saving his brother and accidentally throws him off the balcony. Dick goes to jail and Veronica transfers to an Ivy League out of state.

Fast forward 4 years. Parker has moved to Seattle, got some tattoos and now runs a alternative craft boutique. Piz is a DJ for some mid-west radio station. Wallace has married Jackie and works at a small engineering firm. Mac has been recruited into the CIA as a computer hacking wunderkind. Keith teaches Criminology at Neptune Community Collage, while doing some casework on the side.

And Veronica, well she is training at the FBI when she is called in for a special case. An Eli “Weevil” Navarro has eliminated the Fitzpatricks and is now the new crime boss of Balboa County. Veronica must now match wits with a former friend who is now smarter, cunning and more ruthless than she ever expected.

Veronica goes to Quantico and meets up with Gideon and the Gang and replaces Prentiss (I wish.) Mac joins Garcia and they become the computer geek duo while Wallace joins Shemar Moore's character and together they tackle those pesky Unsubs. Logan's disappearance is one of the first crimes they investigate.

All I know is that after the election, Keith heads home and walks in on Logan and Veronica kissing on the couch. Veronica says something about announcing his presence. Keith then says dryly, "Logan, I thought we'd be seeing more of you." Logan smirks, fade to black.

That's actually how it happened in my head. I'd be fine with that.

I remember reading that RT said season 4 was going to be similar to season 1 in that V would investigate a murder of someone close to her. This had me speculating that Weevil or Wallace would die. However, after the threat against Logan I was wondering would RT really kill Logan?

I'm familiar with most of your fanfic, but I will be looking for this one.

I wouldn't put it past RT to kill Logan, to tell you the truth. I never got the impression that RT even really liked Logan. Gotta give it up to JD for making Logan so loveable.

However season 4 was supposed to play out, in my head, Dick becomes an upstanding citizen and all around good guy, with a passion for booze!

Don't get me wrong, I love the Veronica/Logan relationship, but I always felt that their was an air of distaster awaiting them. Logan's death could be a dramatic way to end Veronica's life as a young co-ed and turn her into the tuff-as-nails agent we know she could be.

And remember the first words we heard Veronica speak, "I'm never getting married."

Dick's interactions with Logan and Mac in the last episode read to me as a growing unbalance in his mind. I think he is so full of guilt and remorse for his behaivor to Cassiddy that it is knawing at his sanity. That's why he's my choice as the killer.

rowanceleste, I tried to email you, but yours is private. Where might someone who does not read VM fanfic find said awesome fanfic when its done?

I don't want to think about noir or tragedy right now. I just want to think that within a couples of years Logan and Veronica will be back together and have lots of beautiful-smart-emo-OPJ little kids. (This is me, naive and romantic).

rowanceleste - I totally love your scenario.

My VM future-verse involves Veronica joining the FBI and eventually getting kicked out. I love Veronica and I think she'd be a great agent, but I definitely think she'll end up overstepping some important boundary. And then she'll end up as an angsty P.I. with awesome contacts.

I also like to think that when Veronica leaves for D.C. that Keith, who will obviously lose the election and reopen Mars Investigations, rehires Weevil, and they get to do their Batman/Robin thing after all. I'd like to suppose that Weevil eventually opens his own small security company or something.

And I expect Logan to move to L.A. and lead the life we would expect of overpriveledged Hollywood kids. I don't see a real, viable future for Veronica and Logan. I think the history between the characters is interesting and that they will always feel a connection, but I certainly don't think they'll end up together.

Anyway, I put together a cracky "Veronica Mars/Brick: The FBI Years" picspam awhile ago.

I really like your scenario Jorge R... I think I'm going to take it as canon for the season(s) we never got, so thank you:).

Parker stops speaking to Veronica, and next year, does not room with Mac because Mac will not pick her side. Because the crazy feminist group has mostly graduated, she tries something else- drama. She gets involved with a nice, sweet guy from the theater department. She goes into counseling to deal with her rape and her control-freak parents. By the end of sophomore year, she starts speaking to Veronica and Mac again, and they all become a comfortable trio. She tells her parents off when they try to meddle with her scheduling for junior year, and they seem pretty well humbled.

Mac eventually dumps Max, because...well, just because. She goes back out with that hottie vegan guy and dates him all through sophomore year.

Veronica spends her sophomore year fighting Glory- opps, I mean Gory. The first half of the season deals with just how much she shreds this tool to pieces.

Through some frat boy experimentation(though not with Chip, thank god!), Dick realizes that he's actually pretty gay. In a big way. In some awesomely hilarious scene, he awkwardly tries to seduce Logan, who considers for a moment but decides it just ain't his thing. Dick eventually settles down with a blonde surfer boy carbon copy of him.

Wallace has a good year playing basketball and juggling academics.

Piz and Veronica decide to be friends, and he finds romance with a fellow disc jockey, a sweet as pie girl from some cute little town in Washington.

Veronica nearly gets killed by a vengeful Gory, but Logan swoops in to save her. They make up, and get back together, in echos of the season 2 finale. However, when Veronica goes to help Wallace, Mac, etc etc set up for a end-of-year party at the Neptune Grand...she finds Wallace. Strangled to death.

This may reveal the Buffy fan in me, but how about this:

Veronica leaves town at the start of season four, thinking that the lives of everyone from Keith to Logan and Wallace would be better off without her. All of Neptune is overjoyed by this decision, and the charges against Keith are dropped. He's upset, and decides to look for her. For some reason, he winds up in Mexico, where he finds Duncan and his daughter in some trouble thanks to a nanny Duncan hired. The two guys get through this, and decide to go back to Neptune. Jake has to be happy about seeing his grand-daughter..or better be.
Meanwhile, Veronica is working for another P.I. (San Diego or L-A) who is aging and has seen better days. He gets killed, and she avenges him and solves his final cases. She considers calling Neptune, then remembers it's happy she's gone. Her dad does find her around Thanksgiving (ratings stunt), but she's ashamed of herself for how she ruined him. They have a big fight, with Duncan as mediator, but after shedding a lot of tears, there's the big hug and all is great...until someone fires several shots into their room. Duncan is hit, but it's a minor wound. Veronica is shot in the lung, while trying to save Duncan's kid.

While Veronica heals, Duncan heads back to Jake, his dad, vowing to destroy him for trying to kill Veronica. He reminds Dad that without her, Dad would never know his grand-daughter. Jake agrees, saying he didn't do it. In fact, he actually helps in the search for the would-be assassin. This means admitting that he'd rather have Keith as the sheriff, but he can suck it up. Logan, Mack and Wallace also hear what happened, and visit Veronica at the hospital. They also hash out the past, and reunite, etc. Logan especially vows to find the killer, figuring he might finally be a man if he pulls it off.

As for who did it, it could be either Gorya's family or the Fitzpatricks, since they're headed for a gang war that may turn the town into Fallujah. In any case, people will see Veronica as a more thoughtful detective, thanks to working for that P.I., but mostly be the same justice-seeking pest. She does uncover the killer, but also anounces she has to move on with her life and leave Neptune. She won't be the only one: her dad, Wallace, Mack and Logan will also leave. My guess is Keith winds up as an investigator for a county D-A...maybe Los Angeles. Also, her detective skills will get the attention of an FBI agent who suggests she should be an agent, too. First, though, she should get a college degree. Since Hearst probably expelled her by now, she gets her degree at San Diego State, then joins the FBI Academy. In the end, she passes, but is told that maybe the FBI isn't a good fit for her....but the CIA would be. Veronica is puzzled, thinking no one ever compared her to Jennifer Garner, but she'd give it a go.
What do you think, sirs?

davidmello I am in awe! That is exactly how it should happen!
Staz
When I though about the FBI thing 4 years in the future, I thought it would start at a funeral (Keith’s ).

It’s was supposed to be a good day for Veronica, as she is graduating from the academy but obviously, it’s not. Keith was killed on the job, while investigating a random call about a break-in. VMVO: There is nothing random when you get called in the Fitzpatrick's neighborhood...

(EC would still be part of the cast. He would appear in flashbacks to Veronica, as she begins her career.)

The FBI is not like school; she can’t do it alone, she needs her colleagues but she doesn’t know how to interact with them. Torn between her inner bitch and her marshmallow heart, she wonders what dad would do… (We would also see Keith in flashbacks when VM investigate this suspicious break-in.)

Mac is still around. She started a “snopes”-like site called Bull with Max. She just gave birth to their twins and is learning that babies are not like computers. Weevil works for Bull.

Wallace is still in Africa, in an “engineer without border” kind of organization.

Piz is now a famous radio host and has tons of money. He is in the tabloids all the time. He still holds a soft spot for Veronica but has learned over the years that the feelings were not mutual. She likes him, she tried to love him but... love shouldn’t be this hard. And this time, there was nothing epic about it!

Speaking of Epic, it’s the name of Logan’s bar. The Echolls money eventually ran out and he’s on his own now. Still a loyal friend, he hangs out with Dick more often that he should. Dick is supposed to do the corporate thing and work for Daddy’s newly reinvented company but he prefers to bartend for Logan. And Logan can always use extra help. To save money, he’s doing most of the work himself. Keeping busy seemed to have been the perfect remedy to the tumultuous life he’s known so far. Extremely busy he is, but nothing would prevent him from showing his respect to Sherriff Mars. Logan slowly walks in the cemetery and see that she is already there…

(I guess you can figure where things would go from here...)
davidmello
I think Staz has the right idea, but it would work as a hypothetical season five. We should take care of the leftovers of season three before we send her to the FBI. For one thing, I think Keith would get his badge again after the sheriff who beat him in the election gets mysteriously shot. Then, we get to Staz's scenario.
holly96
For one thing, I think Keith would get his badge again after the sheriff who beat him in the election gets mysteriously shot.

I'd prefer a storyline where Keith decides, once and for all, that he doesn't actually want to be sheriff anymore.
chilindrina
My season 4 (I'm sure there are plenty of "that could never happen in real life," but this is fiction after all):

Main storylines:

Logan is targeted by Gorya's family (Russian Mafia) because of the total humiliation Logan inflicted on him. At first it's pure revenge for the fight, but then it is found out Aaron had connections to the Russian Mafia (that's how he was able to make it as an actor) and Aaron screwed them over somehow. Since Aaron is dead, Logan and maybe even Charlie (Logan's brother) are targeted to pay for Aaron. Logan gets Veronica to help him find out what exactly Aaron did and how to fix it so the mafia doesn't target him and his brother.

Veronica does her internship at the FBI and returns to Neptune a bit disillusioned. The FBI isn't what she thought it would be. It's not Neptune, and she wasn't smarter than everyone else. She was given an easy (by FBI standards) case to solve as a test and she fails and loses confidence in her detective skills. Although she failed her test case, she did well enough in other fields that the FBI asked her come back next summer, but Veronica isn't sure she want to come back. She solves small cases all throughout her sophomore year and slowly gets her confidence back. When she solves Logan's Russian Mafia case, her confidence is fully restored and decides to give the FBI another try.

Mac's bio dad dies. Madison finds out that she and Mac were switched at birth and tries to keep Mac from finding out. But of course, Mac already knows. Madison is devastated but still a bitch. Mac collects some inheritance and gets to know her bio-sister and bio-mom. (I hate to bring Madison back, but this storyline needed to be resolved).
After hacking into Jake Kane's hard drive, Mac's computer confidence increases (as Veronica's decreases). She takes on difficult hacking jobs like erasing parking tickets and hacking into other city government databases (for a fee, of course). She becomes the Go-To-Hacker at Hearst but Mac only chooses jobs that keep her morally gray. Mac's hacking projects get her noticed by the FBI and she is given a choice of joining their training course or going to jail. She and Veronica intern at the FBI during the 2008 summer break.

Wallace injures himself during a basketball game and can't play anymore. He falls into a brief depression and devotes his energy into mechanical engineering. With his full attention to his studies, Wallace discovers he is quite good at this. He builds mechanical gadgets that help Veronica solve cases. During the semester it is discovered that his professor has connections to the Russian Mafia and blackmails Wallace (threatens to kill his academic career) into spying on Logan.

Keith loses the election and comes to terms that he was never meant to be Sheriff. The charges against him don't stick and he goes back to the PI business. He realizes that his true calling is being a PI. Since Vinnie is Sheriff, Keith has his hands full trying to help people the corrupt police department screws over. The state becomes aware of the lawlessness in Neptune and sets up an investigation with Keith's help.

Dick continues to confront his feelings about his brother's death. He cuts back on partying and realizes he needs to grow up a bit. Since he apologized to Mac, he also apologizes to Veronica for everything he has done/said to her. He's still the same easy going Dick, but with a purpose. Because he sees Mac as a connection to Beaver, he tries to develop a friendship with her. He and Mac develop an not-quite friends but not quit-enemies relationship.

Piz does his internship in NY and decides that NYU is a better fit for him and he transfers.

Parker is devastated by her break up with Logan, she decides to stay in Denver. Hacker Mac arranges for her to have a single room for sophomore year.

Relationships

Logan and Veronica stay apart for the majority of the year, but realize they are meant to be together in the future.

Mac dumps Max after she sees that all Max wants to do is stay in his room and make money. She's single for a while. While working on a case with Veronica, she and Bronson reconnect. Bronson isn't quite the "good boy" everyone thought he was. He has a shady past but overcame it by getting into saving the environment. After Mac broke up with him, Bronson's dad died and he falls back to his old ways. They get back together and both walk the morally gray line.

Wallace gets a girl! She is sweet and hot! She treats him right and they become the star couple at Hearst.

Dick dates, has sex.

Keith and Alicia rekindle their romance and head for the alter.

NOTE: You know what? Writing this has made me feel a lot better about the show not coming back. Kind of cathartic. Everyone should do it!

I'm enjoying reading everyones ideas. Can't wait for season 4 fic to pop up. :)
Free Cake
Here are my ideas for a fictional Fourth Season that I've began working on. Just because I love these characters and I thoroughly enjoy exploring them at my own pace, hee.

4.01 - In the Biz

Veronica returns home following her internship with the FBI, but not all's hunky dory. Although it's clear that Keith knew she was coming home that day, he's not around, and the Apartment is a mess. Veronica attempts to convince herself that her father is merely avoiding her, and there is a flashback of the fallout following Keith's loss of the election.

Veronica catches up with Mac and tells her about her father's mystery disappearance, but Veronica is comfortable with her denial that nothing is actually wrong, and that her father will return soon. Veronica's denial and attempts to avoid the sinister underbelly of Neptune is a theme of the season.

Veronica goes to Wallace's room, but a new recurring character, Broadley, is there. He reveals that Wallace is not yet back from Africa - and upon asking if Broadley is a friend of Piz's, Veronica learns that he transferred from Hearst and Broadley now has his place.

And leading into the first commercial break, Mac rushes to Veronica to show her a video that sheds light - albeit a horrifying light - on Keith's disappearance...

----------

The Keith mystery is resolved within the episode, and no he doesn't die, but that story leads into a much bigger, overarching story for the season. There is also an overarching mystery introduced that revolves around Logan, and his half-brother Charlie is re-introduced to the show as a recurring or possible regular character.

That's just a little taste of my ideas for the premiere/fourth season. I'm hoping to actually try my hand at writing an episode just because I have a week off now and have not much else better to do.
Courtney892
I want to finally see a summer on this show, so here is mine.

Veronica goes to Logan before she leaves for her internship to get him to take some safety precautions with regard to Gorya's family (these will involve Keith while she is gone). I think Logan will go along to see how he and Keith will get along without V in the mix. V and L end up discussing their epicness. The agreement they come to is to NOT date, not to go back to trying just friends, but to be to eachother whatever they are comfortable being for a while with no pressure.

V is about to leave for the FBI, and while Logan feels no guilt over his aimlessness up till now, he is ready to spend the summer deciding some things he'd like to try. They talk with some regularilty while V is gone, and she is pretty unhappy with the rigidness of the FBI protocols and very disappointed. Logan encourages her while finally confronting his desire to work in movies. V tells him to disregard the inevitable comparisons and see if it will make him happy. While V is being considered for covert work, Logan begins work on his first screenplay.

Obviously twists and turns abound in this universe. The FBI needs a student at Hearst to help investigate the Castle and since V is already involved she gets the job. She and Logan work on protecting eachother, fall more in love without the desire to change themseleves or eachother to make it work, and move forward successfully in their relationship slowly this time.

Eventually, the PI business becomes V's cover for covert work and possibly eventually Logan's film career gets involved too with him deciding to film in locations where V needs a reason to get in. It doesn't make Logan so crazy because she's been trained this time, and V is more careful...

All these ideas sound awesome, Free Cake's especially would be cool.

Okay so mine actually came to me in a dream....
But here it is:

It's summer: Piz gets shot (I don't really know how, let's say it's Gory's revenge against Veronica) and ends up dead. Gory realizes what he's done and splits. Veronica returns from FBI land not exactly happy, but not totally upset. Only to learn that Piz is dead and that Gory is gone....

Which leads to:

Veronica is angry and sad and so she takes off to find his killer (she already knows it's Gory), but before she can leave Mac and Logan catch word that she's leaving and decided to come along. They end up going after Gory and having to follow his trail using hints found along the road, Mac's computer skills, and a few friends that Veronica met at FBI camp. (these people can become reoccuring or whatever.)

Back at Hearst Wallace descovers that Veronica, Mac, and Logan are gone. He tells Keith that they're gone and also and tells Keith all he knows about the Castle. They then work together to try to bring it down completly. (which can lead to the return of Ducan or something.) As for Dick: since Logan is gone he has to fend for himself, which leads to him growing up and maybe having a relationship with Parker (both of them feeling left behind)

As for team Veronica Mars, they end up becoming very close being on the road together for a year. By the end of the season the Castle has been taken down, Veronica and Logan are together again (after a season of being together for a long time.) Mac gets asked to join the FBI for her skills and the new mystery/arch is that one of the FBI members has gone missing (so team Veronica Mars has to go at it again together.)

Anyway, I put together a cracky "Veronica Mars/Brick: The FBI Years" picspam awhile ago.

Oh. My. God. Brick/VM crossover? I'm all for it!

I already said this on your LJ, but mind if I link this to JGL? I think he'd think it's hilarious.

Here is my first completed draft of my Season Four Premiere.

It's pretty rough, and there's a lot I'm thinking of changing, but I'd love to get some honest criticism/reviews/input.

4.01 - Be It Ever So Humble

It's a PDF, but if that's a problem for anyone, I'd be happy to convert to a text file.

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy :)!

Cool.... That was shiney. Is there any other place to read it than here? Are you working on other episodes?

Here's an idea I had , it's not so good but here it is.

background story:
Logan and Veronica are 35 and have been married for 8 years and have been together for 10. They live in Neptune and they have a 5 year old daughter who is their inter world.
Logan is a lawyer and he owns his own law firm with his best friend since collage {not dick!} who was also the one to push him into law school. His friend and his wife are best friends with Logan and Veronica and they have a girl and a boy the girl is a year bigger.
After freshmen year in collage Veronica stayed with Piz for 3 years but it was always an easy relationship and very comfortable, Logan and Veronica become very good friends and when she went into her FBI training in DC Logan got excepted to a low school there as well as his friend so they become a group of friends.
Wallace , Mac and Veronica had a falling out, When Piz and Veronica broke up he took Pizes side also he saw that Logan took his place as her best friend and he also accused her of leading Piz on for 3 years while being still in love with Logan after collage they just stopped talking and Veronica's last tray to make peace with him was inviting him to her wedding but he never showed , Mac and Veronica just grow apart over the years.

the story:
The Ecollse family comes home one day to discover Wallace sitting on their porch, after almost 15 years of not talking Wallace sics Veronica's help when he has been accused of killing a little girl{age of 5} after being the last person seen with her,the girl was non other then his best friend girl Piz.
Veronica and Logan {veronica with her PI skills and Logan as his lawyer} will tray to help him prove he is innocent and fiend the real murder.

PS: Veronica quit the FBI after Kari was born she didn't like working for them and Kari's birth was a perfect excuse for her to stop fighting for something she doesn't like and she now works with her dad as a PI as his partner.

And so Free Cake makes me sad that we won't be getting a season 4 premiere any time soon. I enjoyed it though, planning on writing any more? I was especially glad it was script format, adds the authenticity I like when someone continues a television show in a "virtual season" format.

Hey, Confidencecohen! Thanks, and yes I do planning on writing more. An entire season! All 22 episodes. I will get there, hah.

Anyway, http://neon-genocidal.livejournal.com is where I'll be presenting the episodes. The final version of my premiere is up, with a few changes to the other draft.

Feel free to spread the link around, hee ;).

After the finale I got this idea in my head of how the show should be continued ...

It involves a time-jump, so we revisit Veronica when she´s just joined the FBI and our girl is all fired up and ready to take down the Russian mafia - much like she was intent on taking down the 09ers in S1. Her motivation in her war is the killing of her one and only love (maybe not only, since we started her journey with Duncan, but at least it was her true love!) Logan. So basicly, somewhere between the end of S3 and now - goran had him killed, and I would like to think it was not too long after the fight, cause really how long can you hold a grudge over a fight - even when you belong to the mafia?!?

And to get back the original feel of things, she was not only motivated by a REALLY personal crime but also had visions/hallucinations/dreams/flashbacks featuring Logan. And she will be busy revenging Logans death for quite some time - but for the time being it would not be her "official" assignment in her work, more like a sidejob, but eventually when she starts making some real headway she´ll be on the case 24/7 ...

In my perfect dream, Wallace is playing in the NBA and still is Veronicas BFF and oh just so happens to be playing for the team closest to her home. And since I have NO belive that Neptune is hosting their very own FBI-offices, Keith will have followed Veronica and is continuing his practice close to her. Mac is also still around, cause we all know the FBI needs computer wiz's too :-)

And since I won´t be seeing this on my TV-screen any time soon, I know exactly how the first line in Veronica Mars:FBI - the movie will be: Hi, welcome to XXX, the FBI headquarters - my new place of work. The reason I´m here? Logan Echolls, my one and only love. He was viciously murdered by the Russian Mafia, and I? I´m gonna take them all down, and why? 'Cause the bad man ALLWAYS has to pay!
