White Trash, you are no Black Dick.

I dunno, I just can't believe Kinetic is down to four people while Arrow is still four buffoons plus Stephanie.
VAHokies
I thought Jenn could have taken Angela down, who never says anything. Jenn left with some dignity, at least.

Shut up, Randal.
Sunidesus
Ya know, I remember liking this show once upon a time.

Now I'm just watching it so I can fully enjoy the recaps.

Seriously, because the dude says "white trash" in a joking way he gets fired? That's just lame.
davidcalgary29
And what was up with Trump's repeated Randall smackdowns in the Boardroom? He really seems to have soured on Randall quickly, which surprises me, but whatever.

Sucky challenge, sucky episode.
NotTheBox
Wow. That was lame.

I've never cared for the phrase "white trash" because to me it sort of implies that trash is usually black and needs a modifier. But any time the subject has come up, I've been told I'm being oversensitive or too p.c. I never dreamed that saying it would lead to the downfall of an Apprentice. Like Trump is the most enlightened being in the world. Like he doesn't say 10 stupid things before breakfast every morning, and god knows how many all day long, since he's, you know, an idiot.

Other highlights:

Randall going after them, Trump hardly saying a word. Till he yells at Surya, who he's totally forgotten about until an Apprenctice reminds him that Surya is still in the room. So then he yells at Surya for not saying anything. So then later he yells "Randall, ENOUGH!" because Randall is talking.

And then whats her face STILL thinks go carts were a great idea.

What kind of drugs are these people on? Maybe if I had some this would all make sense.
ccmass
One of the best episodes in a long long time IMHO. They showed enough of the task and there was enough in there to make you have doubts about who was going to win. I'm marginal on Trumpie's reasons for firing Derek, but not too upset about the end result since he really didn't give Angela any support during the task.

And my love for Stefani keeps on growing and growing, and who knew that Frank could be that effective during a task.
lessa2010
Poor Stefani. The only one who deserves to win the game, but not the Donald.

So long Derek, you deserved to be kicked out on your ass. Angela wasn't in charge, you two were supposed to be working together dumbass!

I almost forgot this was on tonight with it having been pre-empted last week for the Oscars. Boy this season is just plodding along.
Binet
Best exit ever. Go Jenn!

Shut up, Randal.

Yeah, Randal's not going to be back if he doesn't let Trump take centre stage. It seems like there's a fine line between being too quiet and not knowing when to cram it.
bookwrm74
Seriously, because the dude says "white trash" in a joking way he gets fired? That's just lame.

Exactly. I don't even especially like Derek, but I thought Trump was ridiculous to dramatically boot the guy for what was clearly meant as an innocuous, self-deprecating comment. I always disliked Trump, but it's not until recent seasons of this show that I've decided I think he's a freakin' moron. He unfailingly latches on to the most irrelevant aspect of any person/project/discussion, and overreacts to that one thing at the expense of getting an overall sense of what happened.

In other news, the Tim-Nicole pairing is making me ill.
Aut235
I found both teams ideas to be lackluster but when you make Arrow look like a braintrust then I think you need to reevaluate.

Also, I hate the Tim and Nicole romance. I hate that they have to mention it every five seconds like we could ever forget when the camera flashes to them in every segment.

I went from hating Frank to actually liking him because he is the only person who remains consistant. That's sad, yo.

If I were Trump I'd wish I could do a blanket firing and press the reset button for this season.
WBBell
So. Random.

Donald Trump is like the "Magic 8 Ball". You never know what he will do or say until you give him a poke - and even then it's a crapshoot. Anyone could get fired for any reason; valid, invalid, sensible, or bizarre.

Poor Derek.
5 for fighting
In other news, the Tim-Nicole pairing is making me ill.

but Trump, in his freaky, old-mannish delight in 'somebody getting some', loves these two. barf.
umrguy42
Jenn left with some dignity, at least.

That I agree with. So much more pleasant than Aimee last week. AND realistic.

Derek's firing... I dunno, I kinda soured on him when he was going on before the opening credits about getting rid of the "riff raff" (or whatever his words there were) - and ripping on Jenn before she had any kind of chance to do anything.

Actually, up until "white trash", I thought maybe the two words were going to be "go karts", a la "chicken suit".

From the previews for next week, I'm beginning to wonder if the Arrow boys will finally follow through on that "coup" they were talking about here at the beginning...
Mischievious
During the entire "white trash" scene, I just kept thinking about the feud The Donald had with Rosie and laughed. I laughed because I'm sure The Donald said something similiar about Rosie.

Wow! I previously had nothing against Randall, but I got a major stuck up snot vibe from him in this episode. I got the vibe he thought he was better than everyone, including The Donald. His looks towards the candidates were like "there is no way any of you could do what I do, so just leave now." LOVED him getting the smackdown during the boardroom from The Donald.

What is up with Surya during the prize with Snoop? He is his number one fan, yet stands against the wall and basically falls asleep? I want him GONE! Especially seeing his faces in the boardroom. He was sucking in his cheeks and puckering his lips as if he was going to kiss someone.
highlander
I am glad Derrick was fired. I did not like him this episode especially when he wouldn't help Angela decide on signage and his lack of team play. He was just into manipulation. Also, how stupid was he to say he is white trash to Trump? As if that is going to make Trump want him to sell his luxurious condos. Angela did very poorly and it was interesting watching Jenn have a hard time pointing fingers at her. I guess that Jenn knew Trump liked Angela and knew he wouldn't fire her. I do not like Heidi and her smug face. I give Jenn credit for handling the boardroom with goodwill and humor. Well, it looks like Kinetic is falling apart and are certainly not team players but team blamers. They are so out for themselves instead of trying to come together and win a challenge.

Hahahaha-Good job Randal not giving Trump a chance to speak. You can sit in the boardroom anytime.
eastcoastmarie
So, Derek lost for being white trash, and Jenn lost over go-karts. I was really hoping half of the double-cobra would be Surya – just for being an ass in the board room or something, since he didn’t do shit anyway.

They made me hate Derek (Jen is riffraff and he's not even going to try and then he's white trash because he likes fried food? The hell?) just before they ousted him for a stupid reason and somehow made me suddenly adore Jenn. This episode was so confusing. Angela seemed to suck, but I guess she gets to stay because she was an Olympic athlete? Whatever. I can’t even feel good about these decisions.

I love how Randall was awesome in the boardroom, totally overshadowing Trump, and at one point Trump said “Enough, enough, enough” in the same episode where he told Surya it was totally cool to just interrupt him, jump in, whatever. I used to think Surya was just being mistreated by his team over initial philosophical differences, and I still think it’s stupid that it’s reduced to a conversation about cool kids and the playground and whether he approves of their drinking or not, but he sure was lame with that whiteboard. I can’t even think it’s just the editing… he literally looked like he wasn’t in the same universe as the actual task, like he was in some parallel world or something where it was just him and his white board.

Tim and Nicole make me want to throw up. Literally. Not even an exaggeration. I saw them getting all cuddly and I had to stop eating.

I thought Nicole’s exclamation about “a car that parks itself!” was kind of ironic because I think this comes up in the recaps (said way more eloquently and amusingly than I ever could) but there have been a lot of Nicole comments that illustrate her “shit happening TO her” philosophy, so I just figured that’s how all of life was for Nicole. Cars parking themselves, losses just happening, the mansion just kicking her out… Nothing is the result of natural actions and consequences, so I found that ironic. Not sure why. Maybe I just need to have a reason to snark at Nicole at all times. She makes me feel extremely hostile, y’all. I have, like, hatred in my heart for her. Isn’t that sad?

Right now, I’m rooting for Stefanie, James, Heidi, or Muna. I thought Heidi and Muna in that car were kind of awesome. I know that seems like overkill, but that’s the shit people want to know sometimes.
Arkay
What mere mortal can ever divine what is happening in Trump's mind....to judge when the sidekicks are talking too much (Randall) or too little (Surya) requires more of a finely honed sense of calibration than I could ever muster. It was edited though to make it appear that Randall was stepping all over DT...all those sighs of exasperation and pursed lips.
Did DT have an extra flip of hair in the back tonight? Or am I seeing things where I shouldn't be looking?
Bye, Derek. I liked you. You were playing to an audience that would never get you. Bye, Christine Taylor look-alike. I never liked you but you did a good job tonight of trying to hang in.
Moncheechee
Whatever, TD. Your show sucks and your hair is ridiculous.
VerinsOwl
I don't think it's fair to criticize Angela for not coming up with ideas when Jenn already had forced the 6th Sense theme onto the team. I'm sure she was picturing a line of Lexi filled with dead people and having spooky little kids mc-ing the event. I know I was.
bangs
"Tim and Nicole's relationship is making them suck!" (tm James)
coaster
While watching the boardroom, Mr. Coaster was betting that Trump was going to fire Randal for interrupting him. That would have been funny.

Anyone else think that DT was retroactively overreacting to some past trauma where someone called him white trash?

I wasn't that crazy about Jenn, but good for her for taking control of the situation right at the end and getting to walk out without trashing or getting completely trashed by the rest of her team.
quaismart
I believe someone must have told Trump about Derek and his "T"--hence the snap at the use of "white trash." Seriously, when did Trump become the arbiter of politically correct speech?
Queszocoatl
That...I have no words. But I'll try anyway.

I saw go-karts at a Lexus event. Odd. But it was pretty apparent this was the losers' edit so we shake our head and move along. THEN, you have Trump saying "fo-shizzle." One more lap (of the many this season) over the shark. Follow this up with rapping that made "Rubble Man" look like "Stairway to Heaven." Two laps complete. Okay, ANYONE who has watched this show for a while (since season two for me) knows the rewards can be silly. But THIS took the taco. Who else thinks that Snoop waited until they left and laughed until it hurt?

BUT. We're not done. Oh, hell no. This was the boardroom to end them all. Just have all the participants sign the boardroom table, take a picture and frame it. You can't outdo tonight. Randal freaking took OVER that boardroom...to Trump's annoyance. I loved it - Randal was making point after point, TOTALLY stealing DT's thunder and pissing him off in the process. Do you think he was sitting there thinking, "Rebecca wouldn't have done this. WHY didn't I have the nuts to hire them both?" I'm still mulling the "white trash" incident in my mind. I didn't take huge offense, but at the same time it was a pretty cavalier thing to say. He wasn't as done as he thought he was - if he says "middle america" or "middle class" he could have avoided the firing. But for Jenn to say "okay, you're gonna fire me; can I get one last shot in?" Chutzpah. Follow that up with a post-firing group hug and...wow. I had tears from laughing when it was over.

This show has jumped the shark so many times that the shark left out of sheer disgust - "fine, you jumped me. woo-freaking-hoo. that's 25,000 times; the thrill is gone...and so am I."
Lambchop
I agree that Derek sucked, but it was still stupid of Trumpy to fire him just because of the white trash comment. Maybe it wasn't a particulary bright thing to say, but to fire him over it?

I agree that Jenn sucked too....and Angela....and the chick with the glasses. Did anyone else notice the look she had on her face when she suggested, "A magician?" The look that said, "Am I brilliant or what?" This isn't a kid's birthday party, lady. I think that was even dumber than the go-carts.

Surya, school's out. Stop scribbling on the white blackboard, and get to work. I feel sorry for Stephani and James. They are the best two on that team, IMO, and they haven't had a chance to be PM yet.

I'm surprised Nicole and Tim can work at all -- with their heads so far up each other's butts.
eastcoastmarie
Anyone else think that DT was retroactively overreacting to some past trauma where someone called him white trash?

You mean like last week? Seriously. Man is (white) trash. Trash ain't about money.

"Tim and Nicole's relationship is making them suck!" (tm James)

I thought he said "soft" but if he really said "suck," that's kind of awesome. Though IMO they both suck independently; it just gets multiplied when you put them together.
umrguy42
I still find it interesting how Surya's... whatever-ness (as in, I can't figure the boy out, honestly) is somehow driving the rest of Arrow to win in spite of him. If it weren't for the "every man for himself" preview about next week, I'd be willing to put money on Arrow falling apart again after Surya finally gets fired - they'd have to find a new person to focus their dislike/mistrust/misgivings/etc. on (a force which seems to be pulling them together, for the most part, and God knows how, but is inspiring them on), and I don't think there's as good a target as Surya is...

Oh, and has The Donald ever fired anybody that fast in the show?

Also "things shouldn't just be said off the top of your head"? Why not when you're brainstorming? I mean, if you're being observed, maybe it's better to watch your mouth (Jerry Della Femina comes to mind)... but still. How many planning sessions have there been on this show where the teams BS their way through things until they hit something they "like"?)
mumbles
The reward scenes made me laugh, and then made me sad because I laughed. Finally, something to rival that horrible rap session from a few seasons ago ("Who is it? It's MARKUS!") The worst was when Snoop said, "The sky's the limit" and James nods profoundly, "I like that...." As if he'd never heard that before!

[And I'm not even going to comment on Frank and James' rap attempts because as sad as they were, as Stefani pointed out, at least they were trying.]

Derek and Jenn seemed to be not so bothered by their firings...I wonder if they realize this show is a frigging trainwreck ("Tent City" may be a clue....) and it's better to hop off now.

Randal - how can something be "very average"?
sereion
Did Derek just pull a "Bradford?" Seriously, that was a wack excuse to fire someone; especially if he was joking. Maybe the comment hit too close to home, perhaps? That's too bad, because he and Muna are the only two that I liked on Kinetic. I really want to like the Olympian, but...I dunno. I'm not impressed with her yet.

Meeting Snoop has to be one of the best rewards ever!!! I am officially on the Frank train; his performance has been quite impressive recently, and hearing him and James spitting lyrics--priceless! I know he won't win, but I want him to stick around purely for entertainment value. Oh, and him dancing? Hilarious!!!

Once again, Surya won in spite of leadership. I find him incredibly pompous, and useless. I'm officially sold on Stefani, good for she and Frank for taking the initiative during the task. If it weren't for them, they've would've lost.

Yay! Randall, my all time favorite, is back! Loved him in the boardroom. He gave the smackdown without being obnoxious. Trump, are you taking notes? I would love to see more of him this season.

I will say that I agree with the Jen firing--a least she maintain her sense of humor. He should've fired Angela, too.

Finally, I confess that I like Arrow (with the exception of Surya) much better than Kinetic. Business aside, they seem to be so much fun to hang out with. I don't think I'd be quite as thrilled if Kinetic won; I think they're very uptight--although I do wonder if Snoop would've rock some dancehall for Muna. I wanna hear her speak some patrois.

Tim and Nicole are doomed--Their relationship will be Arrow's downfall.
Lambchop
And I'm not even going to comment on Frank and James' rap attempts because as sad as they were, as Stefani pointed out, at least they were trying

How many teeth does Frank have anyway? About 50? Every time he smiles, I feel like I'm watching a movie called, "The Attack of The Killer Overbite."

But I can't really snark on Frank. He and James were justified when they made fun of Surya this time around. I really thought they were going to come back from the Lexus show to find Surya still scribbling on the board.

Angela needs some serious help with her hair. I know she's an Olympic athlete but does she always have to look like she just came out of the pool?

The blonde pencil-necked geekette who suggested the magician -- she's also the one who told Jenn that go-carts just weren't classy enough for a Lexus event.

But, of course, nothing says "luxury" like a magic act. Sheesh!
Absurdist
Wow. Is it really two hours later?

Toss 'em all. I'd say start over from square one, but I think that Trump is the central problem now, particularly as he's deluding himself into believing that this show (and he, by association) still has some business credibility.

Oh, and Mr. Trump, you can get out of my inbox now, too.

If I didn't still already have a bad taste in my mouth about Randall before...

Is there anyone associated with this show that isn't a total joke or just generally unpleasant now? Well, apart from Ivanka, anyway.
Scherzo
Anyone else think that DT was retroactively overreacting to some past trauma where someone called him white trash?

Dollars to doughnuts, that must have been Marla Maples.
protanto
Random thought:
- Angela is incompetent. She should've been fired. I suspect she is DT's pet contestant - at least, she was up until this episode. Her Olympian status must be good for his hungry ego.

- Derek is white trash, and it is not a joke. Who was he kidding?
He really thought he was almighty and could pull it off again when he decided to throw Jenn under the bus even before the task started, and when he refused to perform his duties on the task or help Angela - boy, is he grandious and dellusional or what? And what's up with his verbal diarrhea? Not only he came out of this as someone untrustworthy, unreliable and dirty, but also as someone not very smart. Who'd want him as a lawyer? Good riddance. I am glad he is gone.

- Jenn. Great exit! She left as a very intelligent, brave, funny, even wise professional. You go, girl!!! Good luck to you, Jenn! You are too good for Trump.

- Randal. Shut up, buddy! You were on the other side of the table not so long ago. And you pissed in your pants while stealing those megaphones; and Carolyn is still mad at you for not checking the weather, and you misspelled something on that bad poster...

- Trump, this show is so fixed!

- Frankie is growing on me. He is adorable. I think he can move.
- Stefanie. I'd be lost at the Snoop Dog's studio as well. Otherwise and most importantly, great reception, great performance, Stefanie rocks! So does James.

He really seems to have soured on Randall quickly, which surprises me, but whatever.

Heh, well he tried to make Randal share his position so I don't think he was too hard up on him to begin with.

ccmass
And my love for Stefani keeps on growing and growing, and who knew that Frank could be that effective during a task.

I adore Stefani and really she deserves to win though we all know that crown is pretty much going to Heidi.
lessa2010
So long Derek, you deserved to be kicked out on your ass. Angela wasn't in charge, you two were supposed to be working together dumbass!

I was a bit worried about Derek when he started in with the riff raff talk and taking down a certain person. Especially after reading more in the recap about what it says about you to try and oust your pm that way. I also became wary when he sat back and let Angela wallow around in a part of the task that so hugely implicated him. I will say though that I don't think Derek ever thought of this as a job opportunity, but rather Survivor in a suit. I think on that end he played and excellent game even though his mouth got him in trouble at the end. It wasn't the best comment, but I think Derek mistook Trump, who really didn't know him that well or interacted with him all that much, with his teammates and the rest of America who has been with him week in and week out and knows the supposed value of a self deprecating joke.

re: Surya during the prize

I think he was just really shy during the reward but didn't want to show it. You could tell that he thought he had to impress Snoop and that's why didn't step up. I ADORED Frank because he shouted out The Fam. You gotta love that. And additional love to James for shouting out about his experiences in the hood. Oh James, we know you meant the burbs (John Brown is the kind of them).

re: Surya during the boardroom
Mischievious mentioned about his pucker and pooch face and I loved that they showed it right after Randal as though Surya saw Randal doing it and copied it. Like in the recap where Jacob mentioned that Surya was acting how mad people should act?

Surya: How do I act disappointed yet concerned and ready to question? I see Randal is puffing out his lips, I will puff out mine EVEN MORE. Yeah, that's the ticket!

eastcoastmarie
This episode was so confusing. Angela seemed to suck, but I guess she gets to stay because she was an Olympic athlete?

I was telling a friend that basically Angela has either been shown standing or sitting around doing nothing, or agreeing with everyone. I honestly don't think she's all that great a business mind. I do think that she excells in being quiet and doing what she's told and being generally nonthreatening. Of course now that I've said this she'll be kicking butt and taking names next week. At least I hope so.

I missed who said it, but someone mentioned Nicole's propensity for mentioning things that happen to her and I thought it was hilarious and apropos.

VerinsOwl
I don't think it's fair to criticize Angela for not coming up with ideas when Jenn already had forced the 6th Sense theme onto the team.

Actually the Sixth sense wasn't a bad idea, just the execution was terrible. They could have applied a part of the car's features to each sense (taste could either relate to the food, or be more figurative as in excellent taste), and the Sixth sense could be that heightened sense of luxury. They're just so bousie about it.

quaissmart
I believe someone must have told Trump about Derek and his "T"

Does this refer to the gay thing? Because that's the very first thing I thought. Trump found a way to get rid of the other gay guy! But I'm a conspiracy theorist so who knows? Heh.

ETA: Love the forming of the Muna/Heidi initiative. They are a force to be reckoned with and I can't wait till they turn on each other! If Kinetic somehow loses again next week, I think they'll out Kristine, she's the least effective of the coven and won't roll over like Angela. Those ladies are smart, but they'll unravel soon enough.
paulyb84
Next week's previews showed Nicole and the four Arrow guys together, so maybe Stefani moves to Kinetic? We also saw Trump saying "you don't like him" in the boardroom, so that means maybe the men fight and one of them (besides James) gets fired?
daisylove88
I can't believe no one has mentioned Derek referring to the Illusionist as Yanni on crack. I laughed so hard. Or maybe its because I'm really stupid and laugh at anything.

I didn't think I could love Frank anymore than I already did. A few weeks ago, it seemed like I was the only loser who liked him. I'm so glad more people are warming up to him.

I like everyone equally. They seem geninue, down to earth, and people I can hang out with in the real world. But in terms of the show, the final two should definetly be Stefani and Heidi because they seem very competent, business-savvy, and intelligent.
StickyKeys
I assume the "you don't like him" is in reference to James/Frank's thoughts about Surya, which actually points to an Arrow meltdown. I don't think they would trade when the tables are 5-4, though if Stefani were to get traded she would be toast. The ladies of Kinetic are not going to make nice on that front.
Blue Jay
Best episode so far this season. Derek was imo one of the best members of the team and he's now gone. He should have helped Angela figure out ideas but on the other hand, Angela coming up with no ideas also is pretty bad in itself, specially in a few hours timeline. But since Derek got fired, Angela made it through the cracks, she is very lucky that Donald fired Derek so quickly. She should have been fired tonight but it's fine, she won't last much longer anyways. Jenn should have been fired also she did a pretty bad job leading, glad she got fired.
Since Kinetic is only down to 4 members maybe now we'll finally get to see more of it's members since all of them seem to have pretty small airtime thus far (cept for Heidi of course). But still Arrow is the team I like the most because of Nicole who is so full of energy, just love her.

Ps: I have no idea what white trash is, don't really want to know either.
Jaclynovascotia
I thought Jenn handled her exit with class, but I do think that I preferred Season I more when they appeared to really want to be the Apprentice. Now it seems as though they wouldn't mind becoming the Apprentice, but they don't have that hunger.

I agree that this was one of the best boardrooms they've had in years. I loved how peeved Trump looked when Randal kept forestalling him. And Randal looked sooo hot. Verrry sexy.

Did Surya know about Trump's dislike for that other contestant whose name I can't remember for not speaking up during the boardroom when he had the chance to question the losing team? Stupid mistake, Surya. It occurred to me that Surya has only spent a night or two out in the tent. If he gets traded back to his original team and they start winning again, he could last a long time.
umrguy42
I don't think they would trade when the tables are 5-4, though if Stefani were to get traded she would be toast.

If my viewing of the task introduction was correct, both teams started out with six members, so they would be 6-4, and begging for somebody to jump ship to "equalize" things out.

ETA:
Actually, isn't she an ice skater/ hockey or something?

Yeah, Women's Hockey, I do believe.

Anyone else think that DT was retroactively overreacting to some past trauma where someone called him white trash?

Word. I said as much to my sister.

Props to Jenn for a gracious exit. I LOLed out loud (TM Monk) when she said, "Before you fire me, and I know you're about to, can I just say one more thing?" Love the shot at the end with the remaining Kinetic members hugging Jenn before her departure - if you gotta go, that's the way to go.

I personally don't think Angela deserved to be fired - she didn't come up with great signage, but Derek offered no support, and why was she assigned to it in the first place? If I was PM, I'd try to put people with projects that suit their talents rather than trying to squeeze water out of a rock (or creative signs out of Angela, as the case may be). Jenn just didn't manage the task well from the beginning. How hard is it to do luxury, anyway? Nice champagne, some canapes, lots of cushy chairs and sofas...hey, what about a gift bag that's...an empty BAG!?! That would be awesome! (Sorry, S5 flashback)

Stefanie and FrankieSuits rocked my face off tonight. Trump should really just close this contest down now and hire Stef, because nobody else I've seen comes close to her professionalism and capability, even when dealing with nimrods like Surya and TimNicole. FrankieSuits should be kept around for sheer entertainment.

Overall good episode, but I cannot wait for the downfall of Surya.

ETA:
I loved how peeved Trump looked when Randal kept forestalling him.

I KNOW! That was hilarious, because Trump took it! I can't think of anyone else who could've (or would've) done that and gotten away with it. Trump knows Randal's too good for this. I wonder if his (Randal's) contract was extended after December 2006.

Angela plays hockey, not sure what position. I'm pretty sure she's not used to caring what her hair looks like on television anyway. ;)
StickyKeys
She's a hockey player.

umurguy, you are correct, I missed someone on Arrow. I think if they decide, they'll bring back Surya and then promptly have him fired. Heh. I don't know, it's all up in the air at this point.

Jackynovascotia
Did Surya know about Trump's dislike for that other contestant whose name I can't remember for not speaking up during the boardroom when he had the chance to question the losing team? Stupid mistake, Surya.

Yes, Surya did know, it was a point Trump brought up over and over in the boardroom where Aaron was fired. Surya talks a big game, but his actually execution skills are shaky at best. If he stays under the radar, he'll get far, but his overall creepy, ability to get worked up and do nothingness is going to get the best of him.
umrguy42
FrankieSuits should be kept around for sheer entertainment.

Does Trump have an opening for a court jester? :) In all seriousness, though, I do think Frank's a good worker... just not a very good leader (and not Apprentice material). But if I remember right that he's like only 27 or so, give him time - maybe it's something he'll someday develop into...
Tandemonium
I've gone from purely hating to appreciating the cartoon that Frankie Suits is back to pure hatred. Ugh! I can't stand his chach ass in the studio with Snoop. I also can't stand James and his coked up rants.

But back to Frankie...I can't stand Surya also, but when Frank compared Surya's scribblings to John Nash, that just rubbed me the wrong way. Not to defend Surya, but more Dr. Nash. It just seemed like Frank (no surprise) was that guy in school that ripped on the quiet and polite nerds in school. He did it again when he compared Surya to those kids in school who "try to be cool, but just aren't." Umm, yeah, Frankie Suits...that would be you.

I just have no respect for people that rip on and disrespect people who are far more brilliant than they could ever conceive to be...and again I'm talking about Dr. Nash and similar, and not Surya, fo shizzle. Frankie, you are one in maybe 50 people in this world of all time. You are replaceable, redundant, tired and cliche. The Dr. Nashes of the world are 1 of 200,000 of every eighty-ish years.

Lame firing of Derek. I thought he was funny.

Tentcity, Snoop and his entourage stoned while trying their hardest to not confide in Arrow how big of jokes they really are being a contestant on this show...how can these assholes still be deluded to think this is a job interview after that...and after whatshername who I like spelled it out in the boardroom and quit.

I wish Bravo would come up with a "Top Business" or something so I could see a Season 1 Apprentice-esque but with more credibility kind of a show.

but [Surya's] overall creepy, ability to get worked up and do nothingness is going to get the best of him.

Or a job as a double for Trump!

Does this refer to the gay thing? Because that's the very first thing I thought. Trump found a way to get rid of the other gay guy!

I thought it was funny that Trump got so upset after the "white trash" comment, since only moments earlier he referred to Derek as an "artsy kinda guy." That struck me as code for "gay" because, when are entertainment lawyers known for doing anything "artsy"? And would Trump say the same thing to a straight entertainment lawyer? Arrrrrrrrrrgh......this show annoys me so much now.

The firing of Derek over the white trash comment, particularly when Trump is goading people for information (and who knows how long it took to get to that point) is complete and utter BS. Particularly if Derek called himself that. And then going off on Derek for bringing up a bad idea. HELLO, it's called Brainstorming. Derek put something on the table, agreed it didn't work, but that was supposed to get the creative juices flowing.

Can Randal and Ivanka and DT Jr take over for the Trump by himself?

Speaking of saying incredibly stupid things, did anyone else notice Trump's response to Tim in regards to Ticole (ha! Sorry, I couldn't resist that)?

Trump: Good for you, I'm proud of you ... Tim. I'm proud of you.

Blecch, he's so gross.

The promo monkeys ruined what little surprise I might have had about Derek being fired. It was clear once they lost he was gone no matter who else went. I had a small hope after he was fired that the second person fired would be Randall. That truly would've been surprising.

I'm remembering how many of us thought Heidi wasn't very good, that her team carried her during her wins. She's looking much better now, compared to the rest of her team. She and Stefani are the only people who seem remotely intelligent now.
