Hopefully there are some people out there who are as addicted to these survival games as I am and are willing to play another one, because I've played this game on other threads and it's insanely fun! It should also be interesting to see if the results mirror those of the other episode survival games. I'm shamelessly stealing the below rules from Karoline:

Rules:
Vote for your FOUR least favorite episodes.
After several hours have passed and (at least) 5 people have voted, the round will end.
I'll tally up the votes, and the THREE episodes with the most will be eliminated (with tiebreaker rounds as needed). We'll then begin a new round. (There will end up being about two rounds in a 24 period)
This will carry on until we go down to voting for three eps and eliminating two and, when we have our final 10, voting for two and eliminating just one at a time.
This should be a challenging game, particularly when it comes down to having to vote against episodes you love to save episodes you love just a little bit more!

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Round 1 Results. Unlike the poor players on the GG and AD forums, you'll be spared my bad episode puns (i.e., 'Love, Daisies and Troubadours has wilted...') because I'm way too caffeine-deprived!

It was a close first round, and I'm glad so many people wanted to participate. After receiving seven votes, One Angry Veronica was sentenced to elimination. (OK, so maybe even a pre-caffeine me can't totally resist the lame puns!) The Quick and the Wed and Drinking the Kool-Aid were the other two eliminated episodes, receiving six votes apiece. I'm not a fan of either of those two, but am shallow enough to like Kool-Aid a tiny bit purely because I find Casey so appealing.

I'll de-bold the eliminated episodes on our first page list to remind everyone that they're now out of contention. Meanwhile, Round 2 is open and will close at about 5:30 this evening.

I know what you mean, but the Weevil-Logan interactions are among my very favorite scenes of the entire series for me.

You know, I can actually overlook her and put this as one of my favorite S1 episodes.

Versatile Toppings- Ugh Kristin Cavelleri. Also, Kristen Bell seemed to be off this episode. This also marked the point where the writers began to overuse Corny.
My Mother the Fiend- I didn't mind this one the first time I saw it, but I've liked it less and less as I've seen it again and thought about it. The Trina adoption storyline really bugs me.
Blast from the Past- Boring.
Kanes and Abels- It was good the first time watching, but once I knew who killed Lilly this episode lost all of its power. Plus, Sabrina is really annoying.

Me too! I actually adore this one and think it's among the best plotted MotWs of the series.

*ding ding ding* Round 2 is now over. Donut Run was devoured with five votes and Lord of the Bling will now be rapping up there in episode heaven after receiving six.

However, we need to have a tiebreaker round to determine the third elimination. My Mother, The Fiend, Versatile Toppings and Driver Ed all received four votes. Within the next two hours, just post the name of the episode you MOST want eliminated.

My vote: My Mother, The Fiend. I hate Lianne, and not in a 'love to hate' sort of way.

Driver Ed -- Same reason as before.

Versitile Toppings --I just found it silly and inane. The payoff with the jock sucked, too. My favorite part was when Mr. Wu was like, "I thought Peter was your friend?" to Veronica when she asks if he was interested in art. Ha! He told you, Veronica!

Hmm, I trying to decide which episode I hate worse, Driver Ed or My Mother, the Fiend. I don't really like either one. I'll go with My Mother, the Fiend, though, simply because Driver Ed at least has Wallace acting all adorable and that hallway scene between Logan and Veronica, which I do like.

Well, I guess My Mother, The Fiend is the winner---er, loser---since it received two votes while the others each received one.

Aint No Magic Mountain High Enough - I have no idea how this episode went from being my favorite of Season 2, to a bummer. I guess after you rewatch the episodes your perception can vastly change. Donut Run is actually now one of my favorites and I used to hate it.

Why is Blast From the Past getting all the hate?

Heh----yeah, holly, I remain convinced that you and I saw an entirely different version of ANMMHE from everyone else ;) By the way, you don't happen to love Troy and belong to that tiny minority who feel the EARLY part of S1 was the strongest part of the entire series, do you? If so, I'll know that we officially share a brain.
