E! Online: Watch with Kristin--Feb. 27th, 2006

An excerpt from the above transcript:
From JT: Ellen Pompeo indicates an intern is leaving Grey's Anatomy at the season's end. Who do you guess?
An intern is leaving the intern program--she did not say someone is leaving the show, and I don't know of any cast member leaving Grey's Anatomy. I'm guessing this is more of a storyline about Elliot "leaving" Sacred Heart. And my guess (though I honestly don't know!) would be George or Alex. Meanwhile, more scoop: I'm hearing that Drew Lachey is in talks--though nothing firm yet--with Grey's Anatomy to join the show for at least a few episodes later this season. I'm also hearing that Stacy Keibler was robbed. (And that is confirmed by reliable sources.)

From FALINt: What's in store for Meredith and McDreamy?
When asked what is next for McDreamy, Shonda Rhimes told Broadcasting and Cable: "I can't tell you, honestly. Something terrible happens, and bad stuff follows. Well, perhaps, perhaps. Honestly, I can't tell you." Now, mind you, that second sentence is exactly what she said about the Super Bowl episode, so either (a) she slipped and something bad is happening to our beloved Derek or (b) Shonda is some kind of genius robot. Only time will tell, my friends.

Thanks JennRN.
More from Kristen:
Food for thought: Now that George is out of the house, who moves in? I'm guessing something goes down between Burke and Yang. Since she gave up her apartment, where else would she go? Thanks to the Meredith scandal, there's room for her at the house.
Hmmm...you may be on to something, my dear! I can't yet say anything regarding a certain storyline, because at this point, it's just an idea that hasn't been written. But let's just say that, assuming they go through with it, there is something extremely interesting and shocking coming up. I promise to tell you more very soon.
I'm also hearing that Stacy Keibler was robbed. (And that is confirmed by reliable sources.)

Who is Stacy Keibler?
JennRN
Stacy Keibler is a non-GA reference, from Dancing with the Stars on ABC.

There is one more set of sides for the "superstition" episode and it actually is the most interesting, but I have it from a payment actors' website so I can't put up a link.

Anyway to sum it up there is a third patient, whose name is Nikki. She climbed up a tree during a thunderstorm because her boyfriend's dog hates her and was barking at her... and lightning hit the tree and she fell of the tree. She has a ruptured spleen. She doesn't want to go through surgery because of a whole series of bad things that have happened to her during the day, and given what her horoscope said, she should've just stayed home. Basically this is the main patient's story for the episode together with Jesse.

The two doctors involved are Dr Green and Dr White, can't really infer who they are. By the trauma and how they talk to her about telling the truth I'd say Bailey and Christina. Or Bailey and whoever else of the interns. Unless, since they set Nikki's leg, and they are in the pit, the Callie (Sara Ramirez) character is Dr White.

Disregard that Little Creatures one. It has already been run, it was the one with the leeches. Tv.com has had that going around and wrong for months. So the order in theory is Band Aid Covers a Bullet Hole 2.20, Superstition 2.21 and Name of the Game 2.22.

GREY'S ANATOMY - "Superstition" - When a series of deaths occur at Seattle Grace, the uncanny events bring out the doctors' superstitious sides and make Izzie nervous about Denny's surgery. Meanwhile, Derek and Addison discuss making a more permanent living arrangement, and Richard treats a very special, old friend. Source: ABC; Air date: March 19th

From Ausiello:

Question: Is this the end for George and Meredith?  — Julie

Ausiello: As lovers? Definitely. As friends? Probably not — although it's going to be rough sledding for a while. "There's no turning back," says Grey's writer Stacy McKee on my new favorite site, greyswriters.com. "There’s nothing George and Meredith can do. The damage is done — things will never be the same. They’ve just changed something important in their lives forever and… they are freaking out." Series creator/information Nazi Shonda Rhimes also weighed in on Georedith in a wide-ranging (yet spoiler-free) Q&A on ABC.com.

Question: How much do you hate Meredith!?! How could she do that to George!?!? Poor guy! Do you think George is the intern leaving the program?! He better not be, or I will really hate Meredith!! What the hell kind of name is Meredith anyway?! And that hair!! WTF!  —  Joseph

Ausiello: Simmer yourself, Joe — nobody's perfect. (And I like her hair.) While we're on the subject of Seattle Grace's resident selfish whore, you know the dad she just saw for the first time in 20 years? Turns out he has a new wife and a daughter — both of whom Meredith will meet later this season. (And I meant "selfish whore" in a good way.)

UNFORGETTA... OUCH!: Speaking of fake-hospital TV series... Question: Are Derek and Addison going to end their sham of a marriage any time soon?  — Deni

Ausiello: If the latest intel from my discolored Grey's mole holds up, Derek — after an impromptu exam-room consult with Seattle's best divorce attorney — will come closer than ever to subtracting Add from his life (and that's why I have an office, folks). But he may be too late. Word is that Meredith is going to develop a thing for a hunky veterinarian.

Not much, but here's a blurb from spoilefix about ep. 2.23: The Rhythm of life:

03/11 - A Catholic mother of seven, whose highly religious husband refuses to use any kind of contraceptives, begs Addison for medical help. They tell the husband it was a surgical complication. But he's suspicious and she faces legal scrutiny. A divorce attorney sees a prospective client in her team of tending doctors. A legendary jazz musician refuses to see medical reason.

Grey's Anatomy[New]
10 pm/ET, ABC
If Izzie's going to lose her heart to a patient, must he have a bad heart? There are so many other organs; why hit us over the head like that? But enough ranting. Didn't you feel almost — almost — sorry for Alex when Denny (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) was wheeled back into Izzie's life two weeks ago? It's not likely that things will get any better for Alex on tonight's Grey's. Nor are things likely to be happily-ever-after for Derek and Addison, but at least there should be some clarification on how things stand between them. Plus, Natalie Cole makes a guest appearance. — PD

03/17 - [Chris O'Donnell,] the former Head Case, is headed to Grey's. To keep a lid on the plot, execs won't say whom he's playing or how long he'll be sticking around. From the Ausiello Report:
Rumor: Chris O'Donnell is joining Grey's Anatomy.
Source: Ask Ausiello
True or False: True! Nearly two months after I first broke this story, ABC is finally confirming the worst-kept secret in Hollywood: The former Head Case is headed to Grey's. But that's all the net is admitting. To keep a lid on the plot, execs — no doubt under strict orders from a certain Information Nazi whose name rhymes with Fonda Dimes — won't say whom he's playing or how long he'll be sticking around. What's more, to ensure that O'Donnell won't blab, they're not making him available to the press until after his April 2 debut. Short story short: They're making it very difficult for me to spoil things for you. But a guy can still try: The buzz is that O'Donnell will be on for eight episodes playing a hunky veterinarian who'll get Meredith to start McDreaming about someone other than Derek. See, that didn't hurt anyone, did it?

Rumor: Someone's a switch-hitter on Grey's Anatomy.
Source: E! Online
True or False: True — at least if my casting spies are correct in telling me producers are looking for an actress to play a woman in her forties who shows up at Seattle Grace with a bisexual bombshell up her sleeve about one of the female interns. Suddenly, George's Super Bowl shower fantasy is taking on an all new (mostly literal) meaning.

BEST. GREY'S ANATOMY. NEWS. EVER. (SPOILER ALERT!)
In a sign that the gods have clearly been reading this column, one of the lead female characters on Grey's Anatomy is soon going to be revealed to be bisexual. The revelation occurs in mid-April, in an episode titled "Damage Case", when the 40-something ex-girlfriend (and former professor) of the character in question shows up at the hospital. Now happily pregnant and in a long-term relationship with a woman, the ex-girlfriend meets the bisexual character's current significant other and inadvertently reveals the true nature of their former (3-year) relationship.

I've seen the casting sides for the ex-girlfriend, and the dialogue seems to point to the bisexual character being Cristina (Sandra Oh), or possibly Addison (Kate Walsh). You know I'm rooting for Sandra Oh--seriously, how could Cristina not be bisexual? And she went to Smith!--but my girlfriend's partial to Addison, just because Addison is, well, Addison.

An even better idea? Make both women bisexual and have them revisit their relationship from Under the Tuscan Sun (2003). Then everyone's happy. Well, except Burke and Derek. But that just leaves more men for Meredith to sleep with.

From Kristen's Chat:

From Kris: Seriously, one of the main characters on Grey's Anatomy is bisexual?
Seriously?Ha! Seriously. At least, that was the plan as of a week ago: to reveal that a main character has or had a same-sex lover.

From Susanna: What's the scoop on the possibly bi character on Grey's? Is it an intern or attending?
Yes. But actually, to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if Shonda Rhimes ends up changing that storyline. It has not been filmed yet, only written, and we all know how she feels about revealing upcoming storylines. In the meantime, I hear George is finally getting some good lovin' in upcoming episodes, now that Alex has forced him to grow a spine. Woohoo.

From bethany_lse: Seriously, do you have any Grey's scoop?
There's a big car crash episode coming up with a bunch of Southerners. And I hear that Mer-Der won't be rekindling anytime soon, but possibly later this season. Honestly, I'm not sure how to feel on that one anymore!

From Ask Ausiello

Question: Who is the bisexual female intern on Grey's Anatomy (The Ausiello Report 3/17)? — Glory Marie
Ausiello: Like it's not completely obvious?

Question: Will Meredith and Derek ever get back together on Grey's Anatomy? — Morgan
Ausiello: Looks like that may be up to Meredith, who — if my Grey's intel is on the up-and-up — will end the season with quite the romantic dilemma: McDreamy or McChrisO'Donnell.

Alex gets a lesson in bedside manners from Burke. One of the female doctors meets a veternarian named Sam. Izzie is still worried about Denny.

Not much from Ausiello, but here goes:

Question: When does Kate Walsh's contract with Grey's Anatomy end? I'm a huge Addison fan and really don't want her to go. BTW, I'd totally have an affair with you.... But it'd just be for the scoops. — Chelsea

Ausiello: That basically makes you a whore, Chelsea (not that there's anything wrong with that). I think it's safe to say that Addison (who's rapidly becoming my new favorite character) will be around for the foreseeable future, especially in light of the rumor that Eric Dane (aka McSteamy) has signed on to appear in at least 13 episodes next season. Naturally, no one at ABC is confirming, but the way the Grey's writers gush about him in their weekly blog, it would hardly come as a surprise

Question: Who's the bisexual intern on Grey's Anatomy? It's not that obvious to some people. — Megan

Ausiello: Funny story. I got an e-mail from a Grey's publicist on Friday insisting that there are "no plans for any kind of same-sex relationship this season with any of the main characters. Joe, the bartender, remains happily involved with another man though." In other words, it's possible this bisexual plot was scrapped soon after it was hatched. Of course, it's also possible Shonda Rhimes had a gun pointed at that publicist's head when he was typing that e-mail.

Question: I'm dying for scoop about the two-part, three-hour Grey's Anatomy season finale. Dr. Ausiello, I need some emergency treatment, stat! — Greg

Ausiello: We may meet a new female surgeon who walks like Cristina, talks like Cristina, fights like Cristina and has the same taste in men as Cristina. On the patient front, there may be a huge surgery with something like 11 surgeons involved — one of whom may be the doc who subbed for Bailey while she was on leave.

I saw that also and looked into some of the other posts by the "source" of this and don't thinnk that it is credible. As some else here said (sorry I can't remember who or I would credit you) that storyline (unprotected sex) has already been done with Burke and Christina (S1), as well as Izzie's teenage pregnancy, and George's STD and it is very unlikely that Shonda would go that route yet again.

Ask Ausiello:

Question: I was expecting the usual clean-cut Chris O'Donnell to appear on Sunday's Grey's Anatomy, but instead was treated to McScrumptious! Yum! Any news on how long his character will be on the show? — Jamie
Ausiello: I heard at least eight episodes — five this season and three next. And I agree, that scruff was definitely a good look for O'Donnell. And I loved how Meredith started frantically knitting after she first laid eyes on him. Actually, I pretty much loved everything Ellen Pompeo did in that episode. I'm almost ready to forgive her for breaking George's heart. Oh, forget "almost" — all's forgiven, Mer!

Question: Am I the only one not liking the Izzie-Denny story line on Grey's Anatomy? I can't stand it! Please tell me it'll be over soon! — Monica
Ausiello: I'll confess, I wasn't a big fan at first, either. But damnit if those two aren't starting to grow on me. The initial plan was for him to do nine episodes, which would have his arc ending right around the season finale next month. BTW, we won't see an original Grey's until April 30. Next week What About Brian gets a sneak preview in Grey's time slot, and the following week we get another gratuitous clips show. Sigh…
