I saw that old Cribs episode on MTV2 yesterday. That Tiffany girl with the teeny monkey gets me every single time. The little diaper and tiny face are too cute for words. It was shot when Hef had the seven girls, but Holly was clearly #1 and Bridget appeared to be #6 or #7.

I think Hef likes Kendra so much that he'd change the duties of #1 GF for her. But I don't see things changing anytime soon.

I think so too Plain. He seems very charmed by Kendra, just the way he looks at her and the way he laughs at everything she says. I think he is very fond of her.

It would be hilarious! We'd get to see Hef laughing and indicating the direction of the nearest door...and then we'd see Holly tearfully explaining that she didn't really mean what she said and begging Hef to let her stay and keep the crumbs he throws her way.

It reminds me of a comedian I heard talking about why all of the men in a wedding ceremony wear the same exact outfits - it's so if the groom doesn't show all the men can just take one step to the left and the ceremony can go on as planned with a different guy. If one fake boobed blonde pisses Hef off, well there are plenty more exactly like her who can move one bed to the left and take her place.

According to both Jill Ann and Izabella, who both said they have been in the room with Hef during sex nights, Hef has had sex with Bridget, Holly and many of the other women. Holly goes first. Izabella said in her book that Bridget was a frequent sexual partner to Hef.

Jill Ann may have been just a hanger-on but her detailed account of what happens in the room during sex nights is very similar to Izabella's account.

I just saw the Halloween episode and DANG! How do I score an invite to that party? They did an amazing job, especially that room with the lady coming out of the tv (The Ring?).

Kendra has none of the charm she had last season (I know, I know, whether she had charm or not to begin with is debateable). She's done playing dress up and going along with all the shenanigans.

I think I've figured out why I like Kendra, in small doses, on my TV--she reminds me of my sister, who I communicate with in small doses, via text message--anything more is just taxing.

I literally cringed in horror for Jackie, if she can somehow watch reality television in the afterlife. Not to mention Holly was wearing the iconic pink suit (I assume Chanel, but maybe Cassini) which Jackie was wearing that day in Dallas. Long before she was an Onassis. I can't imagine Jackie rocking the bare midriff and mini-skirt, though.

Thank Gawd Holly found a spare brain cell and had the sense not to spatter blood on the suit.

A couple of people have commented on Jackie Ho upthread leesha79. I can't believe I'm defending a GND but I don't think she was looking at the morbid aspect of the costume, just that Jackie was this amazing, classy fashion icon and she was poking fun at the image. In some alter universe, Holly would be right up there as American icons go if the Playboy Mansion were as influential as the White House.

Halloween is a sardonic, push-the-envelope holiday. There's always a costume that offends everyone. For me, it was Bill Maher's "Steve Irwin" costume this year.

And that genuine affection makes the little pecks with Holly seem hollow. It's always Holly going over to Hef, and he's always going over to Kendra. Who knows? Now that we're noticing it, maybe Hef will turn on the acting & convince us he really does like Holly.

Kendra is so over the PB scene, the way she interacts with the other girls is very telling. She barely manages to tolerate Holly and Kendra and has no use for pretty much all of the rest of them. Her attitude is very unfitting for a bunny. But for all of that, I think that Hef really, really likes her. I don't think that he's having sex with Kendra or Bridget anymore, maybe when there were 7 girls, but not anymore. He does seem to get a real kick out of her antics though. I think he keeps her around just to see what she does or says next and he knows that Holly doesn't like her. I think Kendra keeps him from being bored out of his mind.

I must be super-naive or something - Before coming on these boards I enjoyed watching the show and didn't really think about what happened behind-the-scenes. I'm confused. Last night, the episode I saw was recruiting for the new club in Las Vegas. According to Yahoo TV, it was episode 215 and isn't supposed to air until 11/7. The episode that was apparently supposed to air last night was the one where the girls supposedly make an exercise video, number 214. Did I miss one, or does Yahoo TV just have the descriptions/air dates mixed up? Whiche episode did you guys see last night?

Same thing...it was the Bunny Hunt episode, even though my guide said "The Girls make an excercise video".

It was so obvious that the recruiting for the new club took place the same day as the anniversary. Kendra and Bridget were wearing the same clothes in both episodes (Kendra had that black top and short jeans shorts and Bridget had that black dress with the Playboy bunny on it) and at the end of the recruiting episode, Bridget mentions that she was going to Sprinkles (or whatever the cupcake bakery is called). Why not air the recruiting one first?

Also, the gaydar was in overdrive with Kendra at that recruiting session. She was like a kid in the candy store!

I nearly fell off my chair when Kendra said "I like big butts, I am in charge of the butts!" Does anyone else find it a bit sad that Holly's anniversary party fell on a day when they were recruiting for the infamous (not really) PB Club? Not quite a way to make a girl feel 'special.' Though, since she is the one that planned it, maybe she did it that way in order to have Hef act more sentimental about it, since he seems to not be able to have any true feelings about anything that isn't directly related to PB. He is really coming off as an insensitive, selfish twat. (not that I should have expected any more from him) :P

I didn't understand the way the audition worked. I would think a lot more than 300 women would have shown up, and I also think they would need more than the 10 or so they ended up picking.

I agree that Hef is more fond of Kendra than he is of the other girls...and beyond that, I think if any of the girlfriends were to be picked for playmate, it would be Kendra. Bridget is too old, Holly herself has admitted that Hef told her she doesn't have the qualities he looks for in a playmate (which in Playboy terms I'm pretty sure translates to "I'll fuck you, but don't expect to meet my mom."). Kendra, on the other hand, even taking into account the orange skin and frizzled hair, is young and fun and has that thing about her that makes jocks and teens and husbands across America reach for the lotion bottle, you know? I would love, love, love to see the girls hide their tears while they staged a fake congratulatory dinner for her.

I thought Kendra was hilarious in that episode. Barging into the meeting late; rather indignantly proclaiming that a nice ass was the only criteria she was concerned with. I also liked her rant about how she could never be a bunny because she hates high heels and dressing up.

I can understand how Kendra would appeal more to the average guy than Holly or Bridget, but she'd make a terrible "Head" (tee hee) Girlfriend if said head girlfriend is expected to speak publicly or host things. She certainly doesn't take things as seriously as Holly or even Bridget!

Atlanta I’ll give you the “quick and dirty” (pun intended) version. According to Izabella's book, the Bentley twins really used Hef. He bought them $100,000 cars, gave them expensive gifts, etc., all the while they were dating other men. After the twins left, Hef began to crack down on subsequent girlfriends, imposing curfew and curtailing the generous gifts. I think the other girls resent the Bentley twins for "ruining it" for them.

My fave part of this week's episode was watching Holly and Bridgette all but hissing at that one evil twin/former Hef girlfriend, Mandy!
And with good reason---after reading the JillAnne book, you can certainly get an idea of what gold-digging nasty bitches those hosebag Bentley twins are.
