Ok, my mailman decided to mistakenly deliver Steve Marshall's copy of playboy to my mailbox. Normally I would have just hit it with a return to sender and not even thought about it. But just peeking out above the confidental, no this isn't porn, black plastic wrapper I saw the banner: Return of the Girls Next Door!

So I saw Holly, Kendra and Bridget's whole spread (pun intended).

First off I have to say that I was surprised how little nudity is actually in Playboy. There ARE a lot of articles in that magazine! As a married woman, I'm not really familiar with the magazine, but I was really shocked to see how most of the magazine was text.
That being said...
The cover image of the three of them was ok. Except that bridget was wearing a bra and holding up one of her boobs awkwardly.

Kendra's Heisman Trophy pose with the chargers jersey cut above her boobs? Awful.
First of all whoever cut it cut it crooked and raggedy. Jeez. Second her nails are gross. She kind of has man nails. Really short and weirdly shaped, maybe bitten down?
And her nipples are weird. They look like really little cylinders.

Holly's nipples are tiny.

Bridget looked old.

I must say that it gave my hubby a thrill to see me poring over a porn mag...

I'd bet they were airbrushed to look that small. But I am so curious if any of their vaginas went missing (were airbrushed out) in this issue.

Doesn't that happen when someone with really small boobs gets implants? The nipples are in proportion to the original boobs and not the new ones?

I can't believe this show fascinates me the way it does and that I'm speculating on nipple size and implants.

If anyone does get the mag, I'm more curious to see what you have to say about the mini cylinder nips of kendra. They almost look fake. Is there such a thing as nippleplasty?

Nipples are just like breasts...they come in all shapes and sizes. Just because you have small breasts does not mean that you will have small nipples.

Although Bridget looks older (and sports that 'I just smelled something bad' look), I think she looks good. Holly's nipples do look really tiny and her hair looks yellow.

Kendra looks good too, although I don't think her face is all that photogenic. She has beautiful eyes, but something about her nose/mouth is off.

Edited to add: I noticed none of them is full front-on. They are all twisted or turned so seeing between their legs isn't an issue. I wonder if that was a stipulation of Hef's for them to do the shoot.

I'm a little surprised by the big deal made about Bridgette's age. As if Hefner's a spring chicken?

Their facial expression are the same in every pic (Oh, except for Bridgette's "I hope no one noticed that I just farted!" face in the King Kong photo)

I will now call your attention to the "King Kong's hand" photo...notice that there is a missing snatch. Same with Kendra's in two other pics. Perhaps their hoo-has are vampires of some sort and they can't be captured on film? If you can't count on a girlie mag to produce pink, then the terrorists have won.

I watched the E! True Hollywood story tonight. Pam Anderson was too funny!

I found Holly sort of evil in that documentary, especially in her comments on Hef's marriage. She tries to be all sweet and angelic, but really she's the evil, bitchy sorority president slipping black balls in the voting box behind the backs of her friends. Just from some of the comments in the show tonight, and from some of her little gossip sessions with Mary and her interviews. It just bugs. I feel like Kendra is far more honest about her feelings, and Bridget is just too sweet to say anything really bad about someone. Of all of them, Holly is the last one I would want to run into in a dark alley.

Weird pictures. Why do none of them have pubic hair? Forgive me because I am out of touch, but is pubic hair forbidden by Playboy?

Bridget's face doesn't look great and her legs look almost too skinny in the first photo of the three of them, especially her calves. It looks like they airbrushed her a lot, because she looks almost the same size as Holly and Holly is actually skinnier.

Kendra looks like a porn star. That's the first thing I thought when I saw her open-mouthed pose. The combination of her mouth and the excessively bleached hair screams porn star to me.

Overall, these just didn't impress me. I've seen much better photos in Playboy in their Playmate of the month feature.

For women who's life-long dream is to appear in Playboy and be given two shots at it, they could spend more time practicing their sexy faces. This shoot is so bad. I see Hef's dilemma, especially since they probably couldn't afford a reshoot. It could have been so much sexier and classier- like other Playboy shoots. It looks like a bunch of hoochies playing around the prop room of a high school theatre, actually there's an idea......

Anyhow- Bridget's had possibility- but the shocked smelly face messed it up. Holly flat saggy butt and bland unremarkable glamour shoot was forgettable. I know what Marilyn's shoot looked like and I still remember it because it was good. Kendra rehashed a tired old Playboy set-up and it looked super cheesy because she looked super cheesy and fake. Here's an idea Kendra, do it in the rain with a jersey on that is see through and get some strategically placed mud on your body- oh and don't forget some mud in the hair to darken it. There- I think I just put Holly out of her art director job. It's not that hard.

I thought EVERYTHING about their shoots was REALLY cheesy and pathetic. I've never seen a Playboy before (that I can remember), and I guess I expected more. SPORTS FRICKIN' ILLUSTRATED could have shot something sexier and more artistic!

Actually Holly said something in the season opener when she was doing her homework on the Playmates from the 70's-what did she call it-fur undies or something? I'm drawing a blank. I took it to mean that the shaved thing was Hef's current obsession like his platinum blonde period right now.

She asked Mary the secretary if it was easier for the 70's Playmates to pose because they had - and I quote - "fur bikinis".

Totally agree with Kendra looking like a porn star. I do have to say she photographs beautifully though. She always looks so much prettier in her pictures then on the show. I liked Bridgets set up (the one of the three of them, not her individual). They didn't look like skanks and it was an attractive set. Holly's and Kendra's were just horrible.

I think Bridget is the most attractive of all of them. I don't see the "beauty" in Holly. She's attractive, but I don't find anything about her cute or beautiful. Kendra is cute, but looks rough.

Why am I so drawn to watching this show?

It's more than grooming--they've completely removed the grass from the field. It reminds me of Barbie dolls. Next they'll airbrush off their nipples.

I have to say I thought the themes would be cute. BUT I think they terrible. I have to admit that Heff's bed picture is better. I am not a playboy fan. BUT I think his bed ones are better than the cheesy themes. Kendra and Holly photo the best. Sorry Bridget. I know she really wants it. But she isn't as photo perfect......

I think it is time for Bridget to move on before they move her on. Better to leave at the height and make your own way out....just some advice. I feel bad for her.

I finally caught this week's episode and I'm SHOCKED how much nudity they got away with on the show! The nipples were barely pixillated, you could still see the areolas on all the girls but that didn't even matter because you saw the whole boob anyway! There were butts all over the place and minimally pixillated chooches (although the going theory on here is that their hoo-has are barbie parts anyway).

Kendra has a smoking hot body though. They all do, actually except Holly kind of has a flat butt. I think Bridget is a cute gal, she just looks tired all the time. Hef isn't exactly a night owl so she must be up late studying every night.

I was also shocked. I commented on it to Mr. Sweetea. In some shots, you could almost see the nipple. I had to remind myself that because E is a cable channel, it is not subject to FCC rules as are the networks. Still, even the cable channels tend to cowtow to advertisers, so E pushed the envelope with this episode. I did notice that they showed a disclaimer a few times.

I know it's already been said but gosh, Holly's nipples are really tiny... almost distractingly so given the size of her breasts.

Do they all have implants? It looks obvious to me that Holly and Kendra do (Kendra's are the worst IMO), but Bridget's breasts look more realistic on the show, although not so much in the photos.

After Hef's party with the pasties I was thinking her implants are a little older than the others and maybe they settled a bit.

I'm wondering how pissed those girls are for missing out on the cameras and I'm hoping they'll all write books in the next year while the fire is hot. I must have books and tell-all movies because it's all so sordid, perverse and strange. Grown woman agreeing to a curfew? For what?

I am not sure of the exact year, but I recall hearing Hef say something about narrowing the group down to a select few, or something like that.

I think there was some drama/backstabbing going on, and Bridget and Holly were the only 2 that made it through when Hef downsized from 7 or 8 to 3. Kendra was new, and wasn't part of the original Party Posse.

That being said, I would love to know what really went down when that happened. One of the ex-gf's Izabella St. James has a book coming out about her time at the mansion. Also, I remember there was some speculation that some of the ex-gf's (i.e. Tiffany Holliday) were posting on the E! board at one time.

Maybe one of the other regular posters here, like lvmom or SnoopyKalena might know more about the demise of the Party Posse. I am sure at least some of the girls who were "let go" are pissed now that GND has been somewhat successful and Holly, Bridget and Kendra are getting all kinds of exposure (no pun intended) as a result.

Well,the general theory is that Hef could not afford to float that many girls. The perks of girlfriend are room,board,and allowance along with free hairstyling(which I personally think you get what you pay for since the girlfriend's hair often looked dry and damaged,as a hairdresser I notice these things) and he presumably foots the bill for the plastic surgery which makes the girls more aesthetically pleasing to him. It has also been bandied about that once a girlfriend finally gets to pose,she leaves the nest,having achieved that goal. Holly even hinted to that when she said as an official girlfriend she never expected to pose. My theory,however,which is strictly mine since the producer has vehmently denied this on the E! boards,is that Hef is a very clever man and knew that he needed to do something to boost lagging sales and "cast" the three hangers on he thought would make a hit reality show for him. I believe they were real girlfriends with the exception of Kendra,but Holly and Bridget often talk about checking Kendra out during the party which she met,almost hinting that she was auditioning. Just my opinion,though.

Bridget and Holly have mentioned a few times about the demise of the Party Posse, that it got very nasty and catty while the herd was being thinned. A lot of back-stabbing and lying went on during that time between the girls. It's been posted that Bridget was one of the girls that made her way up to the top of the heap by outting other girlfriend's rule-breaking, the example is them selling their Mid-Summer's night party tickets for the highest profit, which apparently is a no-no in the Hef-world. And likely Bridge used her baby-girl manipulation routine to also push her way to the top. Who knows what Holly did, but some have said she was actually the nicest and that's why Hef loves her and that a former girlfriend "hand-picked" Holly to take her place. Not sure I believe that Holly was the nicest, because she seems to be the master of hiding her "real" feelings and pretending that things are always roses and sunshine.

What a culture to live in! I know that doesn't offer much, I don't know a whole lot about that Party Posse time, but I think I'll go research it now, my sociology college-days bells are chiming!

I do not believe that Holly was the nicest. I believe, based on how she acts and what she says on film, that she cozied herself up to the number 1 girlfriend at the time- Tiffany was it?. She became the girlfriends best girlfriend. Then it could be possible that she put a bug in her ear to leave. Either was, when she left, Holly was a no brainer as a replacement. Wouldn't you want your friend to benefit and not some other girl you don't like as much? I think Holly is conniving, passive-aggressive, manipulative and gold-digging. She's cute and can be funny for an airhead, but she is no real "catch". I think Barbi Benton was the best for Hef so far.

HIPAA is the Health Insurance Portability and Accounting Act of 1996. It basically protects patient's privacy by regulating the disclosure of medical records/information/etc. So, we might never know if Bridget's boobs are real because we can't get access to the medical records.

The #1 girlfriend who allegedly "handpicked" Holly was Tina Jordan, I think. Was Tiffany Holliday (aka "monkey girl") ever a #1? I got the impression that she and Holly were not on good terms by some of the bantering on the E! board. Personally, I think Bridget's boobs are real. They don't look round enough or high to be implants. That being said they are pretty nice for being real boobs, and considering her age.

Bridget's boobs do look great for her age and their size. Personally I don't see much of a difference in shape between all 3 girls boobs. Bridget is the oldest so I just assumed her skin was a little less elastic and maybe she opted for a slightly more natural look though still "Playboyish". And I do wonder about Holly's family too.

I think Bridget's boobs are real. She is a little fleshier than the others, so I can see her having larger breasts. I think she has the nicest rack of the three.

Isn't it interesting that we are saying things along the lines of she has nice breasts for natural ones. I guess we've seen so many implants that the standard we're using to judge now is mini cantaloupes that are abnormallly round and high? Sad. I personally have never wanted implants. I know a few women who have them and it's so obvious.

Larger natural breasts will sag a little and will also jiggle. The laws of gravity dictate that a very full natural breast is not going to stick straight out. That's just the way it goes. The implants don't because they are unnaturally high (according to a few articles I've read about the trends here) because people like Pamela Anderson have popularized a look that is actually quite artifical.

Give me the Playboy '70s models anyday over the current ones. Many of them had natural breasts, pubic hair (gasp), and rounded hips and a fleshier, curvier look. Some of them even had small breasts (double gasp). I think Barbi Benton in her heydey was better looking than any of the Girls Next Door.

I managed to find the full episode, only 3 of the 7 girls talked - Tiffany, Holly and younger looking Bridget. Even back then Holly's face would contort in ugly ways when Hef talked about his wife, Kimberly.
