Ok, not a snazzy topic title, I admit, but it's my first one. But after noticing VM cropping up in PCs(check out the ones by r01339113), I figured we should have a topic to show off any fanart that gets made.

Ah, Fan Art, or FART for short. Gotta love it. Except when people clog up bandwidth by having it in their signature lines (hee, thank goodness TWoP doesn't).

But no picture of Kristen Bell is a bad one. And if we DID have avatars or graphically sigs or the like I'm sure there'd be a Kristen as "Reefer" Mary shot, with the bullwhip and all.

Are CD covers considered Fan Art?

Now that school has ended for the year I can funnel all of my creative urges into VM fanart! Yay! So today I dove back into Photoshop after a semester spent immersed in paint (I'm an art student), and after way too many hours playing with stuff I was left with this little beauty:

I was trying to do a Logan/Veronica version of a desktop that someone made (I don't know who, I wish I did) that combines all of these little VM moments layered all over the place. I didn't succeed how I wanted, but I like what I came up with.

BTW, Logan sure doesn't look like Logan on the fourth picture from the top. It's amazing how different JD can look on pictures, sometimes I hardly recognise him.

Thanks, aks. I've never learned how to blend pictures properly, and everyone else was doing the whole blending thing, so I opted for something I knew how to do well.



Yeah, you're right it doesn't look like him... I think it's the angle of his face. It was hard to get earlier pictures of them both, especially the first one, because for the most part in that scene, you always got one's face and the other's back.

Is anyone making a wallpaper with the new episodes? If anyone has the ability, I'd love to see something with a close-out of the season, maybe Veronica and Lilly in the pool in the center, with little snippets of the episode as the border. I wish I had photoshop or artistic ability!

Well, I used an image from the last episode, but my wallpaper is more of a 'recap' (so to speak) of Season one. This is a just a Veronica wallpaper... no one else.
