RedFlora, I just wanted to make sure my fic got sent, I've been having email issues. A couple of things bounced back to me so I wanted to make sure that one went through.

I've been worried about it - I haven't seen anything yet, and I've gotten things here through my posted email, so I'll keep an eye open. Keep trying! I'll let you know as soon as it gets through.

I sent it again, hopefully it went through this time.

Lady D, love the angsty, fluffy goodness - this means, of course, that we are all now left wanting more. Sequel, new story, whatever - I'm terribly sorry about the pressure, but it's your own fault for being brilliant and putting it on display. That said, can I get you anything to speed the process? Chocolate? Drinks? Massage? Giles? (Hey, look, it's MY wishlist too!)

Okay, so I know I linked to it already upthread, but I just posted the last chapter of my latest fic Talking to God, (although this link is to the first chapter,) and I thought I'd just post a little reminder about it. Thanks again to everyone who's already reviewed it, and for those who haven't read it yet, I hope you like it. But, feedback junkie that I am, I appreciate all responses, positive or negative.

Honestly, not to rant or anything, but we really should rename this thread the "I Used to Have a Life" thread. Before Veronica Mars I used to read books, watch TV, visit my friends, work, eat, sleep, bathe, etc. Now I spend all my time on fanfic - reading it, writing it, dreaming about it.

Is there a 12-step out there for us?

If you find one, PLEASE let me know about it. I have never been this obsessed over a tv show, it is quite scary. They are going to fire me at work if they ever catch me--all I do is sneakily read fanfic!

Speaking of my obsession with fanfic, ethereal65, I absolutely LOVED your latest update of School Daze. I think it was my favorite update so far, and that is saying a lot since I have loved every previous update as well. But it made me happy and gooey and I had a lovely visual of shirtless Logan in flannel p.j. bottoms all throughout. Yummy! Can't wait for the next update!

skk670, I for one hope you don't seek treatment, because I am enjoying the extended episode scripts you've been doing very much. I especially liked the exchange between Logan and Veronica in the first one when he's explaining how he understands now why she cut her hair off. I thought you really captured the essence of both characters very well. Also, the whole extended Wizard of Oz reference in the third part was great. L. Frank Baum fan that I am, I always enjoy Oz references.

Triteia, thanks for recommending that story Crossing the Bridge. I don't know if jacedesbff reads this board, but I'll just say that I really like the story so far.

RichardAK, I just read your fic, Talking to God. Wow, that was intense, especially the ending. Really good though and very well-written. I liked it alot.

Anybody interested in starting a small challenge ficathon here? I'm (so addicted that I'm) skeevily interested in trying to write one myself, but I'm so nervous at the very idea that I'll need a little push (and probably some starter notes). Newbies, unite! (Besides, what else are you going to do when you've read every piece of fanfic you can drag up and are anxiously awaiting the next updates? Or maybe that's just me... but somehow, I think I've got company.)

I'm definitely hooked on the fan fic crack right now. I get such a high from the feedback and feel like a junkie between the time I post something and read the first comment. I need help but right now I'm enjoying this too much to check myself into rehab. Good to know I have company.
