I love all you authors and LiveJournal, but I can't be reading too much NC-17 at work (big brother) and I seem to have a lot plans so there is a lot of fiction that is building up to be read this weekend. It's like a cruel tease.

Sadie Kate how about the periphery people. I don't obsess about them, so I completely buy into their fic stories. Like the Kane parents or Trina. Or anything set 5 or more years ago or 10 years from now. Actually, AU is fun too. Or, really, pretty much anything. Especially if I can read it at work, because it's a been a dry day.

oh, I like the idea of them when they were younger, or something from the middle of the season.

I posted a challenge a bit back that you could probably nail sadie..pause for a heehee...like a Kane/Echolls Family get-together when everyone was younger...

Here's a pretty good fic (long, but quite well-done). Logan after the finale.

From a couple of pages ago - ethereal, I absolutely loved Guardian Angel. It's depressing as hell, but very well-written. Good job!

I apparently can't write Veronica Mars fanfic unless my muse is semiconscious, but I've got two requests.

(1) the Father's Day piece I mentioned earlier. I specified Logan/Aaron, and someone smarter chimed in that it could be about all the dads of Neptune.

(2) flashback fic: another Truth or Dare game, in which Logan, having picked "Truth," lies about his abuse.

I'd love to see the talented writers from this forum go to town.

AWESOME. That is such a good idea - but my request, do one without any internal thoughts. No real in-depth POV, just the story, the dialogue, the actions. This would rock. Any chance someone would want to get this up this weekend? I'm unfortunately leaving for practically the whole summer on Sunday, and will be computer-free for 5 weeks. (And I have 3 fanfics I wanted to post before then!)

ETA: This. is. f***ing. fantastic. Probably one of, if not THE best fic I've ever read. A. Maz. Ing. Click on a random number (I started with 1), and then just keep clicking "go forward." IT FLOWS so so so well. Every line just leads perfectly to the next bit. It's long, but you never want this fic to stop. Oh, it's D/V/L, after the finale, and simply incredible. (But expect a lot of harsh language)

I've spent the morning rereading theohara's series. It's just so freaking good.

Seriously. I can practically watch the show in my head reading her scripts; they're so well-plotted and with pitch perfect dialog and characterizations. (Speculating on what may happen in upcoming episodes of this series, so don't read if you aren't up to date. And, btw, how awesome is it that her fanfic actually warrants speculation?!) Speaking of well-plotted, did you notice how she slipped in that thing about Mrs. Reyes and her daughter (ie., Marisol) working at the Echolls' on Fridays, and Marisol following people around, along with the fact that two bullets were missing from Aaron's gun? theohara is genius.

OH MY GOD. NO I didn't notice that. DUDE.

Seriously, this is almost as good as the actual show. Which is SO rare in fanfic.
