Okay, I have been so inspired by all the wonderful fanfic writers in here, that I decided to give it a try. It's a really short piece on Duncan, and his reaction to the fact that he is not Veronica's brother. Please tell me if you don't like it, because I have never written before, so I wasn't 100% sure how to set it up, so I want to do it the right way next time. And I hear feedback is like crack so...

Great job, Babs! I liked the very dreamlike quality of it.
My early pieces were really short too, and as I got more comfortable with the character voices, I started to expand more. I like my longer fics better, because they feel fuller to me. As you write more, you may have the same experience. And you should definitely keep writing.

Though, if Logan had been in your limo, you probably wouldn't be back yet, eh? Though, you might have had a surprise if things progressed too far, considering I live in his pants, now.

If Logan had been in my limo, you would have had to find another temporary residence for the night. Because his pants would have been off as soon as I got into the limo!

Does anyone here know when a warning gets removed from your name? I apparently got dinged because I put my name at the bottom of my post and didn't know it was against the rules. Now it's too late and I have that dumb warning hanging on me like an albatross. Do you get time off for good behavior or are you forever branded an evildoer?

I'm glad you liked the stories. I'm a little nervous about the Logan/Aaron interaction but I think it turned out ok. Hard to capture the full level of crazy that is Aaron! I have the next chapter written just waiting to hear back from one of my betas and then I'll post it.
Great job on your story Babsonite. I can't say I'm a Duncan fan but you made me feel for him.

Wow, updated on many of my favorite stories. Yay! Beautiful, sadie kate, just beautiful. I actually read the whole thing through twice, because it's just so lovely I can't resist. Very exciting chapter, sophia bee! Theohara's new script is just awesome. I'm loving the "Cadaveric" story, too.

I just wanted to say thank you to all the great VM fanfic writers out there, including my absolute favorites sadie katie, theohara and sophia bee. You guys are just the best and you're keeping me from watching my VM tapes for the thousandth time (Not that there's anything wrong with that). Please keep up the fantastic work!
P.S. Sadie katie, can I please be your roommate in Logan's pants? I swear I'm really tidy and I'd hardly make any noise. Pretty please?

I would let you, really, I would. But then I'd have to let everyone in, and it's quite a popular destination. As I said on livejournal - it's an exclusive resort, not a timeshare. And I was there first, so nyeah.
Still working on the new chapter - it's a doozy. Nice and long. I'll probably have it up before bed, because you guys have spoilt me rotten with the ego-stroking.

Good on ya! The "albatross" allusion originally comes from Coleridge's poem. It references a heavy burden to bear, often a form of punishment. Here endeth the lesson. My mother the english teacher would be proud.

And I am a writer by trade, and my degree is in Creative Writing. It's just the fanfic that I'm new to. It's great, when I'm feeling too lazy to come up with new characters. With fanfic, it's like, "voila!"!

txfem74. That chapter was soooo good. I loved the end. The Aaron/Logan meeting was so intense, but soooo perfect. I am mesmerized!! Can't wait until the next chapter!
ETA: This writing thing is so much fun, I wrote another! This one takes over from the Logan scene at the bridge. Lots of Logan and Weevil, pretty angsty. If you get a chance, check it out and leave comments!
