Chyna, is it Resolution by zaftig_darling? You've mentioned it just above so am not sure if it's the one you want but it definitely includes the line about Veronica not crying when Piz broke it off...

Hmm. I think I'm combining two fics in my brain. Resolution does seem to be the one with the line about Piz and their breakup, although it doesn't pick up at the end of the finale like the one I'm trying to re-find.

I'm trying to remember more about it--I think it begins with the last Logan-Veronica scene of the finale, that is, the fight in the food court. Then later in the story, when they reunite in the Neptune Grand suite, there's a part where she tells him that she hasn't been with anyone else since him.

Double-posting (sorta) to bump this topic and tell any fic fans that if you haven't yet read Realization of a Lifetime, the fic that loveisepic just linked two posts up, go do it now. You will not be disappointed. It's long (and hard to stop reading because every chapter ends on a kickass cliffhanger), but totally worth it.

I'm dying to get my greedy hands on it, since I love their friendship beyond reason! (I think Logan may be in this fic as well, which is more than fine with me because I adore the guy!)

Thank you for that link. It wasn't the one I was after but was a good read. The one I am thinking of...(if I remember rightly) I believe Veronica is living with Duncan and Lily. I think Duncan gets someone to beat Logan up (although it may just be that someone else beats him up).

Does anyone know whatever happened to "Triangulations," by gertinator on LJ? It was a sequel to "Full Circle," one of the best multi-chapter fics I've read. It appears that she posted the most recent chapter about a year ago, and then she hasn't posted anything (Triangulations or otherwise) since. Did she drop it? Is the rest posted somewhere else?

As far as I know Chyna, it has never been finished. She posted a sneak peek at chapter ten, quite a while ago and that's the last I've seen of it. It really is a great fic; I wish she could find the time/inspiration to finish it. The prequel, Full Circle, is definitely one of my favorites of all time : )

Bummer. It looks like she hasn't posted anything at all to her LJ in over a year. I hope she just got too busy with normal life stuff...

I know many people have requested (and lamented) the lost second part to chapter one of this fic, as it was posted on the author's journal and was lost when the journal was purged and deleted.

If anyone still wants to read it, I have been given permission by the author to host not only the conclusion of ch 1, but all six chapters of this AU season two. It is seriously worth the read.

I'm trying to find a fic I read a few months ago, in which at the time of the bus crash, Veronica is still with Logan instead of Duncan, so we see Logan believing Veronica's been killed and then his realization that she's still alive when she rides up with Weevil. Does anyone remember this one?

So, I am rewatching my dvd's of Veronica Mars and it stricks me so strongly in watching the end of the finale of season 1 how heartless V's mom is. I mean, not only did she take her daughters college money for wasted rehab, but then she took the Kane reward check.

This all reminded me of a fic I read once that I wanted to re-read and can't remember the title of. Here is what I DO remember...

It's post season 1. Keith is in the hospital. Lianne took off with the check. Veronica has been trying to make ends meet with little or no money while trying to track down her mom to try to get the money (or what is left of it) back. Logan and Duncan both are trying to talk to her, but she is too busy. The one scene I remember clearly is when Veronica tracks Lianne down and reclaims the remains of the reward, and for some reason Logan is there.

Anyone have a title to that one?

Hi all.
I'm looking for 2 fics and after spending most of the weekend scouring the forum I couldn't find them.

The first one happens at the end of season one and Logan has run away and Veronica spend a lot of time tracking him down to find him in a sailboat and then he gets hurt and he runs away again and won't see Veronica. It also has Trina in it and Veronica leaves a DVD with her to deliver to him which she final does after a long period of time...

and the second is a Lilly Lives and it has a scene where Veronica and Lilly are at Shelly's party and It has Lilly and Veronica being snarky with freshman girls who are trying to hit on Duncan and Logan.

Do these ring a bell for anyone? Help!

This is "It's Always Business with You." But I don't know where to find it. I don't remember the author's name, but I know at one point she was going to remove it. Don't know if she did, or if it's still available anywhere.

Good find, redpencil! I knew I had read it, but I probably would have never found it because I forgot about her fics being locked.

All right... it's my turn, LOL. I asked about this a couple of months ago on the LoVe Shack but no one knew so I thought I could try my luck here : )

It's a fic that I'm almost 100% positive I read on FF.net but it could be posted elsewhere. It's a alternate ending fic to 1x22. I think Logan and Weevil are on the bridge when they hear on a radio that Veronica is in trouble or maybe they find out another way. I'm a little fuzzy on the details. Anyway, when they get to the scene Veronica is running from Aaron in the woods and Keith is trying to find her. Logan ends up finding her face down in a creek and she almost dies.

If anyone knows where I can find this or if they have even read this, I would be forever grateful! At this point I'm starting to feel like I've made it up in my head because I have looked for it forever, LOL.

loveisepic that sounds a lot like the one that is from Season 2 and it's an alternate ending to Happy Go Lucky where Veronica is kidnapped and then everyone is out looking for her running through the woods and it involves a creek... Also, I'm pretty sure that Aaron catches up with her in the woods while Keith and Logan are looking for her. They are all on foot in the woods near where Veronica wrecked her car in 1x22.
