Does anyone have a story with Lilly haunting Sheriff Lamb? And I do not mean the one where Sheriff is dreaming or fantazing or whatever about kissing her, etc. By the way whoever wrote the one with Sheriff Lamb and Veronica having sex.... ew. I could not get that image out of my mind for like a day.... blech. I almost went to throw up after I finished reading.

"When Angels Speak" made me cry, and that is a very hard thing for any story, movie, t.v. show, or song to do. Major props on a job well done.

I read a college!fic a while back that was really good LoVe. Logan moved to Malibu and Veronica didn't want to acknowledge him as her boyfriend but they slept together anyway. And V freaked out and went to London and Logan went after her. I think that's the basic plot. I really don't remember the title or where I read it. Does anyone know it?

Hi - new poster to this thread. I'd like to say, however, that ever since I found this thread a few weeks ago, I've flooded my time with reading all these wonderful fics...

Some of my faves:
sadiekate, I absolutely loved "Prodigal Daughter," and "Who Was Crying...,"
as well as probably every fic I've read of yours;

"Broken Toys" and "Rich Dirt" by theohara were equally amazing;

And I also loved "King of the Castle"...

These are some of the recent ones I've read and enjoyed, but there were so many more. Everyone's so talented! I'm about to download a few more to read during my Education Law class tomorrow ;-)

LaFilipiniana1, sorry to say that eps 1-8 of theohara's unparalleled virtual season are all we get for now. I'm in the same boat, i'm dying to know what was in that diary Duncan found. I get the distinct impression that the annoyances of the real world forced theohara into a hiatus for most of her fic. However, if you want to cross fandoms, theohara's pretty prolific and there's probably something buffyish to tide you over.

A loooong while ago, I read this amazing fic. Basic plotline: Madison finds out that Dick was going to give her GHB and sets up a fake rape so she can go to the police. There's a twist at the end, involving her father, but I don't want to spoil it for people who haven't read. Ring any bells?

I'm new to VM fic and having a hard time because it all seems to be on Live Journal, I can't figure out how to search and when I try to go to the author's Memories (for a mulit-part fic) LJ invariably tells me that the database is unavailable at this time. Am I doing something wrong? Is it because I'm not a member?

I'm looking for a fic that has Logan and Keith talking about Veronica. Keith suspects that Logan's always been a little in love with her and he shares an anecdote about bridge partners. Anyway, the weird thing is that I can actually see it in my mind so then I started wondering if it actually happened on the show, which I don't think it did. Anyway, that's a testament to how well that part must have been written and it makes me want to read the story more. I hope someone can help me, thanks!

kaylasue685, you are thinking of theohara's amazingly brilliant alternate season 2. I have reread it so often that I can even tell you that portion happens in episode 8. This is hands down my favorite fic, series, whatever ever. And you can be forgiven for thinking that perhaps that scene happened on the show because there are many scenes from that fic that play in my head as vividly as if they had actually happened.
It seems that theohara has no plans to continue in the near future, but I live in hope, and also in the happiness that this perfect fic exists at all. I am just thankful she ever wrote any of it.

If you're looking for fic to read - if you don't have something in particular you're looking for - I'd suggest checking out the veronicamarsfic and/or fic_from_mars communities. If you have particular preference for ship and/or character, I might be able to send you in the direction of a more specific community. Also, I have a list of 200-odd fic recs posted here. It has a variety of ships and characters, and I know I posted it here months ago, but it's been updated a few times since then anyhow.

Hi everyone. I just dropped by to pimp Duncan Dies Drabbles which was recently posted on LJ. Basically, a bunch of us got together and wrote 'Duncan death' scenarios in less than 100 words. Later, we had to guess the authors. Suffice to say, most of us guessed wrong. Here are the list of the writers that contributed:

I second the pimpage for the Duncan Dies Drables. They're just a fabulous bunch of drables written by a fabulous bunch of authors.

Note, though, not for the faint of heart, or the select, select, select few out in TWoP that enjoyed Duncan's charecter, or Teddy Dunn. I, on the other hand, am the founder and president of the (unofficial) "Abel it should have been Duncan" club. Read: I loved them.

So a few of my lovely friends convinced me to write Zombie!smut Crack!fic. So, um ... yeah.

Help. I read a fic last night that I really liked. Of course I can't recall how I found it and I thought I saved it but I guess I didn't.

It was about Veronica arriving on Logan's doorstep. He bought a beach house 90ish miles from Neptune, and planned to drink and surf his life away. She ended up staying with him for the summer and helping him with his life. I think it was in LJ and there was actually a photo of a beach house within the fic page.
