So very cool. I wish I could come up with a decent plot bunny for a Lamb fic. Oh well.

Jumping on the bandwagon, I'd like to add my kudos for Sins of the Father - I'm finding it an angst-less, fluff-less dramatic piece, and it's just plain enjoyable. It's got tension and action and fabulous detective-y stuff, and for once I'm not worried about the main relationship imploding (although yes, that was a possibility, and it could certainly be a possibility again) - and the image of a little (not tiny) seven-months pregnant woman running circles around everyone else makes me very happy. Go read! De-stress! Savor! (I should probably comment on LJ, and I think I will... after the next chapter!)

RedFlora, LadyD, sadie kate, I'm glad you're all enjoying the story, and thank you for telling me so.

LadyD, if I might be so bold as to suggest a plot bunny, I haven't seen any stories about how the Lilly Kane crime-scene video got leaked, but I've always assumed that Lamb was behind it. Maybe you could write something about how it happened. Did he do it on his own hook, or did Jake somehow suggest it to him? I don't know if that will appeal to you, but I hope it's in some way helpful.

sadie kate, I hate to be a pest or anything, but I was very excited when you suggested you would think about writing a story about what if Logan and Veronica had found Lynn alive at that hotel, and I was just wondering if you were still thinking about doing anything with that idea.

I finally wrote new fic, just in time for the end of the Trapped challenge at vmfanficutopia. It's a light piece featuring Mac and Wallace, and it's called Exit Route.

I've got a new story up for the TRAPPED! challenge. It focuses on two of the most popular characters, Celeste Kane and Lianne Mars. Heh. Forsaking All Others. We had a fair number of last minute submissions to the challenge actually, so there's a fair bit to read over at FanFicUtopia.

Write for characters who aren't Veronica. That's how I deal with writer's block or frustration, by writing for other characters whose behavior and motivation I do understand.

Does anyone have the link to the story that spans across a number of years, about Jake and Veronica. Awkward moments between everyone. What I really remeber about it is she nearly drowns, and Jake saves her while Celeste is all upset about how he reacts. I'm doing a story, and I'm looking at great stories as you know example.

I believe you're looking for Mars Out of Neptune. It's AU, if Lianne had gotten Veronica out of school that one day. It goes between past and 'present'. The link has all the chapters.

I just read a great story at livejournal by spyhop, and I wanted to rec it here. It's some NC-17 Logan/Kendall, and it's really well-written, and a great new alternative to some of the other pairings out there.

First off, I wanted to thank everyone for both writing and reviewing all the excellent fic here-I've been lurking here and then commenting on the author's site.

Second, quick question (which I hope is appropriate for this thread): Does anyone have the link to a fic that was either R or NC-17, in which Logan rented some old house/cottage on the beach away from Neptune? Veronica finds him and the two spend the summer together, and they have a fight when she asks him to come back to Neptune. She leaves without him, but he finds her in Neptune at the end of the fic. It was definitely a tad angsty, but brilliant, and I'm hoping someone knows what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance.

I got a major plot bunny after reading the recap for the first episode and was wondering if anyone has written anything related at all: Keith's feelings on Veronica dating and then subsequently breaking up with Logan. He seemed very emotionally charged that scene where he had Logan up against the wall and rightfully so, I suppose, given his history with the Echolls family. So, does anyone know of any fics out there that satisfy this craving? I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

My Desk Smut story is up and it's a bit of an experiment. I wrote in second person PoV for the first time. I'd love any constructive feedback on this one. It's called Veronica Magic.

Voting is up for the Desk Smut Challenge. We got eleven stories this time. The new challenge is Bondage Smut. I just know some of you can have fun with that. And we thought the slightly darker theme would be appropriate concidering it's a LoVe centered community and LoVe isn't exactly in the fluffy puppies place right now.

I'm hoping you guys can help... I've put this off as long as I could, now the chapter's written AND typed, and I'm planning to upload it tomorrow, but it's missing a detail. There's a part involving Veronica hiding out somewhere in Neptune for the night (for sleep's sake ;)). It can't be the school, MI, the Sac-N-Pac, or anyone's home. I put a mention of cold, hard floors, a room with a door and a window she can crawl out of if need be, and people working late (forcing her out of there...). Hope it's not too confusing, I just can't think of anything O:)
