Hey, everybody. I am so glad you liked "Bad to the Bone". I laughed when I read people's comments about the salsa. It was actually a shout-out to lilyfarfalla and the other wonderful ladies who came to my house for a VeroniCon in early summer. We had the mango salsa at the viewing. It was sweet but with a kick - just like our VeroniCon group.

As for the future of the scripts, yes, we are winding down. InigoMontoya and Ethereal65 like my ideas for MOTW for the next two scripts which are Dick and Beaver's reveals. I am toying with an idea for Carrie's reveal but nothing solid yet. Then the episode is finished. So, two more scripts for sure and maybe a third.

Also, does anyone know how to link from LiveJournal to Ethereal65's website? I've gotten some e-mails from people who say that there are a lot of VM fans who don't read TWOP. I thought it was a sick, twisted joke. How can anyone not read TWOP? But I guess it is true. If anyone can help me with this - and in making a cute LiveJournal icon - please send me an e-mail.

Hey, everyone - I'm home from my two-week trip with almost no internet access, and I'm starting back in by catching up on fanfic. (I'm so glad you all have given me so much to read! Wha-hoo!)

Question: I'm making myself nuts by trying to find a story that I was hoping had an update... I finally found the title here, but it didn't have a link and didn't mention the author. Help, please! I can't sleep, can't fully appreciate other fic, the stars are spinning in their orbits (hush up, you are all fully acquainted with obsession) - I believe it's called "Holding the Curve" and it's a "missing" segment that postulates the what-if of Veronica staying with Logan after his breakdown in the hotel lobby from "Russkie Business". Link, anyone, pretty please?

skk670, just finished your latest. I really like how the Logan and Veronica scenes are playing out and frankly make more sense than what we saw in the show (she goes from accusing him of rape, to apologizing, to throwing herself at him-WTF?) There is one time when you use "latchkeys" and I think you mean lackies. Also, even if this episode is almost done, doesn't mean you have to stop writing. (We still have awhile before S2!) You could do something similar for LitB or go back and do HD and MAD. I would love to know what happened the first time Logan and Veronica saw each other after their second kiss and the decision to move on. Anyway, great job.

JenJenL thanks for finding that mistake. I'll mention it to Ethereal65 so that she can fix it when she has some time. I'm glad you are enjoying the scripts but I do have to stop at the end of "Dentist".

"Dentist" is pretty unique in that there are clear breaks in the script. There are no natural stops in "Leave it to Beaver". The episodes before are pretty tight so there isn't a lot of wiggle room there, either.

Plus I am starting a new project for my job at the end of August. Goodbye "Stay at home and monitor existing customers" and hello "12 hour work days". I won't have time to devote to the scripts. I want to get the scripts done before my work takes over my life (for a month). That's another reason why there may only be two more scripts. I may not have the time to do a third.

Guys, I wanted to rec a fic I read a while back. It's fun and very light. Some typos and grammar mistakes but nothing to take you out of the story. It's a long read, which I really like. The author is AmyBeckett.

I used to come in here all the time searching for great fics, but have gradually stopped visiting, instead bookmarking to the veronicamarsite. Some of these writers are amazing, and are willing to be your betas.

And for those that do not have a lj account I think someone out there was planning on making a screename that could be used for all ficers interested in posting in the community, but are too lazy/do not/can not make an account.
