I saw the video for the first time this morning as well. The song is almost unlistenable. Who the hell came up with the idea of doing a country/hip-hop/a cappella remake of that song? It's totally all over the place. I might add that if you listen to the lyrics and watch her mouth, she's out of sync.

Her figure is looking good these days, but her dancing is actually funny. Basically, she's perfected the stripper ass-wiggle. Which, I might add, would probably have been her career if her father hadn't somehow managed to find her some success as a ... um, other type of performer (I wasn't about to say 'singer' or 'actress').

I just bet that movie is going to suck (and they wrecked more scarce Dodge Chargers in the process, sigh).

Wow, is there no limit to her self-importance? The movie will flop or not flop based on whether it's well-written or entertaining or funny or is liked by people who loved the show. It won't flop or not flop based on whether people see someone in a secondary (thirdary? fourthary?) role as a singer instead of an actor. I'm guessing she knows that her acting is embarrassing and she's starting to do some spin. Her father should do that for her. She just comes off sounding like a moron every time she says something.

When she was trying to break into the business, Jessica wanted to be a Christian singer. Hardly anyone wanted to sign her, and no one really paid attention to her so the family then labeled her a pop singer. It's along the lines of that, anyway. Hey, Jessica probably dosen't remember much so why should I?

I remember CreepyPa saying that Jess couldn't make it as a Christian singer because her breasts were too big. It was this show on MTV I can't remember the name of. Anyway, there was about 10 minutes of the show devoted to the fact that Jess has big breasts and came off too sexy to be a Christian singer, and the person who was proudly pointing this out was CreepyPa.

Funny you should mention that. I was at Macys on Friday night and my friend and I both noticed that the Dessert line had been moved. It used be on a huge, pretty, well lit display in the makeup area, right next to the shoes and it's now in the dark corner of the makeup department, next to the clearance purses.

So I continue to put my sanity on the line to report back on Nick and Jessica in the media. Last night on Access Hollywood they did a short piece on the DoH cast promoting the movie at some Air Force Base. (It may have been in the middle east somewhere, but I’m not sure.) Anyway Jess has her boobs out (how appropiate!) and a very unfortunate shade of bright red lipstick on.

They were reaching to find an angle (IMO) and decided to let her complain about how the Nick and Jess visit the troops show didn’t show enough of the real danger they were in. Apparently they were in enemy fire and reeeeeal danger and ABC chose not to show it. I know- huh? The whole thing sounded like textbook CreepyPa’s bullshit way of putting anything out in the media to keep the fading attention on Jess.

The best part:
Since the DoH premier is today, Nick and Jess will be joining back together after their time apart. The interviewer said they sent each other a video love message.

Jessica: (Giant manic smile) I love you Nick! I can’t wait to see you tomorrow! I miss you!
Nick: (Dead serious) Don’t get too close to those troops.

Has anyone seen any DoH commercials? I saw one and it never showed, nor mentioned, Ms Simpson. I thought that was telling.
