I am enjoying the irony of you misspelling "grammar" during your rant, Vermicious Knid. I don't have much room to talk though, since I had to double-check to make sure I was spelling "misspelling" correctly!

I tend to use the fast reply, which doesn't have a preview function. Although I try to obsessively proofread before hitting 'Add Reply'.

I was a TA in grad school and I gave that ol' red pen quite a workout. Unfortunately I couldn't actually downgrade for grammar and spelling on tests because it wasn't an English class, but that never stopped me from correcting them anyway.

I use fast reply too. I knew there was a reason I didn't read US and now I know why. I don't know that mag just tries to hard to be so "in" and it's just a bunch of lies. The Enquirer(spelling?) is more truthful that US. Also photographers for US are the ones who can be considered "stalkarazzi". Those people just grate on my nerves.

Saw Nick's debut on "Charmed" last night. His acting seemed rough in the first scene but then got better. He was, well..., charming. And certainly a better actor than Jessica. Don't think I can watch the show for even his five more episodes, however. It's too goofy.

So, I've read that the variety show, sans Nick, was signed to return, then I read that it was dropped. Anybody got the dish on that?

Nick was cute as ever, but I'll admit that I was a bit disappointed that Dr. Leslie didn't peel Pheobe off and explain that he was gay. A personal peeve that while Charmed is supposed to be in San Francisco, there are no gay charatecters. Well, except for Gay Chris...but that's just subtextual. I could imagine Pheobe mutters that she likes a challange....

According to Billboard, Creepy Pa is starting his own label. I don't know all the details, becuase the Billboard bastards make you have a subscription to get more than the blurb. But it's under Geffen (Asslee's label). I wonder if we'll see him trying to wrest Jessucka away from Columbia next season? I'd hope it would make him too busy to appear in every fifth frame of Newlyweds, but that seems kinda pipe dream-y.

Well, I had a couple of best friends and the only kisses they ever got from me was blown kisses and then when ones father passed away I kissed her on her cheek. Even my best friend in the whole wide world-my cousin-never got more from me than a quick peck on the cheek good bye. It's just not that way for me. I could see Jess and Casey being closeted. Maybe I was a bit testy, but ET was referencing the exact same story that MTV already denied. US Weekly was the source of the claim, the only source. Then everyone else picked it up and reported it as fact. MTV denied it, but most outlets have ignored that because it doesn't make for as good copy and keep dredging up the same old thing.

I hate to admit this but I would love to watch a reality show with Britney and Kevin - it would probably be like watching the Beverly Hillbillies. Nick and Jessica probably won't last much longer than next year.

There was a huge story in In Touch recently about how cracks are starting to show in their relationship. It mostly came out of the VMA's night where he went off and did he own thing. They had some pretty funny pictures of them all smiles in front of the camera and then all pissy and distant when they were walking away. Same "I hate my life" look of Nick's that we've grown to love.

I did have to laugh that they said Jessica's career was causing the strain. How she has rocketed to success while he hasn't. It was stuck in the middle of how her dad and mom are heavily involved in her career. How they travel everywhere with her, and how the morning of the VMA's Nick and Jess spend the whole time with her parents. Hmmmm, maybe it's her PARENTS hanging around all the damn time that's causing the strain!
