I see that this was mentioned in passing in the Apprentice forum, but not in the media thread - the November issue of Vogue Magazine, just out, has a multi-page fashion layout of the Apprentii - I didn't keep the issue but I'm thinking it starts in the 170's or 180's. They all look quite elegant, except Trump who looks rather Trumpled (that's rumpled in a Trump-ish way). Although they're posed rather inanely - none looking at the camera, all looking quite serious, as if they had - oh, I dunno - gravitas, or something. Which they don't.

Good lord, the woman was just fine the way she was the first season and I certainly haven't noticed any difference in her between last season and this.

Can't figure out where this is more appropriate to post, so here it goes:

Sounds to me like Yahoo has hired Stacy-the-dog-hater to write captions for the Apprentice Yahoo site.

Donald Trump impresses upon the candidates the enormity of the pet business.  --from the Yahoo site slideshow

e·nor·mi·ty
The quality of passing all moral bounds; excessive wickedness or outrageousness.
A monstrous offense or evil; an outrage.
Usage Note: Enormity is frequently used to refer simply to the property of being great in size or extent, but many would prefer that enormousness (or a synonym such as immensity) be used for this general sense and that enormity be limited to situations that demand a negative moral judgment, as in Not until the war ended and journalists were able to enter Cambodia did the world really become aware of the enormity of Pol Pot's oppression. Fifty-nine percent of the Usage Panel rejects the use of enormity as a synonym for immensity in the sentence At that point the engineers sat down to design an entirely new viaduct, apparently undaunted by the enormity of their task. ... Writers who ignore the distinction, as in the enormity of the President's election victory or the enormity of her inheritance, may find that their words have cast unintended aspersions or evoked unexpected laughter.

just checked out Stacy's website and I have to say I thought some of the pictures were actually pretty attractive, if very Ally McBeal.

I agree, if you meant the pictures were of good quality...the subject of the pictures, not so attractive, IMHO.

Katie Couric obviously hates Smeagol as much as we do
She snarked on Stacy wanting to pimp the fact that she's single, and made fun of her website, and essentially used the words degrading, demoralizing, embarassing to describe Stacy all without one break in that perfect cheerleader smile of hers. I've got to admire that.

Katie was quite vicious wasn't she? It was actually kinda scary how she smiled the whole time she was ripping on Stacy. And it didn't seem like Stacy was at all prepared for that kind of reaction since she clung to her "we were all getting along just fabulously" song and dance. It looked like Stacy was really trying to salvage her image and Katie just wasn't buying it. I absolutely loved how Katie totally made it obvious that Stacy wanted her to ask if she was single. Doesn't surprise me that Stacy is very, very lonely these days!

As much as it pains me to admit it, Stacy's hair was much prettier than it was on the show--looked like it was cut into some long layers instead of being all one length like on the show. It flattered her. OK, I got it out of my system. Now, back to snarking.

I actually liked her outfit as well and I thought her hair did look way better. Doesn't help the personality much, though!
Taoromina
The article that is linked a few posts up really illustrates the difference between Pamela (who is a strong women who can be domineering and condescending) and Stacy (enough said). In the article, Stacy seems to see nothing wrong with how she behaved and tries to make a statement about "I was me and if that led to me being fired, oh well" Whereas Pamela admitted that after watching herself, she thought she should have been less arrogant etc.

It was said that Kristin admitted that it was Pamela in her chat.

Kristin blind item

This ice queen from a hit reality show walked a fine line between loveable and
loathable--viewers just weren't sure what to think. However, my sources tell me
she's one of the most obnoxiously rude and downright nasty human beings you
could ever meet--and also the last person on the planet you would expect to get
breast implants. But lo and behold, Knockered Up got a nice new rack to go
along with her 15 minutes.

Here's an old blind item, probably Jen C:
" NY DAILY NEWS 09/19
--Which current "Apprentice"-ette isn't the goodie two-shoes she appears? One
old friend tells me: "She was a booze-swilling groupie and used to [bleep]

Lambchop
Ooooo! That's so funny! Wonder who it was? Jenn C. is a good guess. But I can't help remembering that Stacy was the one with the birth control pills and she's also the one that called out (on the way to QVC), "Anybody want some whiskey?"!!

ACK! My eyes! Assorama looking like a streetwalker at tonight's Radio Music Awards.

The thing that makes this photo deliciously over-the-top is that she's wearing this really funky revealing dress that you would never seen on a pageant stage - with the pageant-queen stance!
WinCan
she's also the one that called out (on the way to QVC), "Anybody want some whiskey?"!!

Yea, and according to the clock showning on the front of the bus, it was only something like 10:40 a.m. Plus, she has that centripedal fat distribution thingy going on that always makes me think "drinker". Okay, it could also mean "junk food addict", but she just struck me as someone who might think "drinking" and "fitting in" go hand-in-hand. The little floozy. Thank goodness she uses BC pills...can you imagine more like her out there?? You know...mini-mini-mes?

Kristin at eonline:

Riiiiiiiiiiiiight, "sources" typically meaning: I heard from this guy at work whose housekeeper's second cousin has an acquaintance who knows the guy who used to live next door to Pamela's dog walker and who just swears she's the horriblest. People have a tendency to inflate every story, to make life more interesting I guess, and suddenly, Pamela cutting off someone mid-sentence becomes Pamela assaulted someone. Whatever, Kristin, telling gossip you can't verify is pretty obnoxiously rude and downward nasty too.
Zycron
My guess is that Kristin's "source" is that eviiiil lil troll, Stacey Rotten. That vicious gremlin probably resents the attention Pamezon has been getting.

Good Lord, where does Omarosa get those outfits?

Yeah, but Stacey didn't work in the Magazine or Record industries, nor is she remotely cute enough to get invited to A-list events on her looks - therefore, my vote is with Jen C.

Article on designer Ilse

When Ilse Eriksson arrived in Denver from Belgium in 1985, she was a 22-year-old with a broken heart.

I thought she was at least ten years older than 41.

Black Voices interviews Stacie J.

How do you feel about people saying that you failed to stand up for yourself during the boardroom showdowns?

They never really showed anything of merit based on me. Even though it was very obvious in both of the tasks that I did not do anything wrong. Board rooms are around two hours long. They basically showed me being reactive and not proactive. They did not want to give me too much credit, especially with the way that they were going to have to fire me. They have 24-hour footage of all contestants and they chose to only show me looking somber and not saying anything for myself.

SNIP

You claim that Trump went back and re-filmed parts of the boardroom without you and the others in the boardroom in order to change his words and build his case for your firing.

Yeah. The first time I heard him use the term, “loose cannon” was on TV. He never used that at all in the boardroom to address me. He was like, “Stacy, are you crazy?” He may have consulted the NBC legal team who realized the potential for a lawsuit.

Kevin, the other African-American on the show, wholeheartedly defended you to the entire group right after you were fired. Was that any vindication for you?

Kevin and the guys knew what the girls were actually about. They were all surprised that I was fired. There was so much that you just didn’t see. The house was in an uproar for the entire night after I left. All the girls, one by one, called me to apologize after the firing.

SNIP

What did you and the Donald say to each other on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards?

I said hello to him as the press was completely surrounding him. He looked at me and said that we will speak soon. I can pretty much see something that is in a person’s eyes and I could tell that he wanted to say something or talk later. I will be talking about my firing with him in person as the season progresses, we have engagements planned together.
WinCan

I don't need their sources. What I saw of her on the show was more enough to leave no doubt who's being talked about. For me, Pamela has obnoxiously rude and downright nasty down to an art.

Ok, we got our Nick's recaps, Sam's recaps, and then of course we got Omarosa & Heidi's at NBC.

Now we also gets Katrina's Recap of Episode 7.

The best line she has was:
Finally! I can honestly say that, aside from being arrogant, opinionated and an instigator, Stacey is the most annoying creature on the face of the earth. --- It was most definitely time for her to go.

The great thing about this episode was that I was able to relate to the task - it was similar to that of our kick off episode, which took us back to basics, and we found ourselves selling lemonade. It was refreshing to see how they performed without assistance or support from a "hefty" conglomerate.

I have to say that Sam still has the best recaps.

ETA: Okay, I finally injected enough coffee into my veins to face the Stacy Rotten interview. Gah. For someone who's in theory not stoopid, she's surely clueless. And I find it astounding that while finding Jen C's "little munchkin" reference to be "inappropriate," she finds it perfectly acceptable to refer to Stacie J. as a "girl" when the woman is a freaking decade older than she is as well as far more experienced in business. HATE!
Cat Whisperer
I absolutely loved the questions on the Smeagol TV Guide interview. Her response to "Why do you think you elicit such a negative reaction from people?" shows some self-awareness in that she tacitly agrees and has considered the reasons.

Other gems:
But be honest: When you were watching yourself on the show, did you ever stop and think, "Hey, I really am annoying."
You don't seriously think you're going to get your own talk show out of this, do you?
I mean, Omarosa said she was gonna get her own talk show, too.

I don't know what's worse -- realizing that Katrina is not only writing recaps, but she's exclaiming about how obnoxious and unself-aware Stacy is -- or reading Rottner's interview. Both of them make me gag. Katrina should go away with Ben and keep her stupid mouth shut. Clearly Stacy is an idiot, but saying she's "sensitive" AGAIN! SOME MORE! Aaaargh. As well as keeping to that hideous comment about Stacie J's scariest moment of all time bullshit. Stacie oughta sue, she should!

I never knew TV Guide could snark so well on the people they were interviewing.

Does anyone else want to shake Stacy and make her realize that people aren't seeing her as a spunky, strong woman but rather as an annoying slacker that contributes nothing? Well, maybe she isn't tall enough to see the expressions on people's faces when they are interacting with her.

True enough, Stacy. But the best definition of annoying is still: You.
