still don't understand why he insists that Stacie repeatedly announced to her teammates that she didn't want anything to do with them. Weren't these statements strictly made in video asides, as far as we know?
Yeah, I think so. I don't get why he has to be so...unclear in his statements either.
I think she [Stacie] gave out the address for her store, but I totally missed it.
I believe this one is hers:
580 W 125th St (at Broadway)

ETA: Whooot! Good for ole' Baldy, getting cleared like that (though I wish the defense were slightly more powerful than "nuh uh!" with secondary "nuh uh!". Poor guy, I didn't even like him, but I'm glad to know that the Post is at least getting a smackdown for irresponsible reporting. Thanks
goobaletta for letting us know.
And heh on this, from the second article:
Fischer says he has not contacted Jones and has no plans to represent her
Could he even if he wanted to, since he's not a NY lawyer and that's where she lives and where the show was shot? Or is this considered a Federal case if there were to be a suit? Just wondering. Regardless, though I'm neither an attorney nor do I play one on TV, I don't think there was a violation of employment law since 1) she didn't actually *work* for Trump or anyone else related to the show, 2) therefore she wasn't actually fired, 3) I'm sure the disclaimer and waivers she signed pretty much sealed this right up, and 4) as far as I know since there was no employment the worst that could be said was that it was either slander or libel (the latter, IIRC, since it was broadcast).
I hope she did get a big friggin settlement from them though, just on principle. Even though I know it's not realistic.
Excellent third link,
goobaletta. Very valid points, and I hope a million people print this out and fax it to Trump.

Trump's own sitethat the Trump organization's own code of ethics appears to have been violated. I'm tempted to report it to their General Counsel, as set forth in the very same code. Heh.
