Watching the show ten years later, I'm struck by how often the guys touch each other, whether it's giving a noogie or messing up the hair, etc. They literally can't keep their hands off each other.

I started noticing that the other week after watching the episode where Joey decides to change his image, ends up taking Jesse's bike for a ride and ends up being gone all night. Jesse was incredibly touchy feely considering he was supposed to be mad at Joey.

Tonight on Nick was the episode with Kirk Cameron as Steve. I find it odd that they used the name "Steve" as DJ's cousin AND boyfriend.

Gibbler cracked me up in this ep when she smacked KC's ass every 4 seconds! I don't know why i found it so funny, but I couldn't stop laughing.

That was the same episode Jesse wore leather pants to play basketball. As much as I love Jesse, I just can't get on board with some of his fashion choices.

Leather pants + leather vest seemed like Jesse's uniform in almost every ep.

In the earlier episodes, yes. After a while, he started wearing more breathable fabrics.

But even after he became a family man, there were still some times when the "uniform" would show up, like when he first went back to school.

Oh, God! I just saw the Kirk Cameron as Steve, their cousin eppy.

Show of hands for those who think Kirk will go to hell for allowing Kimmy Gibler (t/n Andrea Barber) to slap him on the ass.

I literally cringe everytime Joey is on-screen. I can't even think of one eppy where he's not annoying.

I understand the need for everyone to live there at the beginning. But once Jesse and Rebecca were considering marriage, they should've moved. But then, I guess that would've been a different show.

And as much as I claim to not like this show, I am still dying for them to make a reunion movie. How long has FH been off the air? I say, maybe 10 years and everyone could come back. Let's face it, only the Olsen Twins (oh, sorry, they hate that) ahem, MaryKate and Ashley are busy. Everyone else is probably free, especially Dave Cool-yay, or as I like to call him, Dave Cool-NOT!

I hear you on the reunion thing, but if they were to do it now I'm afraid it would turn into "The Mary-Kate & Ashley" show. Since they are the only ones with any real success currently, I think they would get all of the attention. They should wait a while until MK&A are out of season and then concentrate on everyone equally.

FWIW, I wouldn't say no to a special/movie...knowing the way these weirdos work, it would probably turn into a "Michelle goes to college" show. :(

PostToastie, there was a final episode, IIRC, Michelle had temporary memory loss due to a horse-riding accident. It was a two-parter. Of course, in the second part, the power of the Tanner-love helped Michelle get her memory back. The B-plot was that DJ desperately needed a date to the prom. In the final moments, Steve "rescues" her and whisks her off...

Count me in as one of the folks that would like to see a reunion special! I don't know about making a TV movie, though. Some of those reunion movies have been atrocious. Did anyone catch The Facts of Life reunion? shudder

I suppose, though, with the right writers, it would be cool to see what the characters, and not just what the actors, have been up to lately.

The ep where Jesse and Joey are hired as full-time jingle writeres was today. They wrote a jingle for a convenient mart. The jingle they used was exactly the same tune and almost the same wording of the Hershey Chocolate song used at the end of the chocolate factory tour ride in Hershey, PA.

"Hershey's, the great American chocolate bar" vs. Name of convenient store "The great American general store"

I wonder who had the jingle first....I'm thinking Hershey!

I'm looking forward to when they get to season 3, which has many of my favorite episodes: Jesse riding his motorcycle on the roof, Joey "accidentally" breaking Stephanie's nose, Jesse thinking DJ's drinking beer and of course, Steph driving the car into the kitchen!!

Yes, that was the final episode, but IIRC they did not know at the time that the show was not renewed and they just thought it to be another episode, not the finale. I think it was an interview with Candace Cameron and she said had they known they (the writers) would have made it quite differently and not just focusing on Michelle. However, the way the show was going in the last seasons, everything pretty much centered around Michelle, so I would find it hard to believe that would be true.
The reunion should be DJ and Steve getting married and MKA not being able to go because they are off studying abroad. That would take care of MKA not wanting to do it if they both couldnt be on at the same time. Oh hell, I dont care what they do just as long as they do it. I loved, loved, loved the Growing Pains reunion (I think they're doing another one too!), cheese and all, it was such a nice closure for me personally, I would love the same for Full House.

After seeing this picture I don't have a very hard time believing it. I think I can count Mary-Kate's ribs, and Ashley's face looks a little on the gaunt side. Who'se that little boy in the white suit in the background? It looks like that youngest Lawrence brother, but with Down's syndrome.

Mary Kate and Ashley really look awful lately. I wish that they'd do something with their hair instead of letting it hang all stringy.

They're both very thin, but speaking as someone's who's cousin didn't hit the three digit mark until COLLEGE (we're talking 90something pounds at 5'5) it's possible it's just her build. My cousin ate like a pig, and was a swimmer, but never ever had an eating disorder. She had to eat alot to keep weight on, and she used to get comments all the time about having a disorder. Her mom's the same way 110 after two babies. One of my friends is 26, 95 pounds and only 5'1. She is very tiny, but she eats like a pig. She can even shop at Gap kids. Some people are just born that way.

So, MK & Ashley might just be built that way. Of course, given their occupations, the concerns are valid and possible. I think they're both very cute girls. They seem nice enough as well. And I really hope they don't end up in Playboy or Maxim.

Has anyone seen Candace Cameron on VH1's I love the 80's? She looks great! She's so cute, I always liked her. She was fabulous in Some Kind of Wonderful (Eric Stoltz's little sister at the dinner table, so cute) and seemed like a real kid in the movie rather than a kid actor playing a kid.

Yeah, Candace was funny in the movie. Sitting at the dinner table, playing with her Garbage Pail Kids. I used to do that too.

No matter how old the Olsen twins get, it amazes me how they'll always have that annoying ass chicken voice of theirs. It GRATES.

I was reading the YM magazine that featured MKA a few months ago (shut up, it was my younger sister's) and they had said they didn't want everyone to know where they were going to college for "security" reasons, but yet on Oprah they were all, "Yay, we're going to NYU! We're so excited!" I found that a little odd. And anyway, who needs college when you're freakin' billionaires?

YourDensity the thing is that they both seemed chubbier not too long ago. Then again it might have been puppy fat. However, I don't recall them ever looking as light as they are now. MK especially. Even her fans are wondering about the ED thing. However, it could be true that she is a naturally thin person but my guess is that she isn't. Check out these photos from the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards and compare them to the ones I referred to earlier (i.e. 'Check out the first few sets of photos on this page.'). For example, this. There is quite a difference. Let's hope MK's weight loss is temporary.

Charlotte, that is odd. Maybe they realised that being in the position they are in it wouldn't be a secret for long. I dunno. Well I agree with you on the college bit in a way. But then I think for them it's probably more of learning new exciting things than getting an education to earn a living. I'm not saying that it isn't the latter either it's just that they are almost billionaires or billionaires. However, that's what I would do if I were them. Oh and maybe they are checking on their boyfriends as they are in college on the East Coast I believe. ;)

tijmetje, Star and In Touch are on this new wave of tabloids that look like regular magazines. The EiC of Star thought by glossying (yes, I know I just made up that word) it up, they'd get more subscriptions. And she was right.

And it is scary how these magazine know almost everything that these girls are up to. I'm all about celebrity gossip, but geez, what they eat? I couldn't care less.
