You know when I liked Michelle the most?
After each episode had ended, and I didn't have to see her for the rest of the night. Then I thought she was great.

BWAH! You owe me a juice and a keyboard.
I liked her most when she was being a dumb kid and not 5 going on 25. Do the writers really think the general viewing public likes kids to act and speak that way? It's so annoying.

My favorite Michelle moments were from when Stephanie and DJ put the closet bar thru Danny's wall. Michelle's jaw drops and it's funny in how wooden and overacty it is. She also did it when Minnie ate Joey's sandwich. Later in the same episode when she's trying to keep Danny downstairs and blocks the stairway and says "You can NOT go upstairs!" in a really serious voice.
I also laugh at "Guess what?! Politeness week is OHVORE!"

Yes! I give him a lot of credit for that. And for the fact that he and Denise dumped Michelle later, when she was trying to make them give her presents in return for being her friends.
Hee. Looking back, Teddy was awesome, and Denise had moments as well. Taj Mowry and Jurnee Smollett were so cute and actually acted like children. If only the Olsens had learned something.
"You awe a stwaaange kid."
Apparently Jurnee is filming a movie with a really impressive cast (Eartha Kitt, Anna Deveare Smith, Tracie Thoms - who isn't that well-known but should be), and she appears to be the lead. Good for her.

In the beginning of some other stupid one I saw, Stephanie insults Kimmy Gibler in front of Danny three times in a row (because the brat was keeping track) and Danny does not do a THING about it.
I don't mind Stephanie picking on Kimmie, because Stephanie was supposed to be kind of bratty, but who the hell is entertained by Danny and Jesse picking on Kimmie? They're grown-ass men! She's eleven! That's nasty!

It is so funny how everyone here hates Michelle!! My dad used to ask me change the channel whenever Full House was on cause he couldn't stand that "bratty goober"!! I myself was a little bit bratty so I made him watch...haha he still hates this show!

Watching one of the Ranger Joe eps right now, and I was wondering, why are Michelle's friends/classmates a part of the show? Normally a show like that would hire child actors. I can understand Michelle getting into it 'cause she's Ranger Joe's niece. Those kids were so fuckin' annoying the way they'd shriek the Ranger Joe "song."

Ha, ha, I SO agree with that about the annoying delivery of "RANGER JOE"
which was always 'sung' in the key of ... Q... or some other non-musical note. I remember there was some cheesy local show called "Ranger Charlie and Roscoe" that was sort of like "Ranger Joe." There was also some rip-off on another channel, and I know the rip-off show got their child audiences from schools (I remember some kids from my school going, you see). So I suppose it's possible for stupid "Ranger Joe" to have used normal kids, but still.... why were they always the same ones?

Shit, I really have to say that I think Teddy is the best actor to ever be on this show. That little boy had charisma. I know he had a show some years back [Smart Guy] and appears on Disney sometimes but it's a shame he's not a bigger star. I wonder if he [it's Tahj Mowry, right?] ever has contact with Mary-Kate and Ashley anymore? I bet not.

In that episode where Michelle runs away to Ted's house, of course when Michelle shows up, Ted's family is sitting in the livingroom, having sooo much fun playing some cardboard game. That's what all families do in their sparetime.

There's an Indian version of Full House on one of the Indian channels my parents get!
Check it out. It has English subtitles, but I wasn't really paying much attention. The episode was something about writing a jingle. Weird. I wonder if there are any other Full House copycats out there.

Dammit! Michelle made me laugh today. I hate when that happens!
It was during the "Tanner Family Fun Day" episode when they went to that seafood place. Stephanie had ordered octopus, but she didn't want it and put it on Michelle's plate. Michelle pushed it away and said, "Ew gross! Kill it, Daddy!" I guess I laughed because it seemed like something a REAL child would say.
Why did I never notice that these people are always lined up? Whenever the girls come into a room, they line up. Either tallest to shortest, side by side, single file, or staggered. Would it have been that hard to shoot the scene with one of them on the couch?

Kinda weird that he's got his own set of always together twin sisters. Tia and Tamara Mowry from Sister, Sister. They're pretty much like Mary-Kate and Ashley (lived together, went to the same college, I don't think they've ever worked separately) except they don't cling to each other in photographs. Plus nobody's really ever heard of them, so they seem to have turned out normal.

Wasn't Aaron on an episode of Smallville, as well? I still remember him from Kindergarten Cop: "Boys have a penis; girls have a vagina." Word, gracie: in my head, he hasn't grown up either.
I went to a Shins concert back in April, and the opening band was an awesome one from New Zealand, called The Brunettes. They rocked the house, and had a real cool B-52s feel to them. Anyhoo, their closing song? Don't know the name, but it sounded cool. But then the whole band (all 7 of them) turned around, while my friend and I were going, "What are they doing?" They turn back and they--along with two other guys who came onstage--put on Michelle masks (from the FH days, perhaps aged 8 or something) and started singing "Mary-Kate and Ashley...Mary-Kate and Ashley..." It was way creepy.

Yeah, Aaron was a great child actor. Miko Hughes looks exactly the same to me, but obviously older.

It wouldn't surprise me. I love Teddy. I love all her friends. Even Aaron. Who was a pest. I just found it funny. Unlike Michelle, I just wanted to kick her arse. Ewww... Ew... Ew... Ew... Ew... Jun 13, 2005 @ 1:39 am
Because Michelle was OMG SO ADORABLE and all the family's love and concern went to her. Ever notice that Stephanie didn't get or do anything special at Jesse and Becky's wedding party? Or the infamous Disney World episodes? (Yes, Stephanie got to be the princess at the end of the day, but only after The Great Michelle had her reign over everyone) Too bad things didn't go the way the cast thought they would, with Jodie being the breakout star. Almost anything would have been better than what Dualstar did with the Olsens during/after Full House.
Also, when Stephanie became a teenager, they just ended up recycling most of DJ's storylines, which made her character boring, unlike the earlier seasons. It was also lame how they tried to make the Stephanie/Gia/Michelle bantering like DJ/Kimmy/Stephanie. It just didn't work, and it made Gia and Michelle seem awfully stuck-up to each other. Their exchanges didn't have the humor Stephanie and Kimmy had.
In short, I feel sorry for Stephanie as a character. So much glory taken away by the Olsen twins, who weren't even cute! What was the attraction to her?

Am I the only one who thought DJ and Steve were awfully serious to be in high school? He was always at their house, he tracked them down in Disneyland, he knew all of their business... It was almost like they were married.
Part of me also disliked the relationship because of the gratuitous kissing scenes. Maybe they put those there for the teenage romantics, but it grossed me out.

Nope that bothered me too. I always figured they intended for DJ to follow in her parents footsteps and get married really young. I mean wasn't Danny supposed to be turning 30 the first year the show was on the air which meant DJ must have been born when he was around 19-20?
Anyway that's a pretty common theme on lots of sitcoms though isn't it? The teen dream romance that lasts forever (but of course is never consumated - well except on Roseanne) and the kids always seem to end up getting married. Yeah, that is so real life - sheesh.

No. I thought the kissing scenes were remarkably clean if they were that committed, but I don't think they were unusually into each other. Couples I knew were like that. And I do know of about ten marriages still holding up and happy that were highschool sweethearts. Most are my parents' age but at least one I can think of is about DJ/Steve's age (i.e. just a few years older than me)

I think they said on a couple of occasions that Danny and Pam eloped right after high school, and D.J. was born when they were about 19, which is rather young, yes, but they were married and apparently in La-La-Land... They've given clues about his age here and there throughout the show (his 30th birthday the year D.J. was 10; he and Joey going to their college reunion the year D.J. was 13; etc.).

Even though everyone here knows that the series finale wasn't a true finale, there is one clue that shows that this was originally a season finale:
If it was a true series finale, someone (most likely Michelle) would have used the term "full house" in the very last line of the show. Similar to when the very last line in the Happy Days finale was "To happy days".

Yeah, it's a pretty sleezy thing to do, but if you're willing to sleep with someone because you think they're a C list celeb, you pretty much put yourself at risk for a variety of things.
