The funny thing is the year before in 1st Thanksgiving episode Jessee told Steph he had let her mom Pam cut his hair and it was horrible. (She was 10, he was 5.)
And Steph could not believe he let her do it. Like Mother, like Daughter.
Today was one Jessee went back to finish high school since he was a dropout. This was major continuty error - it had been stated he graduated, even went to reunion. OOPS.

To be fair, he only had the mullet from hell for one season. Then he had the perfectly moussed locks we'd all love to run our fingers through.

Everytime I watch this show, I still can't believe he was the one Alanis was singing about.
What?
The opening of the Smash Club was on today and my immediate flashback was all the toilets in the living room. I remember watching that as a kid and being annoyed because what kind of dumbass company ships sample toilets to someone's house?
I loved this show growing up, but the cheese factor is sometimes just too much to endure. Is there a THS on this?

Apparently Dave Coulier was the inspiration behind Alanis's "You Oughta Know." The really nice thing is that she was supposedly still a teenager during the affair, while he was at least in his late 20s.

Snopes.com says it's undetermined and Alanis isn't talking so I guess we'll never know for sure.

Even if the song wasn't about him, it's still freaky as hell to imagine them dating.
An Alanis quote from snopes:
The ironic thing is, if anybody questions whether it's them I'm writing about, that means something in and of itself. People who were kind and honest and full of integrity throughout the process of making this album wouldn't question whether they were in that song because they would know.

After having watched Full House in reruns lately I'm starting to wonder: were any of the guys that Stephanie had crushes on even cute? I mean look at the the "Human Pudding" boy, honestly he is not cute. Maybe it's just because it's been awhile since these episodes aired but my perception of what a cute guy is has not changed that much since I was 14. I don't know maybe its just me.

Well, in the last episode when Steph has to do the balcony scene from Romeo & Juliet her crush is Will Estes. And alot of people think he is a major babe.
But you are right about the others, in fact DJ didnt have any hotties either. Steve was an utter dork and the kid who played Eddie Munster, although he had a wierd cuteness, was basically a troll.

I thought Steve was cute too! He had dorky things about him, but he had this perfect skin that was mesmerizing to me. He had nice hair too, which makes me sad because I saw him on that family channel show where two people switch places for a while. He had much less hair than when he was on Full House (understandably), it was not becoming on him.

Ugh, Steve just didnt do it for me. I think the episode that ruined him for me was the one where Michelle wanted to marry him and set up a wedding that she thought was real. They did so many closeups on his goofy face that I just thought he was utter cheese.

Actually the whole "high school graduation" was a major continuity screw up. It was revealed back when Lori joined the show as a full time cast member. That Jesse pulled a James Dean by riding his motorcycle through the school to impress his girlfriend at the time the day before graduation. How about that for a major "oopps".

The episode where the family goes to Disneyland was on last night. I remember being a little kid and wondering why all these families kept going to Disneyland. Took me until I was about 13 to figure out that Disney owns ABC, and all the families on ABC shows got to pimp out the parent company. I remember loving this episode back when I first saw it...but afterwards I was like, "What the fuck?" Yo, Michelle. It's nice that you're "princess for a day" and whatnot, but even Snow White wouldn't put up with your shit. Thought it hilarious that Stephanie, obviously about 12 in the episode, was upset she didn't get to be the princess. Honey...it's meant for little kids. Not junior high students. Although the part with Joey being afraid of sharks was pretty funny. Even funnier - Jesse sitting himself down at the piano in the hotel lobby and singing to Rebecca. Because apparently, if you're late to an anniversary picnic, your wife will automatically try and dump you.

Ugh! Last night I caught the tail end of some stupid episode or another and...Uncle Joey sat in a plate full of s'mores. The jokes they all started making were enough to make me retch. Stuff like, let's go get some spoons, etc. And cute uncle Jessie spraying whipped cream on Joey's ass was just something I really didn't need to see. It was very disturbing. Then Comet is chasing him around trying to eat the s'mores off, just ugh! With the little girls on stage at the same time it was just plain ICK!

Queen of the dorks here, all the eps with Papouli are my fave's. Love, Love, Love the ep where DJ and the cousin(?) walk around the table and get married. Love how the kid asked to take her for a walk around the table and Danny was all snarky about it. I wish I could remember exactly what he said, but am drawing a blank.
Come to think of it, I dont think there are any FH eps that I really hated, I can watch them all over and over again. Its my guilty pleasure. In fact, when I went into labor I was really scared and when I went into my room FH was on the TV. It was a great day, thanks FH.

Me too. This episode also contains the funniest Bob Saget had ever or would ever say on this show in my opinion. It was been the cousin said that he would study and someday take over the talk show business when Danny dies. Then Danny simply says, "I will never die." It's all in the way he said it.

I happened across the Disney World episodes the other day on Nick and I have to ask this: At the end of Part I, as the camera pans across a crowd in close-up, is there a guy making an obscene gesture? It sure looked like it to me, but it happened so quickly and I wasn't really paying that much attention, so I can't be positive. The person has his back to the camera, but his hand is behind his back and it just looked like he was flipping the bird backwards (I suppose, technically, he was flipping off himself). It seemed so obvious that I don't see how any production people could have missed, so I'm probably just imagining it.

Bob Saget was freaking hilarious off of Full House. I'd love to see that guy in a more biting/intelligent sitcom (Frasier, Seinfeld, etc) because his snark was really wasted on FH.

One of my favorite DT moments was when he beat Jesse at pool, complete with cheesy and lame "ripping Jesse a new one" montage. Jesse wanting to challenge him to a "spinning chair" contest made it even better.
Oh and although it was a pretty terrible movie, Saget's one line in "Half-Baked" was a treasure.
