Add me to all of the jaws dropping to the floor, what the fuck is wrong with these people? The videos shocked the hell out of me and I grew up with a violent father anyway. He's passed out on the floor and she kicks the shit out of him? Devil woman. She really should be in prison. Can't you use those videos to prosecute her in some fashion? Ohh noooo but I want Hellllp! Shill! Bah.
DeepRed
Glad I missed the husband beater yesterday... but on another topic, it looks as though there's going to be another Very! Special! Primetime Phil show on TV tonight. From the commercials during CSI last night, it looks as though Phil's dealing with that woman who had the horrific, terrible, deep dark secret, that secret so awful he wouldn't show it on his daytime show.

What's her secret, you ask? She's a junkie. The commerical (a reenactment, no doubt) showed her spiking up in the house while her kids are playing outside. And her husband brings drugs to her workplace so she can spike up there too. Meh. Not that shocking, if you ask me.
KimberleeJean
Damn. And I was hoping she was the brilliant leader of an international spy ring.
formergr
Wow, that's almost as shocking as Oprah's show about behavioral problems her previously unknown daughter has turning out to be her dog. Almost, only not.

Shill mentioned to Steve that he did not know what caused his alcoholism-whether it was caused by genetics or possibly something else. Just then a thought went through my head. Is Steve Native American? Is this what Shill was alluding to by this comment?

Gad, I hate to defend The $hill, but he used the word 'genetic' for a reason, as opposed to using the word 'racial'. If he said 'racial', then he may have meant a problem associated with Native Americans, Chinese, Latinos, Northern Europeans, etc. I would expect that when Dr. Phil said 'genetic' in reference to Steve's alcoholism, he was implying a possible source withing his family, rather than within his race. I may have missed it, but I didn't hear what Steve's race is. Although controversial, there is evidence that alcoholism has a genetic component. My father was a fall-down-passed-out-cold-drunk-five-nights-out-of-the-week kind of drunk before he finally drank himself to death. Growing up in that situation was emotionally painful for me, but I consider the whole thing to be in my past. It's best to just get over it and leave it behind ---- this lady (who's father was an alcoholic, and now she beats her drunk husband because, according to her, she can't handle the anger) is a good example of what happens when one dwells on a past that cannot be changed and that she had no control over. Being an Adult Child of an Alcoholic (this is probably not a medical term, but it is most certainly a pop-psycho-babble term), I have studied the subject, and studies have shown that there is a higher incidence of alcoholism among Adult Children of Alcoholics than that of the general population. The debate is over whether it is nature (genetics) or nurture (psychology of growing up in an alcoholic home) that is to blame for the increased incidence. I am happy to report that I do not battle alcoholism, but I must admit that I drink very, very little ---- no point in poking that dragon, I guess. Being an ACA doesn't guarantee alcoholism, and not being an ACA doesn't guarantee 'immunity' to alcoholism. Alcoholism can strike a person of any race, just like (for example) heart disease, but it is more prevalent among some populations than others, again, just like (for example) heart disease. Again, the debate rages as to whether this racial bias is nature or nurture. Sorry for the class.

These people are fucked up, though, aren't they???
Madmarsha
Yeah, um, I hate to tell all you people out there who are dressing way beyond your means (not to mention with not even an ounce of the style you think you have), we're not fooled. We don't think that $500 Jimmy Choo's and $150 Seven jeans and a Chanel Murikami bag knockoff means "wow, that chick really has it all together". We know you're overextending yourself to keep up with the Hiltons. We wonder who you're "stealing" from without realizing that you ARE really stealing ... but we're not surprised. The people who are fooled are people who are overextended themselves and wish THEY had the cajones to embezzle. But don't think for a minute that the entire world thinks that in your secret life you're a millionaire.
mootermutt987
Geez, I hate to put two posts one right after the other, but I'd like to comment on something different. PLEASE, TwoP, don't ding me!

I watched today's show and Dr. $hill kept saying, "I'm no diagnostician, but this is what I think...." So, in other words, all of America is tuning in, and these sad sacks on the show are flying in from all over the country, to SEE YOU, Doc, to watch The Master solve these troubled people's ordeals, BUT YOU CANNOT DO IT???!!!??? You are a PhD, right? You are licensed to practice medicine, aren't you?? BUT YOU ARE NOT A DIAGNOSTICIAN???? So, what you are saying is: if I have a problem, and I am looking for a therapist, I SHOULD NOT go to you because you cannot diagnose me???? Do you think we want to see you use your skills to help people with problems, or do you think we just like hearing you say things like, "That ole junkyard dog just can't bark on Tuesdays", or some such country bumpkinism?? So, Doc, answer me this:

WTF are you doing on TV??

I turned the channel.
sarcastic chick
Today's rich couple:

Tania: "I feel like a tornado about to blow up."

WTF? I've never heard of a tornado blowing up, but maybe I misunderstand because the words got kind of muffled due to her gigantic, collagen-injected lips. Ugh, lady. You describe yourself as attractive? Not in my book. Scrawny? Yes. Fake? Definitely. But attractive? No way.

And Ed: Shut the fuck up, you abusive asshole. And keep your ridiculous facial expressions to yourself. You're not perfect, and you're not right.

Oh, and way to go, Phil. Side with the abuser because he has a penis.

Between those, Phil's head and Oprah's parasitic-headed twins and her upcoming suck-fest with Cruise, there will be no sleep tonight. Thanks daytime tv.

He says all the time, I believe for reasons related to limiting his liability, that he is not their (whoever is sitting across from him) diagnostician, meaning he is not their physician or caretaker of record and is not responsible for diagnosing or treating them. There is a fairly explicit disclaimer during the credits that says much the same. It's the equivalent of ''this is for entertainment purposes only and this show is not meant to treat or diagnose anybody, ever, for any reason''.

Also, since he is a Phd (psychologist) and not a medical doctor (psychiatrist), I don't believe he is licensed to practice medicine. Psychology, yes. Medicine, no.

I watched about 5 minutes of Dr. Phil today, and I just have to wonder why anyone would subject themselves to going on Dr. Phil???? Just pay for a real therapist!!! It would be less painful and more helpful. Dr. Phil seems to be morphing into Dr. Laura... berating his guests. He's also gotten so sensationalistic.

I heard that there's been some friction between $hill and Oprah b/c of that... anyone else heard that?
dreamy
I heard that there's been some friction between $hill and Oprah b/c of that... anyone else heard that?

That's hard to believe, given this week's conjoined twins episode on Oprah (which, in the interest of full disclosure, I did NOT watch).
Tunia
Well, there IS some sense left in this world...neither Dr. $hill personally nor his show won in their bid for a Daytime Emmy! Both honors went to Ellen DeGeneres.
onlyinPV
Go Ellen! She deserved it.

on topic: Yowza! That drug addicted nurse was truly f'd up. But I don't know why anyone would go on Saint Phil's show anymore. He used to be harsh, but tempered with a little common sense. Now he's just a bully. Of course she shot up last night. And in the green room. And at work. She is a drug addict. He tells his guests not to get mad, because they're not talking to the person, they're talking to the drug, and then he goes and screams at this woman for being addicted to drugs and makes it All. About. Phil. And yes, Godalmighty Phil, she gets sick without the drugs. That is the definition of addicted. Sorry you're personally offended.
chatterley
People, please. This guy is a flash in the pan. Within a few years, he's going to be a VH1 footnote on a pop culture retrospective. Wake up.

He knows it, himself. He has to maximize his 15 seconds now, and bleed the marketplace for all it's worth, including any opportunites he can create for his moron kid.
LucyGoosey
I really don't understand why the addict nurse went on Phil's show. She has already been to what 10 rehabs? Is his free Hacienda stint going to do something the other rehabs didn't? And by going on PRIME TIME national tv, isn't she just asking to be fired from her job and possibly investigated by law enforcement for all of her "felonies" in obtaining her drugs. If Rush Limbaugh is being hosed for his supposed doctor shopping long after he's clean, why shouldn't this woman be hosed, too? Plus she's responsible for taking care of 2 small kids AND educating the patients in her rehab center. WTF?

ITA that Phil was bullying her too much as well. She's a sick lady and really had no place on national tv with her severe illness so that he could exploit her. I really hope she receives the proper help before it's too late.
Tunia
Doesn't it seem that the longer his show runs, the more of a bully he's becoming? There's definitely been an attitude shift from one who's trying to assist to one who is just shouting "his way" at his guests.

In the early days of his show, I watched for information and entertainment, but the past season just for snark value. The past week, however, has gone over the edge, and I'm not sure if it's even worth watching even to bust on him...but it's so like watching a wreck - somehow, just can't seem to look away. Is he secretly hypnotizing us via the airwaves to watch his show???
sarcastic chick
Totally agree with this:
Plus she's responsible for taking care of 2 small kids AND educating the patients in her rehab center. WTF?

That was the most disturbing element of her story, and it totally eliminated any sympathy I had for her initially. It really bothers me that this woman had children even though she had a major drug problem. Didn't she realize the pain that she was setting them up for? You want to keep your habit and kill yourself? Fine, just don't bring a child into the world so that you can destroy them, too. She was a hypocritical bitch-faced hag, and I hate her more than I hate Stacey from FUF2. [/rant]

I felt sorry for the husband. Even though he enabled her and deserved blame on many levels, I couldn't help but feel bad for him after she admitted that she married him because he was "good enough," not because she loved him. He looked absolutely crushed.

This was one of those instances where Phil's bullying didn't offend me because she was a bully herself. She was an abuser who manipulated everyone around her. IMO, Phil's bullying was necessary in order to get through to her.

And, one more thing, the dog licking the blood off of her arm was unbelievably gross and sick.

ETA: Go Ellen!
feminaformosa
I heard about it from someone else, but when I googled, I found this about the feud btw. Dr. Phil and Oprah in the National Enquirer. Take it for what it's worth. I don't believe the crap about Omarosa, but I could buy everything else.

I think compared to what Dr. Phil does, the conjoined twins wasn't nearly as Springer/Maury esque. It was in the context of a show on "miracles" which is right up Oprah's alley. Boring, but right up her alley.

Doesn't it seem that the longer his show runs, the more of a bully he's becoming? There's definitely been an attitude shift from one who's trying to assist to one who is just shouting "his way" at his guests.

I totally agree with this whole statement, except for the part about not being able to turn away. I had to quit watching the husband-beater folks b/c I thought Phil should not even have given them a chance to keep their kids. If they want to work out their problems, fine, but those kids need to live somewhere else while they do it. Maybe not in foster care, but not with those parents. Ugh. And I'm from a home where my mom was a big yeller, screamer, tantrum thrower. It was not that fun. I can't imagine if alcohol and physical abuse were thrown into it.

WORD!! It's embarassing to watch, let alone say you watch, this freakshow. It's a joke how he literally yells at the "guests" and keeps shoving HIS way down their throats. I keep thinking of any form of counseling 101 states that you do not tell people what they "need" to do. That's all he does anymore!

You are not helping anyone by beating them upside the head and telling them how stupid they are. Like the Twelve Steps programs say, their best thinking got them where they are now. So it's not a matter of someone just saying "don't do that anymore". He should know that there are layers upon layers of past junk under all these problems and his yee-haw sayings ain't gonna fix a thing.
This guy is a real knucklehead!

I totally agree this guy is on his way out. Something is going to happen where Oprah drops him but he will then show up during the day on some UPN or WB channel reading the results of paternity tests.

Really interesting... what do you guys think? Was it all fake, or are they still laughing their asses of because they fooled $hill? (me thinks last one)

By the way... where's Gemmadoll???
sarcastic chick
I was able to read the first page, but the second page came up as a 404 Not Found. I think they fooled $hill - or rather, the producers, or whoever screens the guests. What role would Dennis the Bunny Ranch guy play in all of this?

What's more disturbing is the censorship on the site/message boards.
Tunia
Wow, mutya, looks like Dr. Phil may have really phucked up on that show!

By the way... where's Gemmadoll???

Was wondering the same thing myself.
onlyinPV
Holy Cannoli! I got the second page, and let's just say that it looks like neither sister has a problem performing for the sex industry.

I think that it was a major fuck-up on Shills part, rather than a calculated move. I don't think he would willingly have porn stars on his show (unless he was rehabilitating them), the risk of backlash is too great. Look at all the backtracking he has to do to try to undo the damage.

I love that someone knocked down the Great and Mighty Phil a peg or two, but censoring the message boards and making the guests Unpeople give me the chills.
proudtvaddict
Delurking to comment on Dr. Phil's message boards. I signed onto the boards during the Dr. Phil Family with the Mom & Dad from Utah (Mormons I believe?)--Mom was basically a whore who was content to mooch off her spineless husband and the church. It was revealed during the first episode that the kids had not been to a dr/dentist in several years, which was in itself appalling.

Anyway, I logged on to comment that that was definitely neglect & that if I knew where they were, I would alert social services myself. I also wondered why Dr. Phil (who is, by law in almost every state, a mandated reporter of child abuse/neglect, btw) hadn't brought social services into the mix, to protect himself. My comment never saw the light of day.
Albanyguy
Oprah is said to have become increasingly annoyed at her former pal's aggressive attitude and his attempts to bring his wife, Robin, 51, and son, Jay, 25, in on his act by using them to counsel guests.

Although Oprah bugs the hell out of me on a regular basis, after reading this all I can say is "Oprah, come home. All is forgiven."

And if Phil went off like that about Oprah to Omorosa of all people, he's either a complete moron (did he honestly think she'd keep her mouth shut?) or he's become so arrogant that he's not even afraid of Oprah anymore. Either way, he's about to crash and burn.
meisja
Man, I have to agree with Phil on this one (but it's a win/win b/c I can't stand O or Phil!), because being Oprah's bitch has got to suck. Why should she have the power to nix a show idea? Honestly. He breathed new life into her suck-fest of a show and that's why she put him on the air, for $$$, so no tears for O.

I got through about 15 minutes of the "special" and just couldn't take anymore.

The mandated reporter thing is tricky, I worked in schools for years and honestly, even some of the best social workers abide by the thinking that "keeping the family together is best." And they allow a lot of leeway (sp?) for parents/caretakers to make improvements. I'm sure Phil is "reporting" to some degree, but honestly it's up to the state and the county to make anything happen.

In case this should sound too pro-Phil, I'll temper it by saying that, if nothing else, the big-brother atmosphere on his site/board is completely and totally unnacceptable, and, as is obvious, he completely overlooks most aspects of anything having to do with the study of psychology in his rants, and clearly puts that kind of work onto the "local therapists" of the guests. Oh, and I'd like to pop Robin's head with a pin. There must be a pill for that.
mootermutt987
Thanks mutya!!

Really interesting... what do you guys think? Was it all fake, or are they still laughing their asses of because they fooled $hill? (me thinks last one)

When I saw the show, I thought something didn't add up with these girls. As others have said, I also thought maybe drugs were an issue. But then I thought about how 'cartoon-y' the whole scenario sounded, and how much the one twin couldn't accept that the other twin didn't want to participate. It just didn't make sense --- so I was thinking either drugs or it's all an act.

Soooo...

If a schmuck like me can think something's fishy, how come none of the trained professionals at The Dr. Phil Show can't find anything about these twins??? It is abundantly clear that if any of the Dr. Phil staff did a simple internet search, EVEN USING THE TWINS' REAL (??? --- at least the names that they used on the show) NAMES, they'd have come up with all kinds of porn. And then, looking at all the porn, they'd have clearly seen the twins, in all their glory. That's the great thing about porn --- it's all about the pictures, and it's not like the twins are wearing costumes.

That's just it, I can't believe that the Dr. Phil Show didn't know the history of these twins!!! I CAN, however, believe that THEY DID KNOW THEIR HISTORY!! Think about that. With that in mind, how could they air the show??? Because they didn't think that the drones that watch the show would do any investigating. I think that they think that we are too stupid to find out what we did. With all the 'cover-up' done on their site, now I think they are just trying to make it hard for others to make the same discoveries.

Either the people at Dr Phil are too stupid to do a little background search OR they are so stupid as to underestimate the rest of the world!

The jig is up, Dr. $hill!!
mutya
I saw $hill on Larry King, I think 2 weeks ago. LK held up a magazine with that mad oprah/mad $hill/silly amorosa story. $hill said that (suprise!) it was all a lie
KING: I must bring this up. "This is the last season I'll be working with Oprah, explodes Dr. Phil. It's war!"

Now, I hate to bring this up, but both of you are very famous. Oprah's been on this show a number of times. You're setting a record for being on. What's going on?

MCGRAW: Well, absolutely nothing. Does there have to be something going on for these tabloids to write this? Absolutely ridiculous. There's no war between Oprah and I. We are wonderful, lifelong friends, always have been. She's done...

She's done... blablabla lots of ass kissing, nothing interesting.

MCGRAW:They quote her as saying that I said those things to her, which is -- and I don't know whether she actually said that to them or not. If she did, it's an absolute outright lie.
(...)
MCGRAW: I mean, if I was going to confide in somebody, I don't think it would be Omarosa from "The Apprentice."
(...)
MCGRAW: And that's what I say, I have no idea whether she actually talked to them or not. But Oprah and I are fine, we're partners on the show. She's a dear friend and always will be. She and my wife spend too much money when they go shopping. Other than that, we're great.

KING: Oprah wrote the book.

MCGRAW: Yes, she did.

Now what do they mean with "Oprah wrote the book""

Oprah is said to have become increasingly annoyed at her former pal's aggressive attitude and his attempts to bring his wife, Robin, 51, and son, Jay, 25, in on his act by using them to counsel guests.

Well, oprah isn't the only one getting increasingly annoyed... God I so want this to be true.

but censoring the message boards and making the guests Unpeople give me the chills.

But don't you understand that saying/thinking anything bad about The $hill Almighty is a terrible sin? And you wanna keep that kind of sin to yourself, not eberybody has to know, so they're just helping you. All the other terrible sins can be cured, all you have to do is make a pilgrimage to the Dr. $hill studios in LA.

I have had my account suspended many times from the Dr Phil message board.

I posted comments to the message board called "Discuss Today's Show" when they had on the second Dr Phil family (Stacy et al). I said that this family was lowering the calibre of the show. It was too sensationalist and that the family was not the type that the average person could relate to. I said it was more suited to the Maury show.

If I posted these comments they would be deleted within an hour of posting. I would resubmit them. Again they would be deleted but this time my account would be suspended and I could not post again. (A message would come up on the screen saying that the boards were busy. Yeah right!). Not too worry, I would just log on using a different ID and then repost the message. It started to become a game!

I then discovered that that if you submitted a post to the message board after midnight (the moderator goes home then) it would not be deleted until the next morning when the moderator returned.

I had a field day when I discovered this! One night, about a year ago, several people responded to my midnight posts, saying they agreed with me, and we has quite a lively discussion going. The next morning the posts were still there. What a shock! A few hours later ALL the boards were shut down. No one could post comments for almost 24 hours to any of the boards.

When they reopened the boards all of my comments and all of the related replies were deleted. In addition, they changed the way posts to the "Comment on Today's Show" board were handled. Now when you post to this board the moderator has to approve it first and then about 30 minutes later it would be posted. If you post after midnight, it will not be posted until the next morning.

Recently I posted a fairly innocent comment about the show they had on about a town that has a high rate of teenage STD's.
Here is a quote from my original post: "The HIV specialist that Dr Phil had on today, is a lovely woman. Maria Zoe Cacho-Howard has been on televsion before promoting AIDS awareness. She held a big rally for AIDS awareness where she lives..."
I had posted that she had a big rally in her hometown of Omaha Nebraska but the reference to Omaha was deleted.

Very interesting Mutya. The absolute best snark! I believe it.
I checked out the Dr Phil show website and read the recap of the show. It is exactly as the person, who exposed the fraud, says. There are no close up photos of the twins and their faces have deliberately been obscured in some of the photos.

http://www.drphil.com/show/show.jhtml?cont...dinfluences.xml

I did my own google search and came up with these references:

In particular look at the writeup for scene two for the above website. It is definitely porn and not just nude scenes.

MyraA, great info! I noticed something funny. If you look at that Dr. $hill site, the picture in the first capture sure looks a lot like this picture (not such a good idea to click on the link when you're at work) from the twinvirgos.com link MyraA came up with. What's up with that? Dr. $hill's staff didn't notice they where kinda naked???

Do we know this for a fact? I would think that that big disclaimer that rolls after the credits absolves $hill of any responsibility. He's now just an entertainer, after all. He's not obligated to report squat.

And then this, from the Larry King interview, made me laugh:
$hill:  There's no war between Oprah and I. We are wonderful, lifelong friends, always have been.
Lifelong?? LIFELONG. As in, since the age of 5 or something. $hill, you big fat liar. LIAR, I say.

If he is a licensed mental health professional, he is required by law to report suspicion of child abuse. Just like a doctor, nurse, teacher, or social worker.
It's called "mandated reporter" and the regulations vary by state, but not by a lot.
DeepRed
If he is a licensed mental health professional, he is required by law to report suspicion of child abuse.
$hill decided to quit practicing as a counseling psychologist in Texas right before the state was going to yank his license as a result of misbehavior on his part - having sex with a patient he was couseling, wasn't it? Then he started his expert-witness consulting business, which he was doing when he met Oprah, which doesn't require any kind of licensing (as fae as I know). So I don't know that the guy is a licensed mental health professional anywhere. And his show is for entertainment purposes only, as that big rolling disclaimer reads.
MyraA
Shill claims the Texas Psychiatry Board investigated him because he hired his patient to work at his office. He said her family asked him to help her out and then says "No good deed goes unpunished". Shill thinks he is the victim here. I would love to know what really happened. It was serious enough that he voluntarily gave up his licence rather than face disciplinary action.
DeepRed
That sounds about right, MyraA. I think a charge of sexual misbehavior with that patient was involved too. He was only licensed in Texas from 1979 to 1988, IIRC. So much for his always saying that he's been doing "this" (acting as a counselor) for 30 years.

As a teacher I also am a mandated reporter, and the law says that we have to report suspicions of abuse witnessed within our professional capacity, it doesn't say that we have to keep our eyes open all the time outside the classroom. Since Shill isn't a therapist anymore, just an entertainer, he might not be required to report squat. Who knows. He'll do whatever he wants anyway, 'cause that's the Phil way! If it would make good TV to report, he'll report. If not, screw 'em.

Just to clear something up- (California State Law)PC 152.3. Any person who reasonably believes that he or she has observed a murder, rape or forcible lewd act where the victim is under the age of 14 is required to make a report to a peace officer.(Misdemeanor)
-In addition, mandated reports (includes health care providers, school officials, peace officers and firefighters, socal workers and others) who knows or reasoably suspects that a child is being abused or neglected must make an immediate report to a designated law enforcement agency or welfare department. Failure to make a mandated report is a misdeameanor.

Wouldn't Shill fall under "Health care provider"? And even if he isn't a "Dr." I'm sure he would fall under the title of "other". Not that it really matters if he is breaking the law because like onlyinPV said "He'll do whatever he wants anyway, 'cause that's the Phil way! If it would make good TV to report, he'll report. If not, screw 'em."

I think that Shill falls into a grey area. But he'd never report anyone for abuse, ever, even if they had video of it (which they have had-alky dad and beating mom) because if he started reporting abusive parents to local cps, no one would go on his show anymore. Ane that's the bottom line here.

I hated "Sarah" almost as much as the smug-ugly cheater on yesterday's show. "Crazy bitch" what a horrible, horrible, woman. If she didn't want to "confuse" the baby by having him go to different families then she shouldn't have brought him into the world under the circumstances under which she did. She created the situation with her whoring ways and now she wants to sweep it under the rug and pretend her husband is the baby's father. They want the baby to know his father? Yeah, in their fantasy minds where they will spring it on Jr. when he's 18 like he wouldn't figure it out or have someone else spill the beans before that? The child should know his father (creep though he may be but no less a creep than his mother) but organically. The child should also know his half-siblings as a natural part of his life. Crazy bitch. I also think her hubby is a deluded fool. He things this big bad old predator lured his sweet wife away and refuses to look at the deeper causes of her infidelity. The dissatifation "Sarah" had that led to the affair is still there just waiting for the next horny guy to pay a little attention to her. Crazy bitch. I also think the cheater is being manipulative in not going through the Court system to set up formal arrangements and Michelle has more than a little "HA! I've got your baby! What are you going to do about it you crazy bitch) about her. One more reason to get the Courts involved so mediation can be done. Crazy bitches.

With all that said about the 'twins' this makes me believe even more that the family with the boy who molested his 'sister' is a fake. I still don't believe it.

And I know stuff like this happens everday and is a reality for many victims.

Wow, Jay is so awesome in front of the camera! He's natural and interesting to watch. He's totally a voice for young America. What a dynamic young man!

Wait, is that what I meant to say? No, what I really meant is that he's a bubble-butted hack who's main talent seems to be having a famous blow-hard for a father.
DrCher
I might of been able to take Jay's report seriously if he had on less eye makeup.

I'm so glad I missed the show today then because I can certainly do without anymore Dr. Jay. Was he relating and solving some teen problems again.....because 5 or 6 years ago he was one.

I've never witnessed his bubble-butt, yet I am 100% aware of the butt on his face that most people would call a chin.

Jay's pimp necklace hanging down in his nasty hairy chest was almost as revolting as the cult.

Mmmmmm...polygalicious.

All I have to say is, WTF? Is Dr. Shill getting so reckless that now sends his fisrt born child into an area where he needs an armored compliment?

Does anyone else find this slightly troubling?

Oh, and I hated everyone on yesterday's show: The HusBad, the Doormat, the Mistress AND the Cuckold. I felt a little sorry for the Doormat last time around, but for whatever reason I was ready to pretty much throw her in the barrel with the rest of them this time. Ship them off to Polygamyville, I say, and let them duke it out there.

I really don't care about them, they all suck.

Poor, poor babies being brought into that environment.

Edited because anger makes me a feckless typist.

I just popped on to the official message boards where everyone goes to bow down to His Highness. You guys should check out the thread for today's show. Several viewers are praising Shill as a brilliant man with a wonderful brilliant wife and two amazing children. Wow. What show were these people watching? If Robin's brilliant, then I must be Stephen fucking Hawking.

re: FUF(insert # here) where married stud is procreating up and down the block and his wife for some reason won't let the doorknob hit him in the ass on his way out:

LOVED Sir Studs self-diagnosis of ADD as his excuse for screwing around on his wife SO much.
He just couldn't keep his attention on one relationship!
BRILLIANT! Freud and Jung are spinning in their graves.
HOW that doc that wrote the book Sir Stud was reading didn't keep from laughing in his frickin' face is pure professionalism.

Anyone else notice how more and more they are trying to slide "diagnosis" into the storylines? DrP acts like he's surprised to hear the guests coming on with this stuff and gives his mantra of how he can't diagnose these peoples problems. One show last week had all three guests proposing diagnoses and then Studs Jackass comes up with his ADD concept. I thought there was some disclaimer or precursor or something about being on the show and being in treatment (or having a lick of sense) or whatever.

Also, for our next lesson in Counseling 101 (after NOT telling people what they NEED to do) ..... When you pay for someone to get counseling with no personal obligation from them, they are going to basically get what they pay for. Having to pay for any form of treatment, be it whatever amount, gives the client some form of "investment" in the process.
DrP LOVES to throw around how he will get help for someone, with a counselor in their area, blah, blah, blah.

DrP.... come on down off the cross, we could use the wood.
