Can Seacrest not get real guests on his show or is he just trying to be nice? I mean does Porn Starr even have a record deal of any kind or is she still just fishing?

I spoke entirely way too soon. She was on the On-Air website earlier today, and I just looked again, and she's already off the list of celebrity guests. Damn, that was fast.

I'm laughing so hard, I think I ripped something. Porn Starr liiiiiives!

Does Ryan Starr have a career? I haven't heard anything about her since AI1 until the SL3 show. Honestly I thought she finally gave up one trying... Maybe I am wrong? I never saw anything speical about Tiffany AKA Ryan. In my opinion she can't carry a tune and she has no class!

Heh. I just listened to the 30 second clip. She's a man, baby! And that's all I have to say.

I'll take that single (at least the snippet I heard) anyday over the MOR dreck that all the other Idols have pumped out. At least it has some kind of edge, however faux it may be.

I actually liked Ryan's new single. It's hard to describe, but it sounds kind of like a mix of The Bangle's 80's grrl rock and mid-90's soft rock.

Either way, its definitely original when compared to some of the dreck that has been released by Idols. Plus, I actually find myself playing it on repeat, despite my better judgement.

Does Ryan have implants? And is that a silly question? I just can't see how you can be so thin and have such big boobs. I don't know why I care, I just wonder if this is something she's ever mentioned in an interview.

Never wondered about Ryan's boobs until now, I don't know. Ryan doesen't seem like the type to get fake boobs.

After watching the "Surreal Life" last night, I really enjoyed the single, I thought the was she was complaining in was New kids on the block pop crap, but it was more of a rock edge to it. Happy ryan sang it, she should have been top 5 on AI 1 in my book.

Yeah, I too doubt that Ryan has implants. I mean, she is quite well-endowed in the chest area, but I just cant really find any real reason for her to get implants. I mean, before American Idol, which was both her first audition and her first foray into the limelight, she was described, by herself and others, as a "tomboy" and a "dork," both of which she confirmed during her stint on AI. Just doesn't seem like the type who would be unhappy with her body to get implants, is all.

Plus, her Aunt posts on the message boards of her official site, and I'm almost positive that she addressed this issue and responded in the negative.

Ryan has a lot of seemingly impossible features. I mean who has a torso that long? Seriously.

Ryan was on Howard Stern yesterday morning. She kept mentioning AI, but I started listening in the middle of the interview, so I had no clue who it was at first. I don't even know what Ryan looks like, but aaaanyway, Howard and co. wanted to hear her song but she said her publicist forgot to send a copy and she didn't have one on her.

Ryan also mentioned how she's been told over and over to make a pop album, and once she's on the radio and popular, she can make a rock album like she wants. Ryan said she refuses to do it this way.

Other than that, she gave away some secrets about the show that of course no one sees due to editing. Naturally (being on Stern's show), her sexuality was also questioned, but she didn't answer much.

Well I'm never seen 'Surreal Life', so I didn't even really know what Ryan was talking about...but she did mention some episode where she had to perform and everyone was looking for her, but she said that never really happened. She was ready to go, and when they supposedly called her, that wasn't even her voice. Or something. Sorry I'm not being clear since I don't know the show. I'm sure a Howard Stern website could give you more details if you want them.

Ryan had one of my all-time favorite AI downfalls. This was at a time when Justin and Christina could cut the vocal cheese every week and the judges desperately avoided criticizing them. So when Ryan had the pimp slot and butchered "You Really Got Me", I thought they would let her by. Instead, Randy and Simon savaged her. Her response was CLASSIC - she told Simon he couldn't get her music because, to paraphrase "Simon, you're not a rocker, you're a popper!" I loved that moment. The delusions run wild. Right up there with Leah's final 12 performance and KimberME letting all that raccoon makeup flow down her face the first time she was in the bottom 2.

And she was in the bottom 2 the next night. Then the next week she was in the bottom 2 with Justin and for the first and last time, I rooted for Ryan to stay in the competition.

Since she's such a "rocker", has she said anthing about Bo or Connie?

Holy crap! I was casually browsing at the video store this evening, and was gobsmacked to run across this gem.

I rented it -- and felt totally embarrassed bringing it to the counter. Eyes were averted. But I couldn't even watch the whole damn thing. I fell asleep 30 minutes in because it was just so FUCKING boring. And I could barely understand a word she so monotonously said anyway. SPEAK UP! DICTION, girl!

When they mentioned Ryan Star on Rock Star, I thought it might be this Ryan. It seemed an odd coincidence that the guy on Rock Star would have such a similar name. His name is spelled with one r. He lost too. Guess the name is not lucky.

Remember though, Ryan Starr was not her given name. She changed her name (from Tiffany something) when she started on Idol.

If the above is true, she is doing really well for herself with her swimsuit line. In addition, she sold over 340,000 songs in Itunes with 'My religion.' Not too bad.

It seems that Ryan has been doing more modeling than singing lately. She is now modeling for Hot Topic. Kind of random actually....

She's very pretty, but that still photo of her is just awful.



She was never that good of a singer and her pickiness about what style of music she would do probably killed the album prospects. But reading Dust253's post from awhile back, it seems that she's still rather successful, especially considering that she was working at the Gap (? I think) before AI.

In this article about karaoke's revival after American Idol, Ryan gets a mention. I shouldn't laugh, but I did.

Ryan, can you please do jazz? Pretty please with a cherry on top? I loved your voice on AI, but sadly it's not the type of voice that fits your musical preference at all. If you do a jazz album with that deep, smokey voice of yours I'd be all over it like a depraved hooker on a stash of cocaine.

It is amazing to me that Ryan refused any and every offer to do Pop music because it was fake, contrived and she'd be selling out. She even threw a truly unnecessary hissy fit on The Surreal Life when forced to sing Pop, but she continues to bounce from reality show to reality show. She actually can sing Pop and sounded great on the song for The Surreal Life. I guess she is as stupid as she is pretty.
