Does anyone remember this early 80's soap, set in Florida and starring Morgan Fairchild, Mark Harmon, David Selby, Howard Duff and Stella Stevens?

Do I?! That was the jimmy-jawn back in the day! You can't forget Christina Raines as Lane Baloo.

Surprised that nobody seems to remember this one.

Plenty of daft storylines involving small town corruption and voodoo and lots of characters with silly names - Fielding, Lane, Titus, Eudora, Skipper, Elmo, Lute-Mae.

Oh I remember it! I used to love it, who was the brunette that Mark Harmon and that other guy (the guy who ended up on Dallas with Pam for a while) were in love with?

Soapnet should air that again!

Cristina Raines played Lane in the show, and John Beck (Mark Graison in Dallas) played her boyfriend Sam.

David Selby played the villain of the piece, Michael Tyrone, before going to play Richard in Falcon Crest.

About the only thing I can remember about this was the way the first season ended with Morgan Fairchild's character falling/being pushed down the stairs by Mark Harmon's character.

Was that during a hurricane?

Morgan Fairchild was indeed the best reason to watch Flamingo Road.

Another great series from Lorimar gathering dust in the vaults owned by Warners ("If it's not Dallas, we don't want to know about the 1980's soaps").

I'd love to see Flamingo again too. I seem to recall it got pretty wild towards the end with the voodoo storylines.
