I'm fairly new to this board, but not to AMC... I've been watching for about 25 years... Need to know who you are referring to as ADA. Also, does anyone else think that Boyd is an absolutely useless character & that Mia is not the most blessed person in the looks department? If any character needs a recast, it's definitely Mia. It's no wonder no one wants to be with her... As my husband would say, she has a butter face... Anyone who listens to Howard Stern will understand that one...

Next week's spoilers now include Lena as one of the nightmaring principles. If Mags is part of all this, too, I want her in a nice long flannel nightgown (I'm counting on The Punisher) and Lena in the nightie version of the Purple Slip of Evil, because we haven't see her in any state of undress since McT arrived. Nearly 7 months into Megan's latest Reign of Terror at AMC and the ratings are flatter than a pancake. I guess her vision for AMC is not quite as "brilliant" as her pimpers thought. Dancing!Lena may be dorky, but she's still awfully cute. Bianca certainly thought so.

Little Girl, the ADA is Justin McCoy, more often referred to here as Tarzan because of his long hair. (And "Exeter" and "Forehead" both refer to the acting DA, Alan Singer.)

I used to watch Amelia years ago on Loving and The City and she was quite cute then. I think the hair and makeup department at AMC aren't doing her any favors, plus Mia has her bitchface on all the time. Not that many actresses look good with bitchface on, and Eden's really the only one on the show whose hotness actually zooms up several levels. Ah, Pissed!Off Bianca...

ADA = Assistant District Attorney. That's Tarzan's job.

Yes, Boyd's a useless character. But I lurrrve the actor. I think he's adorable and perfectly capable of screentime that's more than 2-3 appearances a month. Poor guy.

I think Mia's okay looking. The thing I notice more than her looks is the fact that Mia is not the most blessed person in the BRAINS department. But a recast? Not necessary. They should just get rid of the character alltogether. She has no purpose other than being a Kaidan obstacle.

This isn't really a new spoiler exactly, but...for the week of 1/26, Kendall and Bianca are hurt with Erica's anger. So apparently Erica does tear into Bianca as well as Kendall. I just hope that instead of sitting around crying over it, they get mad. La Kane so needs a Kinks smackdown, and AMC better not rob me of it. I've been waiting for this a looooooong time.

Anyone think Greenlee is headed for a smackdown by Judge Lampert? I can just see her barging into court, waving that stupid box around and getting thrown out by the good judge. And then she'll be yelled at by half the cast. If I were Greens, at that point I'd try to get myself thrown in jail for contempt of court so I'd be safe from the lynch mob.

I adore Judge Lampert. The nice thing about so many characters being involved in the murder mystery is that hopefully they'll all wind up in the courtroom at one point or another and receive much-needed smackdowns from her. Ryan's at the top of that list, of course. And the spoilers say he will be testifying. Whee! This is the first time ever that I actually want him to run his fool mouth off, so that the judge can tell him to shut up. Has anyone else noticed the great shot of the judge in the hilarious "Kendall Kendall Kendall" promo? It's a total knowing "don't try to pull anything on me" smirk.

You ever see something that was sooo unbelievably embarassing for a person that it actually brought you pain and made you ill even though you weren't the person doing it?

Every day that I watch this show. I feel for all the actors in having to do this dreck every day. Yes, BoogieFever!Lena was embarassing to watch, even though it was kinda cute. But hot, my GAWD the woman is H.O.T.

But honestly, this show has draaaaaaaaaaged on with the murderofMikey so long, I am with the rest of ya'll who really don't give a shit who did it. Can we move on and hope for some decent writing? Really, now Mcthing has resorted to Unfrozen Caveman Rapist? Pa-leeeeeeze.

I, for one have never been so grateful for a stomach flu-induced haze when I finally got around to seeing Friday's episode. All that dancing was just cringingly embarrassing for everybody involved. And did anybody notice that Maggie was pretty half-heartedly doing "the Hustle", she was just sort of stomping around in the background. Couldn't you have chosen a less humilating novelty dance, Lena? The haze also came in handy for the Jerica "afterglow" scene as well. Two hours later, I had the dry heaves that lasted for a good twelve hours. I'm sure it wasn't due to that pair, though. Nope. Not at all.

I agree with others that it was sweet of Lena to be doing something for Bianca on the eve of Kendall's trial. The other Kane women get lucky, and Bianca gets the Macarena.

Well. Olga had a fan lunch today, so there happen to be some answers and mild and vague spoilers.

Prior to ny eve kiss olga doesn't quite remember but she thinks eden said happy new year!
(It was filmed a while ago)
The script said everybody kisses, and Liz actually said I bet u guys do too.
When they were filming the director told them yes you two kiss too, and told them they would be panning all the couples kissing. So that's how they did it.
Olga thought they might cut it but they didn't.

... friday's dancing scenes Olga says her dancing was choreographed, she wasn't allowed to do "her own moves" ....so she had to dance like"sinatra" oops she meant travolta LOL!

She filmed everyday this past week but she says they were mostly group scenes..
And triangle scenes.

No contract talk at all yet with the show
Fyi she said she could do both if she gets the london gig. [ Skiffy -She is flying out tonight to audition for something.]

It does make sense because at the time the NY Post came out with its inflated "first daytime lesbian love scene" scoop, Eden and Olga had worked together very little. Olga's said the first time they really got to talk was at the Fusion bash, because it was a situation where Bianca and Lena didn't have much dialogue, but needed to be seen in the background a lot. Still, bwah! I adore Eden. There's something so sweet, almost old-fashioned in that, sorta like "Let me treat you to dinner before we fuck..." Snerk.

Now that that particular story is out, if AMC ever casts another girlfriend for Bianca, I bet every lesbian/bi actress in NY applies, now that they know that they can get not just onscreen smoochies, but dinner as well. They could really work it, too: "This dinner was just so wonderful, Eden, but I feel I still don't know you well enough to do that scene. How about dinner tomorrow?"

Oh, I don't know. Eden did make the "The [kiss] in the dressing room, that was just for fun" crack on The View. Then there was her post about how they were chatting about four-breasted women and stunt nipples. Snerk. Her mind's plenty dirty. Olga's the more circumspect of the two, I'd say. Remember the Soap Talk in which she was embarrassed and went "You rude man!" after she'd accidentally given Ty Treadway the perfect opening for lecherousness? That post of Eden's embarrassed her too (in a funny way)--she was all "Eden is out of control as ever" in her own post and "the conversation is clean!!" Hee.

Eden talking like that is very cute and innocent seeming and sort of shy and Olga is the more slyly playfully wicked. I'll say one thing ... Eden does seem to be relaxing a bit as she grows older and more comfortable in her adult skin.

The funny thing is that Olga really made a big deal out of the scene she had to do with Wil deVry on Soap Talk. For a soap, that wasn't remotely racy and she got to wear a purple slip instead of being altogether naked like Alicia or Eva have done.

I also hear that Eden keeps it more toned down than Olga at appearances (now Alicia has no shame at all, hee), but I think that's largely a function of Eden being careful about how she presents herself in certain situations, such as Disney-sponsored fan events, than any true reflection on her personality. Her character was the first core gay character on daytime and that prominence has thrust her much more into a spokesmodel position, for a controversial issue, than Olga's had to concern herself with. Eden's got that background in politics, too. From stuff she has said, I have no doubt Eden's got quite an amusingly dirty mind. She's just careful in when she shows it.

Well, there's no argument that she's certainly grown comfortable showing skin. Heh.

Both Olga and Eden seem like cool people. I love Olga's flair for the dramatic in her posts. Talking about her 'deathbed' when she had the flu? (snicker) It's no wonder she gravitated toward acting.

Yeah, that part of Eden's job must suck. Talk about a no-win situation, I don't envy her that headache. She must be jealous of her co-stars ability to simply give an interview and not have it scrutinized to death. I feel for anyone in a role model situation. Ouch, man.

What I meant about role model crap tending to suck is..........you'll always fuck up. Eden (and every other 'role model' ever) is routinely flogged post interview for something or 'nother. The expected perfection implied for people in that position must suck. You can't live up to it. I'm just glad Eden's not anything like Kerr Smith. I feel for that boy's publicist. Wasn't the term asshat invented for him?

Hey everyone! I've been lurking around here on and off for a while, but have never actually posted until now.

I can't really contribute to the day-to-day comments on the show, since for some inexplicable reason, my local ABC affiliate is a day behind on the show (especially frustrating when I have to wait until Monday for a Friday episode), but I still get an enormous kick out of everybody here. You people are kinky as fuck, and I love you for it.

I'm totally on board with both the Kenlee and the Kinks love, and have most definitely seen (and been blinded by) the Rebecca/Alicia light. So. much. HoYay. The photo galleries on Rebecca Budig's site provide much amusement for Kenlee fans. Could they be cuter? -- I'm thinking not. Also, bwa! (And do I spy a rack check in that last one?)

The news of Rebecca dating "Bachelor Bob" is disheartening. My secret TV girlfriend could do so much better (even if only for bearding purposes, hee). But on a Rebecca-related note, does anybody happen to know of anywhere that I could find a full transcript of her Sirius OutQ interview? It'd be muchly appreciated.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi (in a somewhat long-winded manner, apparently). This thread is a blast to read, so definitely keep those heads in the gutters and the sled trips to hell coming!

I don't get to watch this show very much because of my pesky job and I refuse to tape it. I do keep up with it by reading this forum and by watching in on days off and holidays. Every once in a while I'll swallow my pride and tape it.

I came in here to shed a few tears over rumors that Rebecca Budwig (sp?) is dating Bachelor Blob who is a duche bag in case any of you missed him on The Bachelor. If I had any wine I'd pour it out on the ground right now as a mini memorial. Homegirl could do so much better. Hell, I could do better than Bachelor Blob. If there was any justice in this world, Rebecca and the actress who plays Kendall would be a couple because they're precious together and be able to reproduce. Those genes are just too good to waste.

In other news, I think I'm going insane because Lianca as a name has started to sound good to me. Ryan and the actor who plays him is still a dufuss.......although I don't really think that can be considered news because it isn't new. It has always been and will probably always be that way. I'm also a little confused as to how Jacob Young and Megan McTrash keep getting soap work. It's like these two people are following me all around daytime. They suck......and yet, they never go away. I think a paranormal team should be called in to investigate because this is a haunting.

I know this was droped eons ago but I'd like to put in my vote for the baby's name. I choose Gaye Willow Tara Montgomery.Or maybe I should just shorten it to Gaye Tillow Montgomery (you know, because we wouldn't want the child to grow up with anything the kids could make fun of).

I just read the Girlfriends cover story on Eden and, for those of us who gripe that Eden's comments could apply to almost anything, this interview by Sarah Warn of AfterEllen actually gets the rackest rack that ever racked to be a bit more open in her responses. Great job by Sarah, though I wish her non-gay related questions had made the cut, too.

Wait, you mean they aren't already? They certainly could have fooled me! (I kid, I kid. Sort of.) Not sure if it's been posted before, but fans of that joint interview they did for Soap Opera Digest that's posted on Alicia's site might dig this one too. Their HoYay factor is out of control, I tell you.

Alicia: "It was my very first day here that we met. I remember she was wearing a bathrobe, and I thought to myself, 'She is even cuter in person!' And that's what I said to her: 'Oh, my God, you are so cute!' I don't know if you remember that, Rebecca, but that was the first thing I ever said to you."

SFHagood - Tragically, Soap Net isn't available in my area. (Which, given the ridiculous amount of money I blow on digital cable a month, is rather infuriating.) I was told that my request for it would count as a "vote" and that they'd look into it if there was enough interest. I refuse to believe there aren't enough trashy soap fans around here; my guess is that most of them are just too ashamed to call and specifically request it. D'oh.

Also, I meant to ask: where do I find the much talked about PBP, and the cast members' individual boards? As in, are they all linked off of one main board, or are they scattered about on the web? (And do any cast members post on boards other than Eden and Olga? Just curious.)

So, I finally get to see Friday's wonky nightmare episode tomorrow. Should be interesting.

So with you on that. *jumps into line behind onewomanshow* Kenlee (the characters) haven't been making it very easy to ship them. The actresses, on the other hand, make it hard not to.

And now, to show that I actually am capable of talking about things that are not Kenlee-related, I'm going to make myself very unpopular by saying that I actually like Babe. Yes, the storyline is a steaming pile of crap, but I just can't seem to hate her. And all of the Britney parallels are hilarious. (Another random Britney connection: the guy who plays Jamie was in Britney's "Boys" video.)

They definitely need to wrap up these "who's the daddy?" shenanigans ASAP, though. Just tell us who knocked her up and shut up about it already! Ditto for the "who killed Michael?" thing. Thankfully that one is almost over.

That's one thing that tends to bug about AMC -- they don't seem to know when to end a storyline. Instead, they drag it on and on and on until nobody cares anymore. They would do well to learn to pick up the pace a bit. I sometimes can't help but wonder how tedious it must get for the actors trapped in these never-ending storylines.

And poor onewomanshow, with the decidedly un-kinky Kinks dreams. Weren't they grocery shopping last time? So much wasted potential.

Looked at the Alicia/Rebecca pictures. They can't seem to stop holding each others' hand in pictures can they? I don't think I've ever done that with any of my friends.

Since it appears that the murderer will be revealed soon, I'm curious to see who everyone here thinks killed Cambiass.

I've long thought that Boyd was the killer, but with MM's near total lack of screen time these past months, I pretty much doubt it now. I'd love it to be Myrtle. But, most of all, I think it would rock for Kendall to have really done it, and be acquitted.
