I don't get to see the show until I get home from work, but does the lack of discussion about today's episode mean it is too horrifying to talk about or is it just still filler for what is coming up?

Random Person. I was mostly referring to certain people at Eden's forum who don't have much of a sense of humor. Apparently some of them don't understand sarcasm too well either. That last comment didn't refer to you either Random Person. I'm just a little peeved at a poster over there taking my sarcasm out of context.

Paul didn't tell Joe about Babe's call, but instead went to the cabin, where he delivered her baby boy. He then called Kelly (his sister) to say he had a baby for her.

After placing Babe's infant son and Bianca's infant daughter, Miranda, in incubators, Paul left the boy in the cabin while he put Bianca, Babe, and Miranda aboard the helicopter. He staged a helicopter crash, and before giving her newborn son to Kelly, he told Babe the child didn't survive.

But later, when he realized his ploy might be discovered, Paul said the child who lived was Babe's daughter.

Kendall blamed Erica for the "loss" of Bianca's baby, claiming Erica made things so difficult that Binks had to go out in the storm.

Anita refused to give Bobby any promises for their future.

WAIT TO SEE: Bianca rejects Erica.

Like y'all, I am soaking in the vindication of Kinks and Eden's sense of humor. It's all I can do not to rush over to the other boards and gloat to the so-overly-earnest fans who were concerned Kinks might send Eden into some sort of depression or something. Snerk. And you know that if Eden knows, Alicia damn well knows too. The next SSW event, Kinksfans need to show up wearing Kinks shirts and waving Kinks banners! Now if we could just find out if Eden or Alicia have ever read TWoP...and if they ever auction off a meal together again, we have to win that auction. Hee.

Dabney, I can't speak for anyone else, but I had a long lunch with a friend today, so I wasn't able to watch live and can't comment on the ep. But Eden writhing around in a black tank tomorrow? I'm there. I hate childbirth scenes, but I can always put the TV on mute and simply enjoy the pretty. And think all kinds of dirty thoughts. Between my Kinkslove and my Eden lust, I'm sure there's a special place in hell reserved for me.

Dabney, today's ep was definitely AMC killing time. The Jerica stuff was ok but I can only sneer at Erica so much. Kendall/JR had some scenes but they didn't do much but talk about Ryan. Gryan was typically painful, unless you happen to be a shipper of theirs. Babe/Binks was kind of fun because it looked like Alexa and Eden were almost goofing off at the nuttiness of their scenes. Seriously, it was like watching Eden and Alexa do a disaster skit for Sesame Street. They both tried to sell it, bless them, but today was all about setting up tomorrow. Kad played monopoly and tried to manufacture sexual tension. They failed.



Writhing around glistening with sweat, while the rack tries to free itself from all the oppressive clothing its had to endure lately. Dude, I so thought of you when I saw those previews. Heh.

Their heavily-pregnant significant others were last seen heading out into a storm, and they talked about Ryan? Aarrgghh! Please tell me they got a clue by the end of the episode that something is wrong.

Yeah, they did. Today was just everyone just a little worried, then at the end, everyone was veering toward panicking. Every time Erica calmly, coldy evicerates someone, I just tick them off of my imaginary list. David? check. Bianca? check. Kendall? check. And today - Jack? check. I'm just waiting for Opal, Maggie and Lena to get the full force of Erica's wrath.

And, as sick and weird as it may seem, completely off the edge and evil Erica is a hell of a lot more interesting to watch than normal drama queen, yet "off the booze" Erica. The less she emotes, the calmer she is, the better her acting, and scarier she seems. Bit, fat kudos to her this week! I thought at first today that she was going for the old, scenery chewing Erica, but she pulled it out. Poor Jack. So is there anyone at this point that isn't directly responsible for Bianca keeping her baby?

I also realized how fully anal I am today, because I wasn't able to really get into Babe and Bianca's plot until I learned that Babe's car had washed away. Before, I just kept screaming at her "You left your lights on!! What are you thinking?? Go get your keys, and turn off the damn car!!". Yeah, I know, I'm beyond hope. But it just kept at me like an itch. I'm so happy the car got swept into the river, so I can appreciate Bianca in all her sweaty, tank top, glory. Oh, hell, that's kind of wrong, isn't it.

Today, except for the obligatory Gryan FF'ing, I only had to briefly FF Tad and Krystal's scenes, being the firm Timone shipper that I am. Who is in complete denial. And who has decided that Simone's desperation yesterday was just a dream. LALALALALA I'M NOT LISTENING! But, anyway, the point is, as much as I might hate McTrash, and am dreading the whole OLTL baby-switch crossover plot, this soap has gotten so good lately. I put the blame firmly on Kink's shoulders.

Because, as everyone knows, Kinks is Love.

I've had my suspicions for some time, but Tuesday's show proved it beyond a shadow of a doubt--Erica, Erica Kane is a BAMmer. Humph. And out of her friggin' mind to boot.

Wordy McWord to everything that's been said about Erica's speech to Kendall. It was weird, though, because it tore me up to see poor Kendall ripped to shreds, but, on the other hand, Erica's tirade was so chocked full of pervy goodness that I couldn't help but snicker through most of it. I was trying to keep track of all of the Kinkiness within Erica's speech, but I soon realized that I would just end up having to go through the entire thing line by line. Heh. Oh, Erica so knows about Kinks, but the intriguing part about that fact is that she doesn't seem to want to break them up because she's squicked out by it, but because she's, dare I say it. . .jealous. You're a strange one, La Kane.

And also a big ol' word to Susan kicking much ass lately. Erica's scaring the hell out of me. It's like Pervy and Stephen King are collaborating on her dialogue and direction.

Gryan is the biggest snooze that ever snoozed. Not even Rebecca in black leather was enough to stop the itch to FF. Ugh. Enough is enough. Kill Ryan and be done with it.

Heh. I don't think we're really going to hear any more from Erica, though, on this. These last three episodes, plus the earlier one with David, was pretty obviously Erica's chance to lash into the four major "betrayers" before Mimo's "death" occurs and everyone stops giving a shit what Erica thinks or feels because it isn't as important as the grief and devastation Kinks will be feeling. Thank goodness she's done--I doubt we will hear Erica lashing into Opal, who didn't know about the pregnancy, or Maggie/Lena, who are small fish--because I was a bit bored by today's Jerica scenes. She didn't say anything new; she'd covered all the territory with her daughters already, so this had a really obligatory feel about it. Well, at least it's done, she's yelled at the Big Four (and absolved the fifth, Ryan, because Ryan must be fluffed), Jack's finally wised up (his continued cluelessness was driving me up the wall), and I can stop saying, "Shut up, Erica" because the other characters should be saying it quite enough for me soon. I can't wait. I did enjoy Erica's talk about Kinks in therapy because I was running it all through the Pervy filter. She's hoping to cure her daughters of their forbidden love!


It's only kind of wrong if you replayed the preview over and over in slo-mo. *cough* I really must find the Punisher and kiss her feet for dressing Bianca in a low-cut black tank. Tomorrow looks like porn.

I know it's human nature, and I've even done it once or twice myself, but the compulsion to leave repeated voicemail messages always cracks me up. It's so pointless--if someone doesn't call you after listening to the first five messages, they're certainly not going to call just because you left a sixth--but then it's really just a way for the caller to vent their frustration, worry, what have you.

Mystic0, you were right about the feel of the Babe/Bianca scenes, hilarious nutty Sesame Street Disaster. Eden and Alexa did what they could, considering the cheesy special effects and whatnot. Did anyone else notice the charged moment when Bianca and Babe were in each other's arms as the flash flood raged outside? Yum. And then there was Babe's by-now-standard constant groping and her "my dear", "girlfriend", etc. Heck, JR's even bringing the subtext for them, with his line to Kendall about how Babe would do anything for Bianca. This show is so gay. I snickered when Babe was breezily going on about how their situation was pretty okay. Babe has no idea who she's with. See those clouds outside, Babe? Those are the Clouds of Doom that always follow Bianca around. I loved that whole bit at the end when Bianca was trying to calmly, and a little ruefully, tell Babe her water had broken. Alexa just killed me with her delivery when Babe interrupted Bianca with, "A mouse? A mouse! You saw a mouse or a snake?!" The way Bianca snapped her eyes open and then looked at the ceiling for strength during Babe's nonsensical grasping at straws was funny too. Nice try, Babe, but Bianca didn't see a mouse. I noticed that she's showing some skin herself in the previews. This show is so, so gay.

Thanks for the updates, everybody. I still haven't seen the show yet. It was my mom's birthday (stupid real life interference), but I should catch up tonight. Definitely not a Gryan shipper - I agree with the majority - Ryan needs to go away and stop yelling. The sooner, the better.

I also wanted to thank everyone on this board. After going over to Eden's board for the first time to see the damage my Kinks loving, fellow sled drivers were doing, I had to run back to TWoP to get sane again. Between the bad grammar, all of those cartoon faces, and just the overall delusion of the BAMmers (no offense to any that participate in our discussions, we like you), I am never leaving TWoP again.

You know, I was thinking last night that I really like the way Bobby and Anita are being introduced. It's been what, three or four eps since they last appeared? They aren't being shoved down our throats. They have an ep or two (and not swallowing up 80% of the airtime in those eps, either), then they go away and I actually have time to, not exactly miss them, but start thinking, "It'd be nice to see them again." For once, AMC has finally grabbed a clue on how to introduce new characters (okay, they're not technically new, but the actors are)--don't put them on every damn day, show them with established actors and characters first, don't fluff ridiculously.

Hee! onewomanshow, I never tire of your Kinks serenades. I hope you never run out of songs.



Bwah! What's funny is I read a blurb where Eden talks about the stuff she has done to research the childbirth scenes. I guess she's blissfully unaware that a sizable portion of the audience will be watching these scenes just hoping that childbirth requires Bianca to roll around and lean over a lot. Hee! The Punisher understands this, obviously, considering the wardrobe choice for Binks. Nice of Babe to shed clothing, too, in a display of solidarity. Heh.



I thought for a sec that Babe might have figured that out, with the way she volunteered to go check out the cabin herself and all. But, alas, no. That turned out to be just more evidence that Babe has become one of Bianca's bitches. Which works out well for Binky, since that means Babe's gonna be the one to do all the cooking, apparently. Bianca is cursed, and the universe clearly hates her, but she is blessed with the ability to make anyone within fifty feet of her want to do anything possible to take care of her. Or, at the very least, to grope her. ;)

One pervy filtered thing from yesterday that I haven't seen mentioned, Kendall was being a tad bitchy about Babe, wasn't she? I think Kendall might just not like the Babester all that much. Hee! Of course my viewpoint might be a bit skewered, since I had seen a Lamaze cappy over at Eden's where Kendall is eying Babe grope her GF and not looking all that amused by it. Heh. The subtext soap opera continues to amuse the hell outta me.

Yeah, and once Kendall finds out it was Babe that got to see Sweaty!Grunting!HalfNekkid!Bianca, it's not going to be pretty.

Given that Eden wears tanktops to practically every fan gathering, and willingly poses for pictures where she's got her tank pulled up to show her abs, I doubt she's unaware. Heh. But just because we'll be watching for the porn of it all doesn't mean that she shouldn't try to make the childbirth stuff halfway realistic. There are some viewers out there who aren't into women. I just got through informing my east coast friend that she is so totally straight because she looked right past the sweaty writhing and focused on what Bianca was saying.


If Babe had truly figured that out, she never would've left Bianca in the car. I was totally expecting the river to flood and force Bianca to have to crawl out the window and swim or something. Hee.


Speaking of which, did you see Bianca getting her flirt on when she asked Babe about the food? Dude, now that Bianca's given Babe the eyes, Babe's a goner.


I noticed that too. I know we're supposed to believe that Kendall was comparing Babe to Ryan, but the subtext version is so much more entertaining. It's not the first time we've seen Kendall less than enthused about someone interacting with or groping Bianca. Yeah, Kinks has an open relationship and all, but Kendall wants to be sure she's first.

Yeah! That will be my backup to my gaydar from now on. I'll keep that clip ready to go, and show it to the girls I'm not sure about. Perfect!

She calls hospital asks to speak to Paul and tells him about Bianca.

Everyone is at Adam's house and are going to start looking when the doorbell rings. Its Erica.She asks to help.Opal is the only one who seems to care that she's there.

I really enjoyed today's ep. It was pretty tight and didn't really have much that was begging to be FF. And, man, Pervy has taken control of this show, y'all! But first, the non-pervy things that were kinda cool.

The two things that got my attention, even though they weren't big, dramatic moments, were Tad's smackdown of Liza and Bobby wagging around his son. MEK and Marcy did some good work in that one little scene. When Tad hit Liza with that 'good mother' smack, you could totally see that Liza was a little hurt but realized she was being a petty ass and this really wasn't the right time to be worrying about winning Tad. Tres cool. I liked the 'Bobby toting Sam' scene just because he is Bobby's kid and I'm kinda curious about what AMC will do with that.

Now to the pervy.... Babe and Bianca? Damn, that was gay! Alexa is still ensuring her job future by bringing the Yay. And now Eden's throwing it right back. I expect a very interestingly worded quote from Eden about working with Alexa, some time in the near future. Heh, you know it's coming. Anyway, today's B&B scenes were much better since the actresses actually had something to do. Granted, most of what they had to do was flirt and grope, but still. Heh. I guess we can get into the pervy breakdown of it all after more peeps have seen it.

Aw, Kendall's "I can't lose Bianca and the baby...they're all I have." was sooooo sweet. JR was even likable when he hugged her. I even cooed at them for a sec. Reggie looked so cute today. He is such a great brother. I'm still iffy on that tramp who's NOT Joni but she's pretty. I laughed at her in Greens' dress.
Oh, I laughed at Edmund and am deeply ashamed of myself. Well, sorta ashamed.

Friday's Episode


Anita and Maria come home to what happened. Edmund says everyeone is ok thanks to Bobby.

Reggie sleeping with Danielle, and Jackson comes to Greenlee's place to find him.

Ryan and Greenlee end up at the River and they see a car.

Kendall goes to Erica's and walks in and says "I want Bianca I want Bianca." (I'm not lying she actually says that.)

Babe is helping Bianca push during her labor.

Kendall tells Erica what happened. Tells Erica she always makes it about herself and it will be her fault if they can't find Bianca.

Jackson sees Reggie and asks him where he has been. He asks if he has heard from Bianca. Jackson fills him in. Reggie covers himself by making sure Jackson doesn't figure out what he's been up to.

Ryan goes to look at the car and finds Bianca's purse. He tells Greenlee whose purse it is.

Bianca has the baby girl and Babe wraps her up and hands her to momma.

Anita sees Bobby and seems unhappy but covrs with happiness. Maria asks what happened. The kids come in not knowing who Bobby is and Sam says that guy is cool. Bobby explains who he is. Anita, Maria and Edmund all have worried looks on their faces, but Bobby tells him he's his uncle. Bobby and Anita then take the kids upstairs. Maria and Edmund talk.

Greenlee worries and wants to save Bianca.

Mary tries to make Adam not worry. Then Adam starts talking about memories of JR as a kid.

Bianca and Babe with the baby and Bianca tells Babe she's Miranda's guardian angel.

Ryan retrieves a backpack in the river and finds it is babe's.

Babe's decides to go out to find a phone or something and kisses Bianca's forehead before she leaves.

Erica talks to Mona's picture and asks if Bianca is alright.

Bianca talks to her baby and begins sinnging to it.

Montage during Bianca's singing of Babe going through the woods, JR opening the door for Tad and Krystal, Babe keels over in the woods, ERica looks at a picture of her and Bianca, and Greenlee and Ryan hug

People gather at the Chandler Mansion. Kendall comes in and hugs Reggie.

Edmund is mad he couldn't help his own kids.

Anita and Bobby hug. Bobby talks about what happened and wanting kids.

Rescuers come to the river and tell them if they were in the car they didn't survive. Ryand and Greenlee goes to his motorcycle cause Ryan wants to tell the families himself in person. Greenlee wants to go to be there for Jackson.

Jamie and Maggie show up. Opal talks to Reggie about Praying. Then Reggie says until God can explain why Bianca always gets bad stuff happening to her he can leave a message. Mia is there. Tad talks about what has gone on and what they should do. MAggie says they should do a search party and APB. Aidan and David are there also. doorbell rings and it's Erica wanting to find Bianca.

Babe gets to David's cabin and breaks in to use the phone.

Edmund talking about how he doesnt' want someone else taking care of his kids.

Bobby talking about wanting kids with Anita. Bobby wants her to come back to Vegas with him. Anita then asks what about Tracy the woman you cheated on me with. He claims thinking about that makes him sick. Anita asks if he wants to have a baby just to fix things. He asks what will it take to have us be a family again. Then Anita says everyone at his work knows about him sleeping with a coworker. He says he wont go without her.

Edmund tells Maria he has made a decision.

Bianca wakes up to the Baby crying.

Babe calls PV hospital. But lady is unhelpful. Babe then asks for Paul. Tells him about Bianca then she bends over in pain.

Tad gets everyone organized to go search. Doorbell rings and Kendall goes to open it and it's Ryan and Greenlee.

I know we're getting Ryan consoling Kendall. Damn it. But, I would love to see an exhausted Kendall walk out of Bianca's hospital room to find Jack waiting. I like Jack's fatherly relationship with all the kids, and really would like to see a quiet no dialog scene of Kendall sobbing in his arms. It would be a nice contrast to Erica lately.

Plus, I'm quite sure that, even though Kendall loves Mimo like crazy, if she had to make a Sophie's Choice she would choose Bianca. Man, the second Bianca stripped down to that little black number, the HoYay went Off. The. Charts. I hate childbirth scenes normally, but I could happily watch this one go on for another full episode. I was impatiently waiting through the first half for Bianca to get that green shirt off, and I haven't had near enough. Oink oink!
