Yeah. But, no. I'm a huge Lianca fan, HUGE, but I couldn't disagree more strongly with this. We don't have Lianca, little time left or not, because they never wanted to give it to us. If that weren't true, we would have had almost nine months of it beginning in July and, instead, we got more Lena/Maggie crap than Lianca. And Jar-Jar Boobe. And Kendall/Ryan/Greenlee. And all sorts of annoying, uninteresting, boring stories.

To say that Kendall, who has done more for Bianca than anyone else, is taking time away from Lena/Lianca is missing the whole point. If Lena had been let in the whole thing, then I'm sure she would have done as much, if not more, for Bianca, but the reality is that TIIC weren't interested in that. Even if Kendall and Bianca had not come together...hee...then some other story would be the culprit, and then another and then another. They don't want to write for Lianca: it's not as if they want to and don't have time.

Having said all that, I get the frustration because I feel it, too: I'm just not going to blame sister-bonding, or any other story, for the absence of what I want to see. I blame the people who should be blamed: the cowards in charge. They never gave a shit before and they continue not to: that's the only mark for consistency they'll ever get from me.

Exactly. Kendall has had plenty of screentime with Frankenbrow, and for a little while it was a triangle with Aidan. AMC hasn't had any problem finding time for Kendall's beard romance. So blaming Kinks for Lianca's lack of screentime is baseless. It's the writers' fault. We could easily have both Kinks and Lianca, just as we've had both Kinks and (sigh) Kryan. Jeez, I only wish Bianca would suck up all of Kendall's time so that she never appears with Ryan again. (This same sentiment, of course, does not apply to either Kaidan or Lianca.)

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Now that's sisterly love, getting identical boob jobs. Did they get a two-for-one special? But Anita is still cute and still the third best sister ever. I'm so glad they finally fixed that problem with the piece of hair always on her cheek.

I took a non-AMC-watching friend out to a Polish restaurant, where we dined on delicious pierogi and hunter's stew, and then took her home and fired up the Tivo. I played four scenes: The sofa scene, the marriage proposal, the lamaze scene that has most of the cuddling and ends with the "proud papas" moment, and the Kinks Lap of Love. Immediate reaction: "Awwwwww, they're so sweet and adorably in love! And wow, their chemistry is smoking. They are so totally doing it. And the show is so totally setting this up. But they're sisters and that's wrong...but they're so sweet and so hot and so in love!...I'm just gonna pretend they're not sisters!" Moments that really knocked her out: Bianca's puppy-dog-eyes line, "You gonna help me out with everything?" ("that's a marriage proposal!"--and the eyeshagging with both lines also killed her), the couple-y vibe at lamaze, and Bianca's smile at Kendall as Melissa Etheridge sang. She was EEEEEEEEE!ing by the end of it all.

She commented, "So why don't they just kiss already, with a bright light shining down from above?" and I promptly went into giggles. When I recovered, I informed her of the Astral Court Sex scene that ended with Kendall and Bianca throwing themselves passionately into each other's arms as the Blinding White Light shone down from above. Bwah!

That spoiler about Kendall telling Erica she's gonna hold her personally responsible for anything that might've happened to Bianca? That makes me so unbelievably happy, I can't tell you how much. Go Kendall! Go Kendall! Bitch-slap that twit! And make it absolutely, totally, one hundred percent clear that you love Bianca more than Erica. Wheeee! I may make a "Go Kendall!" flag for this. And if Erica thinks Kendall's reaction is bad now, wait until the Mimo disaster. Snicker. No wonder Erica apparently winds up in Vegas putting together a stage act (still trying to wrap my brain around that one). She's lucky to still be alive after Kendall gets through with her. And you know Bianca's gonna have her own turn too.

I do hate this upcoming SL with the fire of a thousand suns, and nothing is going to make this crap where Kinks are separated from their lovechild for months worth it all, but I do intend to enjoy certain scenes, such as Kinks bitch-slapping Erica, and Kendall's reaction when Bianca is found.

Yeah, that thread is crazy funny. I'm feeling sorry for the mod, though. Those naughty posters shouldn't be using our Kinks as a way to taunt opposing fanbases! My favorite thing is that even the biggest hater can't deny that Eden and Alicia have mad chemistry together. There really is no denying it. I'm enjoying the debate about if the actors know what kind of vibe they're giving out or not. That's a fun read. I fall into the camp of thinking that the actors are having fun with it and playing it up, but I think a lot of it is coming from how in tune Eden and Alicia are getting. Eden has always been the type of actor that seems to absorb what the other actor gives out and returns it. So the more she matches Alicia (the queen of HoYay) the stronger the vibe gets. The fact that it bleeds over into how she talks in interviews is hilarious. Besides the newsprintgasm, in Eden's latest interviews about her Emmy nom, she always mentions how Alicia should have gotten a nom, too, and how Alicia brings out the best in her. Hee. That makes me chuckle.

I agree that the upcoming SL is gonna be hella painful but we'll get some swoon-worthy Kinks scenes out of it, at least. Mmmm.....yummy! I so can't wait for the Erica smack-down from Kendall. Plus, Bianca will annihilate Erica's ass, too. She's gonna be so devastated by Mimo's 'death' that I can't see her being too forgiving of Erica's behavior and I doubt Kendall will try to temper Binky's anger toward their mother this time. Kinks just might kick Erica's self-absorbed little tail to the curb for a good long while. Praise Pervy!

I just went off in search...and in the latest TV Guide one where she's talking about how Alicia and Susan also deserved nominations, she says, "Alicia and I share so much together." Hee! emdroberts, in response to your question from a few pages back, I am sure Eden would never be caught dead in print actually saying something like, "Bianca and Kendall are in love with each other," but she skates the line a tad. The best line is, IIRC, "The underlying thread [to the storyline] has been the love these two girls have discovered for each other." That's a pretty close quote. What cracks me up is that she says "girls," not "sisters." There's no mention of sisters anywhere there. Show that line to any non-AMC-watching viewer and they'll assume that she's talking about a couple (which she totally is, of course). She's also commented on how Bianca is the only person Kendall trusts completely.

My friend was cracking up at the utter lack of mentions of "sisters" in the dialogue in the four scenes I showed her--the only reference isn't even direct, it's the "Auntie Kendall" bit. (Just as well that Kendall's gonna be the second mommy, not the aunt, because I can just see Mimo being soooo confused about which pronunciation of "aunt" to use. This is the second time Eden's used the "ahnt" one, while Alicia uses "ant".) And word to the chemistry being obvious. My friend noticed it immediately. We are Pervy, but we are not deluded...

I totally see Erica being out in the cold for a good long while after this goes down. Kendall is already, per the spoilers, holding Erica personally responsible, and Bianca is not going to fall for any phony sympathy. See how Erica likes it after spending weeks being a cold mindfucking bitch because she considers her daughter's decision to have her baby an indictment of herself.

Mystic0, my guess for the way it's going to go down is that after Bianca runs out, Kendall decides to stay because she's worried about her drinking idiot of a mother. Maybe she'll bitch at Erica a bit, but I don't think she'll really get into it because it'd use up a lot of the powder for Kendall's bitch-slapping session later in the week after she finds out Bianca is missing. (Not to mention the bitch-slapping that's going to occur when Mimi "dies".) My guess is Kendall might begin with a "How could you say something like that to Bianca?" and "You've got to stop drinking," and then Erica turns it around on her and starts yelling about how this is all Kendall's fault for convincing Bianca to have the baby blah blah tragedycakes. In short, Monday is Erica's chance to yell at Bianca, and Tuesday is Erica's chance to yell at Kendall. They won't really yell back because they did lie and they did shut her out and they've been trying to get her to voice her feelings in the hope that it'll ultimately help the situation. Right now they both want a relationship with Erica, for them all to be a family. Plus, the AMC writers know Kendall and Bianca will be tearing into Erica later. No sense spoiling the biiiiiiiig smackdowns coming by having them really yell at Erica now.

Yay! We have a shipper! Although, really, I don't think it's all that tortorous for him to watch Eden and Alicia lusting after each other. Especially given his Alicia-love. Hell, if our son wasn't a little to young for DisneyWorld just yet, I think I would have had him talked into going to SSW last year just so he could meet Alicia in person.

I forgot to mention this before, but my mother (who introduced me to AMC way back when but rarely has the time to watch anymore) was off work the other day and caught most of the show. When I talked to her a few days later, she asked "So is Erica all bent out of shape over the pregnancy or over her daughters dating?" I can just imagine my poor conservative mother turning on her long beloved AMC to find herself in the middle of the Lamaze class ep. I laughed for an hour after I got off the phone.

KerleyQ, that's priceless. I always find the accounts of our parents and grandparents noticing what's going on especially funny. Well, at least your poor conservative mother didn't see the Monday ep with the sofa scene and marriage proposal. Did you tell your mother you're actually a Kinks shipper? Something I didn't mention before was that I was filling in my friend on AMC stuff--in particular that Bianca has someone she's dating, and a best friend who thinks she wants to be more than friends. I pointed Lena and Naggie out to her during the sofa scene. And then my friend saw the Bianca/Babe moment that ties in with the "proud papas" bit and she was all, "Sheesh, girl's a mack!" I told her everyone works that angle with Eden.

Okay, guys, I get most of your points re lack of Lena screentime. Let me just say here that I'll never forgive the SOBs for their incredible waste of the phenomenal Olga since last July. And I, too, am way beyond delighted that this lovely actress will be going to a first-class, primetime show where you know those she's working for will appreciate all her wonderfulness. (That last is so that I don't have to repeat her class, grace, intelligence, wit, talent, beauty, etc. :) )

But I'm still going to miss Lianca like crazy.....what little we get from time to time. Saying that, I'll be happy to have back a couple of hours each day that were spent in watching for Lena then rewatching again to tape the Lena "bits." Plus I won't have to suffer through the crapfest that is AMC.

And the BAGgers can p..s off for all I care. Too bad we can't say buh-bye to all of them.

Darn, Kelly was much further than one month along before she lost the baby this past week. OLTL has purposely left her conception date vague, but it was sometime before Kevin asked her for a divorce back in the fall. As for Babe, her pregnancy also appears to be further along than originally, because Paul has entered the running again as a serious candidate for the father--which pushes Babe's conception date back to the summer. But Bianca was not originally supposed to be part of this stupid story, which is why the shows have now been frantically fudging to get Kelly and Babe's pregnancies to be even vaguely as far along as hers. If it weren't for throwing Bianca into the mix, Kelly and Babe would line up fine, having both originally gotten pregnant in the fall.

God, Bianca thinking her baby died in a botched medevac rescue really fucking sucks. What, do they tell her that they dropped the baby in the river? Aaaarrgghhh. (I hope she and Kendall go full-on Kane and use their billions to sue everyone's asses. Yes, I know it's really Paul's fault. But Kinks doesn't know that, and they oughta be out for revenge.) And that means Kendall definitely won't see Mimo at all, unless AMC takes huge liberties and has her along as part of the medevac rescue. (Psst. AMC. A little OT, but it's funny: I was watching Wonderfalls on my Tivo last night, and the sister of the main character is a lesbian. At the end of the show, the two sisters were sitting together, the lesbian's arm wrapped around her sister, the other girl with her head on her sister's shoulder, and "I love you"s (sort of grudging ones) were exchanged. And you know what? Not a hint of SisYay about it all. The chemistry just wasn't there. I was in giggles thinking about what Eden and Alicia could've made of that scene. It made me appreciate them even more than I already do. I worship at Eden and Alicia's altar. All hail the Kinks!

I'm having a wee bit of trouble figuring the medevac/Mimo's death thing out. So, Bianca and Mimo are separated during transport and that's when Mimo 'dies'? I had assumed Paul was going to switch everything around at the hospital but maybe he gets some of the groundwork laid before they even get there. And Babe's in a coma? Is that part of Paul's drugging of her? This blows. I like the Kendall riding along with the medevac team idea, but knowing my luck, Prince Ryan will be the one to muscle his way on board. Speaking of, there was the spoiler that Ryan and Greens find Babe's car. Would either one of them have any idea what Babe's car looks like? Do they even know who Babe is? Hee, I've got questions, people!

That's funny you should mention Wonderfalls, Black Knight, because during that scene you mentioned, my head was in the same place. I was waiting for the SisYay and oddly relieved when I didn't find it. Now move over, you're hogging the altar!

I don't want to see SisYay with any set of sisters other than Kinks, so I didn't mind that there was none with the Wonderfall sisters. But I just thought it was hella funny to think of Alicia and Eden playing that, especially given certain of the dialogue that would totally have been turned to Pervy advantage--that whole bit about Jaye saying "I said 'I love you' and I don't feel dirty!" Were it Kinks, we could have immediately run that through the Pervy filter and come up with, "Oh good, they're openly acknowledging their incestuous love and saying that it doesn't bother them at all!"

I cannot recall Ryan or Greenlee ever having met Babe, but perhaps they're one of the search parties that goes out looking for Babe/Bianca? In that case, they would've been given a description of Babe's car. Or maybe they just see the car and call it in, not realizing whose it is.

From the spoilers, it appears Babe and Bianca get separated. First they break into some random rustic cabin, where Babe delivers Miranda, and then later Babe breaks into David's cabin (for medical supplies?) and starts feeling pains when she does. At that point, I guess she calls Paul for help, Paul shows up, drugs her, and delivers her baby while they're still at David's cabin. That makes sense, actually, because Babe wouldn't be able to make her way back to the other cabin, and Paul couldn't be drugging Babe if Bianca were there. Hmmm...in that case, maybe Paul actually leaves Babe to die? Because otherwise, when the drugs got out of her system, Babe would be hella suspicious to have given birth and yet have no baby, and would immediately look in Paul's direction. And then maybe Paul changes his mind when he realizes that he can give Babe Bianca's baby, and calls in help for Babe, only she's in such bad shape by now that she slips into a coma...but I'm still hella confused about how the Bianca portion of the baby switch is going to go down. Perhaps Paul, with his medical training, will somehow be made part of the medevac team?

Someone tell me why Babe would call Paul for help in the first place. She's in David's cabin with a phone. Surely her first instinct would be to call 911 for herself and for Bianca! Surely she'd call JR! Wtf. But it's a soap, so lemme guess. She thinks in the storm and all, the medical chopper will be faster and decides to call Paul directly so he can fly in and fetch them? ::eyeroll::

Paul is supposed to be a helicopter pilot. Supposedly, his job with the Llanview hospital is medevac stuff. I know, I know. I had a hard time believing that moron could operate a helicopter as well. My dad flies them, they're not an easy aircraft to operate. Maybe David Tom being in the role will make Paul's intelligence a bit more believable.

Thanks, kariyaki, I had missed that Paul works as a helicopter pilot. That explains his line to Kelly when he took her to PV Hospital about how he flies patients over all the time. Maybe Babe calls him knowing that, since he does medevacs for a living, he can evacuate them? Beats the hell out of me.

I've seen David Tom's Paul, and to me he looks like a really dumb fuck and not remotely attractive. The OLTL thread mostly disagrees and thinks he's a better Paul. It's just as well that I dislike him so totally--I wouldn't want Brock Cuchna's cuteness getting in the way of my hate. Perhaps there's just something about the Toms that rub me the wrong way--I hate Heather Tom too, and now that Kelly's been so thoroughly ruined, it's just as well that she's playing the part. I won't have any sentimental qualms of "I used to like her!" getting in the way of my rooting for Kinks to kill her.

Don't feel bad that you missed how Paul worked for the hospital. I didn't know either and had to ask the OLTL recappers what the hell he did. Of course, I snorted when I found out he's a fucking helicopter pilot. Better than him being a doctor, I suppose, which is what I originally thought.

Great, if David Tom's Paul isn't going to come across as more intelligent than Brock's, what the hell is the point of having him? Brock was so dang pretty and the only reason I didn't FF his and Boobe's asses completely was because I enjoyed gazing at him adoringly. I can pseudo buy Babe calling Paul. Using insane soap logic, the roads are washed out and Paul can airlift their asses out. Maybe she was gonna call JR next but passes out. I'm not really obsessing over these details, since I just wanna know what goes down with Mimo and how her 'death' supposedly plays out. Bianca will probably be unconscious or something (blood loss or with Bianca's ever shitty luck, she'll have a raging fever from getting caught in the storm) and that's how she is unaware of Mimo's 'death'.

Something not so black-barred, isn't it kinda cool that Kendall is becoming a power player? She'll have Enchantment and you know Binky probably has already signed Fusion over to her. I'm a sporadic OLTL watcher, and for some reason I think that Paul was a fighter pilot at some point. I have this memory of Brock Cuchna in a uniform (mmm. uniforms). Or I could just be on crack.

Just visiting from the OL board, but as I remember it Paul was first introduced as a Navy pilot; then helicopter pilot in the Navy and at that time it was suggested that he flew medical evac missions in the Iraq war. Then he was hired as a the medivac pilot for Llanview Hospital. Somewhere it seemed to be hinted at that he had corpsman experience in the Navy.

I'm sure Bianca will have a good reason to believe her baby is dead--I mean, I wouldn't exactly think of questioning it either if I was told something had gone wrong with the medevac. I doubt Bianca's going to be right there--probably she's evacuated separately, or as Mystic0 says, unconscious or drugged. And most likely Kendall is the one who breaks the news to her. Possibly Jack, if Kendall is too upset to talk, but if Kendall's at all capable of speaking, then she'll insist on being the one to tell Bianca.


It sounds like, from the Monday spoilers, that Kendall will be holding onto ownership of Fusion, but having Simone and Mia run the company for her because she's busy with Enchantment. Which is cool because it's a 'fuck you' to Greenlee. Ha.


Well, I share your stupid hope and have pretty much deluded myself into believing that all these random comments in various episodes will add up to some work-related SLs. Kendall would love to work with Bianca at Enchantment, I'm sure, but on the other hand, from everything that was said during FEM, it appears that Cambias is the real power company. If Bianca decides to seriously get involved with running the estate herself, focusing on Cambias is really the way for her to go. (She can start with changing the name.) But then there's the Greenlee factor--if she and Ryan get involved in some venture together, I can see Kendall deciding to wreck their company, and getting Bianca to help her. I don't really care what it is or how it's done, I just want to see the Sisters Kane taking their act to the boardroom and tearing up shit. Their partners dynamic (not that kind of partners) is too good to waste; we got a great taste of that during the pregnancy scam, which was a stupid story that was watchable only because Kendall and Bianca were so fun to watch working and scheming together. AMC needs to get back to that, give them some other project to work on together that's better than the pregnancy scam. Corporate hijinks are just the ticket.

I cracked up at the idea one poster just submitted that Bianca and Greenlee were switched at birth. That way Kendall stays a Kane, Greenlee is Erica's daughter, and Binks has Mary for a mother. I have to admit, if they were going to pull something in order to legitimize Kinks, that is probably the way to go. Hee! (Yeah, Greenlee is older than Bianca, but the poster pointed out that soaps mess around with ages all the time.)

BK, I disagree with you about HT's Kelly, but I'm with you on DT. I can't stand his Paul. I personally thought he was horrible in his scenes with Kelly. It seemed like he was doing a bad impersonation of someone doing a bad impersonation of Marlon Brando. At least now that BC is gone I can hate Paul with full force. Paul is deadtome.

jenmarie, HT and Kelly are sort of two separate issues for me. I did hate the way HT plays Kelly, but given what's upcoming, I now realize she's simply keeping in character. I've complained since HT's Kelly started that I didn't feel that she really cared about anyone else, and that some of her underlying humanity was lost as a result. But now that she's sold her own aunt up the river, and is planning to steal someone else's baby, I understand she's just playing Kelly as written. Kelly isn't supposed to have much humanity anymore. She's supposed to be a shallow, selfish, evil bitch who doesn't care about anything other than holding onto her sham marriage. Fine--fuck her. She's dead to me.

As for the actress, I cannot stand Heather Tom. I used to wonder if it was HT herself, or whether it was the character she played on Y&R. Now that I've seen her playing a different character, I've finally settled it in my mind--it's true that I don't like either Victoria or Kelly, but I also definitely hate HT herself. It's not that I think she's a bad actress, she just simply rubs me the wrong way. But at this point it's just as well that the Toms, Heather and David, are in the roles. I'm free to hate the characters without any reservations of "aww, but I do like the actor..."


But Bianca and Mary would be priceless to see together. They have completely different world views, even more so than Bianca and Erica. Imagine if Mary had said the stuff she did to Babe, JR and Adam to Bianca's face. And then Greenlee as Erica's daughter...hee! It can actually be argued that Greenlee is even more like Erica than Kendall is, so the dynamic would be interesting, Greenlee and Kendall in a competition with each other to be as like Erica as possible. Snerk.

Oh, but you know, I just thought of it. Sure, a Greenlee/Bianca babyswap would free Kinks up for some squick-free shipping but then it puts a crimp on Kenlee. Dammit, you really CAN'T have your cake and eat it too.

Actually, kariyaki, I was thinking that, given that Kendall obviously loves Bianca more than she loves anyone else, and that Kenlee has never gotten to have scenes even one-hundredth as Pervy, perhaps adding in an illicit-fun element to Kenlee would help boost them. Hee.

Ooh, I'm all over this. Call me a schmuck, but I don't want Greens all forgiven and brought lovingly into the fold. The beauty of the Kane/Montgomerys is that you have all these strong personalities clashing. If Kendall/Greens/Bianca all made nice, zzzzzzz. Sure, Erica hates Greens but that's still not enough conflict. My little fantasy is that Kinks kicks Erica's ass so far out of their lives that Erica/Greens form a tentative bond, over business or something. Erica/Greens vs. Kinks. Now that's a royal rumble, y'all! Plus, they'd all still have to get together for holidays because they all love Jack. Even if I don't get my fantasy, I still want Kinks to take it to the next level and become the terrors of the corporate world.

If we have to have the baby switch and Mimo's 'death', I hope TPTB go all out and use this as a way to really shake shit up. I want Erica's sorry ass banished from Kinks lives. I want Kendall to realize her Kane potential and really grow into her newfound wealth and kick some business ass. I wonder if TPTB will gamble on actually changing Bianca's character in the aftermath of all this. I mean, this just has to be the final nail in Bianca's youthful optimism. She's already lost a lot of faith and it'll be interesting to see if they let this experience harden her some. The good thing about that is that it would take Bianca out of the PV junior set for good (AMC likes to waffle a bit on whether they want Binks as an adult character or not, sometimes). Bianca, a very rich, extremely pissed off adult could be very cool, especially when you add in partner in crime Kendall.

This turning back a few topics to Adam Chandler and why he doesn't seem to give two craps that his company is run by his incompetent son OR as to why he's not even trying to get it back.

Someoen said ADam could just ask BIanca and she'd probably give it to him (maybe... with JR at the helm, who knows?) but I think that is so not in Adam's character. Why would he ask for something he could easily take? I think it would be a blow to Adam's pride to have to ask a young kid like Bianca for the company he built from scratch back. He'd be totally putting himself at her mercy and thats just not his style. He'd totally snatch it away from her. And I think that would actually be an interesting story... JR would be all whiny and pissy about his mean ole dad and Adam would be.... well, Adam.

Agreed. The holiday dinners would be no fun. Yes, Kenlee were cool as friends, and yes, it'd be cool to see Greenlee and Bianca getting along, but...then you've got nothing. And given the way everything has been set up, it would be very hard for AMC to get Kendall and Bianca and Reggie to turn on each other now. Those three have a lovefest going on and have bonds of steel because of what they went through with the Cambias murder SL. So Greenlee's the odd one out in the sibling foursome. It'd be boring if she got along with them all, and yet it is an all-or-nothing situation because if she were on poor terms with Kendall, then she'd automatically be on poor terms with Bianca, if she were on poor terms with Bianca, she'd automatically be on poor terms with Kendall... I think that actually makes it more emotionally affecting the rare times she does connect with one of them, such as when Greenlee and Bianca hugged at Leo's funeral, because of the contrast. Kinks's closeness makes any closeness with Greenlee redundant. What's she going to give Kendall or Bianca that they don't get a hundred times over from each other? When would either of them ever turn to Greenlee instead of each other (not to mention Bianca especially has like ten other people to go to first if Kendall's not around)? When would Greenlee ever become as favored by Reggie as Bianca and Kendall? And so what's the point? It's sort of like how Naggie has gotten shoved into a corner by Bianca's relationships with Kendall/Babe/Lena because they make her redundant, obsolete. For dramatic purposes, it's much better to keep Greenlee as an antagonist stirring up shit in the family.

Erica/Greens vs. Kinks would be pretty funny. You know Erica and Greenlee would only manage a chilly truce and be bitching at each other every minute. But at the same time there'd be an interesting layer because deep down, Greenlee admires Erica, aspires to be Erica, has often wished that she were Erica's daughter instead of Bianca.

I don't know if AMC will really dare go the direction with Bianca's character that realistically ought to happen, with this baby-stealing, but on the other hand, the Kane Women to date in this SL have been written dead-on (except for when Erica's forced to take time out from her breakdown to fluff Ryan). Regardless, I think Bianca's permanently out of the junior set of Pine Valley, fortunately. McTrash insisted on retracting Bianca's former transition into the adult sphere and doing it all over again herself, just like she insisted on tearing down Greenlee's character development of the last couple of years and doing it all over again herself. In both cases, it was completely unnecessary, but fine, McTrash had to do it, and it's been done. Kendall has always acted like a true Kane, now we'll see how far AMC goes with Bianca. And I wonder just how this affects Lianca, since Olga said in her post that Lianca's doing very well, and I'm having difficulty seeing how that can be when Bianca's mourning her daughter and all. I mean, I can think of some ways in which this SL could push Lianca forward, but frankly all of them are emotionally unhealthy ways, which would be hella interesting to watch, but isn't exactly my idea of Lianca doing well.

But that's just it, it would not be at all easy for him to take. Bianca (or rather, the estate) owns the company. A hostile takeover is difficult to start with, and would be even more so in this situation because the estate has billions of dollars to use to fight any such takeover. Adam would never win because the trustee can just buy up a majority of shares from the other stockholders, assuming that a majority of shares isn't already part of said estate, which is a very unlikely assumption. Anyway, Adam tried to work out a deal with Kendall, who he doesn't get along with, for the company--there's no reason he wouldn't simply talk to Bianca, who he likes. And it'd be stupid for him to go to the trouble of a corporate takeover that's probably doomed to fail. Actually, it'd be more humiliating because Bianca would probably be all, "Jeez, you wanted the company? Why didn't you just say so and save yourself all this money and trouble? I certainly don't care about keeping it--here ya go." I try not to think about Chandler cuz it's been so badly written. Adam doesn't even seem to care. Gah.

re: the upcoming storyline: The thing that pisses me off (besides Mimo's "death," Kink's heartbreak, etc.) is that the stupid people in charge are doing this whole crossover storyline presumably to create new viewers. They should realize that the true fans will not be mainpulated that easily, and that any new fans that do come as a result of this story will probably leave once the story is over. It is similar to the Lianca kiss. They pulled a ratings stunt, got some new viewers for awhile, but now that Olga is leaving, I would imagine that some people will stop watching the show. Stupid McTrash and Frons. I keep hoping that all of this gets them fired.

I've always loved that dynamic. Erica/Greens always rock because Erica totally has Greenlee's number and doesn't have to spare a minute's thought trying to figure Greens out. Greenlee is definitely Erica's daughter in spirit, much more so than Mary's. Mary is content to mooch off of anyone just to keep her lifestyle up. Greens is very Erica in that she'll work for what she wants and build something of her own making that's not dependent on anyone else. I dig it that Greens aspires to be Erica and Erica knows it. That's why I loved when Erica had that little talk to Greens after Leo's death. Erica reminded her about who Greens really was and that she needed to get back into the game (so Erica could get back to whipping Fusion's ass). Only Erica could motivate Greens like that. Hee, I guess we know where Kendall picked up her tough love speech gene (Kendall's pep talk to suicidal Lena). Reading back over this, Bianca's clearly adopted. Heh.

I really don't know if AMC will change Bianca's character, either. They've pretty much glossed over the fact that she killed someone. But that could be, like you've said, Bianca killing Mikey is the easiest outcome for her to live with. I wouldn't want the character totally changed but I don't want the fact that Binks has had a seriously fucked up year completely glossed over. I dunno, I get the feeling that McT sees Bianca in a very particular way so I don't know if she'll change Binks at all.

And word to not understanding exactly how Lianca can be fairing well. Olga confuzzled me a bit with that. Maybe she just meant that Lianca are still together-ish even through all this. Got me, man.

I'd say that it shows you can recognize chemistry, and that you have taste. Yeah, yeah, there's the sister thing, but as Mysticks Muse correctly pointed out, Eden is playing her scenes with Liz like Bianca sees Naggie as a sister. Heh.

Scanning through that BAM fans thread, I loved seeing that they think Naggie should be the lamaze coach. Sure. I also see that they're still buying into that baseless rumor that Naggie was supposed to have all the scenes that Kendall had (that is, the coverup, murdering Mikey, etc.) A couple of Kinksfans there, taking abuse, poor things.

CKD, I was thinking the same thing about Olga. I love her and all, but maybe she's smoking weed before she posts these days, perhaps?

I had already deduced the dates and now I have questions about specifics. Where in the episodes are these moments? DLoFE? Early, mid or late in the ep? And I think I've found the Flirty Head Tilt one but I have a question about it. Was it right when Naggie was leaving or when Kendall arrived?

The Flirty Head Tilt occurs at the very end of the episode--Bianca opens the door to Kendall, steps out into the hallway saying that she smelled something, Kendall pretends to be offended, and Bianca tilts her head, smiles adorably, says "No offense" and hugs Kendall.

The DLoFE occurs about a third of the way through the January 21st ep.
