It certainly sounds like, at the very least,
the Bianca/Naggie living arrangement is coming to a definite end. I'll happily take Lianca or Kinks. I admit I'd prefer Kinks for now, only because that way we could end up with both situations happening, in a happy way. (i.e. Bianca could move in with Lena now and live with Kendall later, but if that happened, it'd be because Lianca has broken up once again--waaaahhhh. But if Bianca lived with Kendall first, then she could eventually leave, on the best of terms, to live with Lena later.
Or, what the heck. If AMC really wants to be true to Kendall's character, both Lena and Kendall should be living with Bianca. No way Kendall's going to tear herself away from her niece. Please, Pervy? Bianca was rich before, but she's got billions now. Heck, she can buy a mansion and move in the entire Kane-Montgomery family plus their love interests. Heh.And flowers. Live ones even.

That obvious Aidan/Anita chemistry test bugged me for so many reasons. First, you don't need to chemistry test the man--Kaidan, people, Kaidan!! Second, how long ago was it that Aidan was hitting the sheets with and engaged to Anita's big sister? I've never been a big fan of the working their way through the family thing. And the scene was just horrid. The actress seems fine, but the whole scene was not good. And, of course, there's Kaidan. And did I mention Kaidan? Hello, McTrash...

I'm apprehensive. I haven't seen baby switch rumors

Oh, I hated the Aidanita chemistry test today. It was the classic clichéd hate-at-first-sight-doomed-to-fall-in-love situation. Blah. But the fact the new Anita managed to believably get through that HORRID dialogue without making me dislike her intensely impresses me.

The thing that bothered me about the new Anita today was that piece of hair that was on her cheek practically the entire time. I hope it was just a product of her cap, but I was so distracted by constant thoughts of wanting to brush the hair out of the way. Yeah, I kind of got the feeling today that Reggie spoke up that he helped Kendall because he could see that she was floundering on the stand, and he impetuously wanted to save her. (Awwww.) I didn't buy that flashback either. At the very least, if Kendall had left her own condo as soon as she heard the gunshot, she would've bumped smack into the killer--Bianca--right outside. And Mikey's "death speech" just wasn't him. Specifically, it was the "I'm taking you all to hell" part (paraphrased). Actually, that speech is a nice touch in how it's very
Adaptation--it's not Mikey, but it's the sort of overly dramatic thing that Kendall would think up.
I've never been a big fan of the working their way through the family thing.
Speaking of which,
while I did think Kendall/David had chemistry (surprise, it IS Alicia after all) in their chemistry test a couple of months ago, I have to say I'm against it. David slept with Kendall's mother AND he did the rape exam on her sister. I'm fine with David/Greenlee, but at some point, I do draw a line. (But then I admit that I've never liked it that David was the one who did the rape exam on Bianca, when he'd slept with her mother. Yadda yadda I understand her reasoning, but I still found it squicky.)

I don't hate this new chick but I hated that scene, all that opposite sex cheesy banter, made me change the channel. So this chick Anita is Maria's sister?
Is it weird that I was moved by a fantasy sequence? I tuned into Kendall's imagining being found guilty and sentenced to death, I figured it wasn't real, but I still got choked up. Because is AM is just that good.
Erica and Ryan? Blech. How come the first words out of her mouth after she finds out that Ryan and Kendall broke up are: "Kendall betrayed you?" Shut up, Erica. Why didn't she tell him to beat it, call Aiden to let him know that Kendall needs him?

This might've been addressed earlier, but wouldn't the prosecution object every time they referred to Mikey as Bianca's rapist? I've heard it stated on the stand several times now, and it bugs. He was cleared of the charges, so legally they can't be using it as justification.
ITA with getting choked up over the fantasy intro- but particularly the end where it faded to her, and she looked so very, very lost and haunted and... sexy as hell... oh... lost my train of thought there.

Technically, a person is never found "innocent", only "not guilty", or in Michael's case, there was not enough evidence at that time to bind him over for trial. The prosecution could object, but from practical experience, sometimes objecting to something like that works against you. Bianca being raped is the entire motive for Kendall killing Michael, so the prosecution doesn't really want it to be kept out, though it might make the jury more sympathetic. Even if the prosecution wanted to keep it out, objecting every time it was mentioned would make the prosecution seem like bad guys in the eyes of the jury for trying to deny what happened.
A real life example: My firm once defended a child safety seat manufacturer in a wrongful death case of a baby. There were lots of complex factors involved, but ultimately, the jury found for us (the company), seemingly on the grounds that the baby wasn't even in the seat at the time of the car accident that killed him. As part of the trial, we were allowed to bring in witness testimony of people who were involved in similar accidents (rollovers) with children in the safety seats, where the children's lives were saved by the use of the seats. One guy's wife died in the accident, while his child was unharmed in the safety seat next to her. The plaintiffs had the judge order that the father couldn't say his wife died in the accident, so we couldn't ask how she was. The guy was so torn up and had to try so hard not to say it, that it made it much more obvious and much more effective for us than if he had been allowed to say that she had died. The poor guy was weeping on the stand, something he wouldn't have done had he simply been able to say she died.

Yup. The prosecution brought up the "alleged" rape first, in Alan's opening statement. But he has taken pains at times to say that Kendall only
believes that Mikey raped Bianca. That way, the motive is introduced, but with the additional variable that maybe Kendall was completely wrong. That would help reduce jury sympathy (which is one of many reasons why Livia should be calling Bianca to the stand). Killing your sister's rapist? Sympathetic and understandable for many. Killing an innocent man? No. Right now the jury doesn't know Bianca at all and the issue of whether she lied about the rape could conceivably crop up during deliberations, especially as the jury already knows that the rape charge didn't stick.

DrCher. Paul's sister Kelly is pregnant on OLTL, but I would be surprised if she carried to term, and she needs a baby to hang onto her husband. Fine by me--all I ask is that the Kinks lovechild be kept out of any baby-switching hijinks.

Anywho, I missed most of the AMC segment, but I caught the tail end where they were worshipping at the altar of Bobbie Eakes and Tad and Krystal. And while I don't mind BE, I just do not for the life of me understand teh appear of that walking STD. Just. Do. Not. Get. It. That coupled with Carolyn Hinsey's contued drooling over Tad and Krystal has just left me scratching my head. Every press source is totally pimping this couple from hell. What the fuck for? Krystal has not won a single poll about "Who should Tad be with?" For fuck's sake she comes in behind Brooke, with Liza or Simone winning (usually by a close margin)
I don't get it either. The only thing I can think is that Bobbi Eakes must be some kind of sacred cow (and I do mean cow!) among the soap press, and so they feel they have to fluff her within an inch of her life to keep her happy. Well, that and ABC is probably paying them to fluff.

Ryan must die. Would it have killed him to pretend to care that Kendall's on trial? I know it's an inconvenience to ignore psychic flashes, and just his mere presence should be enough, but just pretend to care, k? Ass.
So, Adam and David's testimony helps the defense because even though they say they didn't ice Mikey, just the fact that they wanted to and could be lying about NOT killing him casts some doubt and helps Kendall. Is that right? Now, Erica's gonna take the stand and confess even though she doesn't remember what the hell she did? Is she the one who shot Adam?
I was confused (big surprise) why Kendall didn't just have Reggie help hang Mikey up, but I guess she was thinking ahead already about phase two. She sends Reggie home and gets Boyd to marry her as Mikey. Damn, that girl can fire off some elaborate plans off the cuff. I take it from Kendall's "I can't be sure" line to Reggie that Kendall did see someone (or something) that night but we haven't been shown it.
Does that Paul guy suck this hard on OLTL? Is his character likable over there? And why couldn't Krystal, who obviously knows her way around a zipper, get his coat zipped? Why am I asking stupid questions?
Aidan told Mia to piss off! Hee! Boyd looked awful pretty sitting there all broody.

As far as your David/Adam questions, Mystic0, Livia is building up reasonable doubt, though Forehead is chipping away at it quite well. Since they both said they didn't shoot Asshat, Kendall is still in deep shit. On the other hand, if she hadn't lied and hadn't made up the whole marriage/pregnancy thing, David and Adam's testimony - as well as everyone else's - would have helped a great deal and cast enough reasonable doubt that Kendall would have been carried out of that courthouse like a victor in ancient Rome. Just goes to show: if you're going to lie, try to keep it simple.
I'm as confused as you are by the Reggie/Boyd switcharoo, but McTool probably wanted to include everyone and that was all she could think of for Reggie.

Well there is a verynice pic of Marc in the new SOD where he explains why he asked to be let out of his contract. He's headed to LA for pilot season. In other casting news SOD says one AMC starlet will be let go for budget reasons, and one high profile actress might not resign with the show. So I'm thinking Amelia and I'm not sure about Madame X.

Here I'd thought Boobe's yellow top was quite appalling enough...and then I had to watch her in scenes with Paul's red sweater. I mean, the sweater in itself was fine, but put the two of them together, and I was just wincing from the bright primary colors. Seriously, wardrobe, pay some attention to who's going to be appearing in scenes together, okay?
Psychic connections are a generally bad idea to start with, but CamMath has no idea how to act one. It's just painful--as is the continued Ryan fluffing. I'm even more depressed about it since the SOD chat mentioned that there is no decision yet about who Ryan's going to be with, so it's just going to be Greenlee/Ryan/Kendall indefinitely, apparently. Sigh.
Not that I care about Maurmund, mind you, but wouldn't it have been sorta nice to pick up with Anita and Maria at least? I know I would certainly have preferred listening to them chat instead of listening to Greenlee/Ryan chat.
Reggie so totally knows Bianca did it. I giggled when Kendall's first words to him were a reprimand for leaving Bianca alone. That's Kendall, thinking of her sister first and foremost.
David's incriminating himself would be a tad more effective with the jury, methinks, if he wasn't so obviously "wink wink, I did it, nod nod". That's a problem with the way a lot of the witnesses have incriminated themselves; they're clearly doing it on purpose to help Kendall and so it doesn't go all that far with the jury. It'd be much more effective if it looked like Livia was beating them down on the stand, forcing them to admit motive and means and opportunity.
Hee, Erica must've shot Adam. I thought that flashback was hella funny. Adam's facial expression when he was shot was priceless.
I didn't have a problem with the Reggie/Boyd switcheroo Kendall pulled that night. She couldn't have married Reggie, what with him being a minor and not even close to passing himself off as Michael and all. And since they obviously thought, from their shared look in the flashback, that Bianca killed Michael, Kendall would've wanted Reggie to get back to Bianca as soon as possible.
Really a pretty slow day, though I did giggle at the judge's continued exasperation over how the Kane-Montgomerys keep turning her courtroom into a carnival. Wait until she gets a load of La Kane.
I'm going to take the greatest visceral pleasure in watching Bianca shoot Michael. You go, Bianca.

David Tom is also a horrible actor! I had to suffer through watching Y&R when I was with my ex-BF.
David Tom was usually laughable at his attempts at being serious....and can I add that this guy brings the ugly like ants to a picnic!

How sad is it that I'm not even surprised at how disappointing and anti-climactic this is turning out to be. Although... It's actually impressive that anything at all could be anti-climactic to this storyline. Other than Kinks, this whole storyline was one big anti-climax.

Wow, BC is horrible. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt on OLTL, since they've never given him much to do. His scenes with Boobe today were hysterically bad.
