BK , I think you said once that Bianca had abandoned the idea Kendall had really married Michael in Vegas. When you watch the show today, try and figure out if her look upon hearing Tin Foil Freddy say he married Kendall and Boyd means she's shocked to hear it or freaked that her sister's defense is in trouble. I can't decide which it is because, even while looking at Kendall's back, Bianca is is full throttle Kinks mode.

I had the same question about what was going on in Binky's head based on her reaction shots. She's always a hard character to suss out, just because she doesn't confront people unless she has to ( as Black knight has said) so you never know *what* she believes. Someone 'splain it to me.

See, I feel the exact oppositie. I love Terri but neither she nor Mia have ever grown on me in any way because in the years they've been on the show, their characters have never felt like they were a part of the show. They're kind of like hangers-on. While Liza has SO much history, especially with Tad, and I just love seeing vindictive, gleeful Liza resurfacing after being a doormat for so very long. Being married to Adam really sucked the life out of her.

I agree about Tad and Krystal, though. Bitch needs to step off the Tad. He doesn't need the STD.

Hilarious. I couldn't even remember Erica's facial expression at all because Bianca's was so terrific. I had to look at the caps to see Erica's. I always knew Eden could do a hell of a "shocked" reaction and it was just doubly funny in the context of the boathouse ep long ago.

At least that damn dress is destroyed. Now we know why AMC put Kendall in such a fugly dress. The Punisher knew it'd be destoyed and didn't want to waste money on a good dress.

I'm guessing the murderer-reveal we've heard about will come tomorrow in all the courtroom fallout. There's no way tomorrow's ep isn't going to pick up right where today's left off, with Kendall trying to cover herself and everyone gasping and the judge banging her gavel to try to restore order, I'm sure. Lucky for Greenlee that everyone is so busy goggling that she'll have about two minutes to flee the courtroom before the lynch mob forms up.


CKD, I think it's both shock at the reveal and worry that Kendall's defense is in trouble. I don't think her shock is any indicator that she had still believed Kendall's story about the marriage. Her reaction to Greenlee at the beginning of the ep alone showed that she knew the preacher was bad news. (As Erica pointed out to Myrtle, if the preacher could help Kendall's defense, he would be a witness for the defense instead of the prosecution.) Bianca has been quite certain the last couple of days that she saw Michael killed that night, so she knew the marriage story is bogus as hell. She was just shocked to learn exactly how Kendall had pulled off the fake marriage, and then very worried (I also saw the lean forward Bianca did towards Kendall--she was sooo close to jumping the barrier and taking Kendall in her arms. Hee). It's not something they've ever discussed because Bianca has not directly questioned Kendall about the marriage ever since Kendall's arrest. There's no benefit in it from Bianca's POV.

Whee, just loved Aidan laying the smackdown on Mia. I was giggling insanely when Aidan grabbed Mia by the arm and hauled her into the conference room and slammed the door. And Greenlee? You got off light with the Kane Women today. After this stunt? Flee. Now. I loved Erica telling Greens that she'd messed with a Kane. Too bad Greenlee didn't learn from it.

Oh, and now we know what Erica's "that person" -ism will be for the baby. I admit I snickered inappropriately when she called it "that Michael Cambias baby".

Yeah, someone brought the Kinks term over there. But the reaction is a mixed bag, kariyaki. A lot of them are fed up at Kendall and Bianca's relationship and view it as fluffing Kendall.

You know, I just caught the end of the west coast feed, trying to spot someone holding an "I killed Cambias!" sign (which I didn't find), and saw something weird. Those of you with today's show on tape or TIVO, just what the hell was Aidan doing when Greenlee busted in to defrock Kendall? It's a head scratcher, man. Bizarre...

You know, there might be a reason Greens looked so natural ripping off Kendall's clothes. I'm just sayin'. Very well "acted", ladies.

Also loved Erica stomping on Greenlee with Myrtle glowering ominously from behind her. However, the end of her rant kind of threw me. I would've sworn she said: "You're a pariah! Take your fangs and swim off into the sunset!" Or something similar. I can see how "pariah" is an appropriate term for Greens at this point, but... is it just me, or did it turn into "piranha" in Erica's mind? (Or the writers' minds, anyway.)

ITA with the massive showering of love upon this episode, I would've been so sad if I'd missed it. Angry Aidan is just yummy! I could've lived without Maggie's tongue down Jamie's throat, though. Ew.

I'm still in awe of the greatness of today's episode. This was worthy of a Friday or Monday slot. Weird, since Monday's episode was so mind-numbingly dull which is somewhat ususual. I have to say I'm GLAD that this wasn't a Friday episode. The weekend would be looking like a long stretch of desolate highway right now.

It looks as if he's pulling the back of his jacket over his head. The hell? Good catch, Mystic0. Too bad I have no clue what the hell that's supposed to mean - if anything.

That was so brilliant. Greenlee pulling off Kendall’s dress and Bianca’s reaction shot put a smile on my face that will last for days.

Word, kariyaki, I'm so glad we don't have to wait through a weekend. I mean, if Greenlee thought she was getting stomped on now...heh heh. The best part is I just know she's going to stand there being all triumphant and proud of herself, and just dig her own grave even deeper. Now that Erica knows Kendall isn't pregnant, Kendall will be on her good side again, making Erica even madder at Greenlee. And I'm guessing AMC's got something good in store for Bianca's reaction, because the death glares and comment she made today were pretty light compared to what Greenlee got from many others.

I had to crack up at the preview of Kinks sitting together all glumly in the courtroom as Jack came up to tell them the judge is making her ruling. Again it's such a couple-y situation.


I noticed that, but I was giggling more over Myrtle's smirk when she heard Erica say that. Even Myrtle hates Greenlee. And I doubt Mia will support Greenlee, because she won't want to upset Aidan further, and we know Mia is all about Aidan over friends.

Non-courtroom comments: I really didn't like Liza today. Have some pride, woman. Does she really want her life to be one of telling Tad that she is fine with him sleeping with other women, then chasing those other women off behind his back? Gah. It makes her look so pathetic.

Every time AMC cut to Maggie/Jamie I would yell for the show to get back to the good stuff. Those two were so beyond pointless today, the worst sort of filler--i.e. the kind of filler that is not only boring, but actually taking airtime away from good action that could easily fill up the airtime, which goes against the whole purpose of filler.

I really loved Erica today. I've gone from hatred to love. I'm so fickle. It was a nice smackdown of Greens, mixed metaphors and all. She looked beyond pissed when she saw Greenlee. That was fun. Also, when Erica told Jack to throw that idea "out the window" I was hoping it would be some sort of foreshadowing of Liza tossing someone out a window. What? So I like to read too much into soap operas.

Mia, Mia, Mia. When she had her, "So are we okay?" line or whatever, that just made me laugh and laugh. What an idiot. I love Aidan so much and he deserves to be free of her stupidity.

Kinks. Ah, Kinks. Bianca was about to leap over the barrier thing right into Kendall's arms. Hee. There should be some good Kinks scenes coming up with Kendall's trial being screwed. (Probably a bad choice of words, but there it is.)

Judge Lampert and Livia need to stay forever. I want them at my imaginary Kane/Montgomery dinners throwing snarky comments around. I liked the WTF look Kendall and Livia exchanged when crazy Fred was testifying. It was golden.

I had a dream about AMC last night. Aidan had left me in charge of Lomax at the courthouse, I was supposed to keep him hidden away in a closet or something. If I were Bianca and my girlf--er, sister was practically naked in public, my first instinct would be to take off my coat post-haste to cover her up. Perhaps Bianca forgets and starts to open up her coat, Erica sees the bulging belly, and then Lena stops Bianca and maybe gives Kendall her own jacket. Well, the thought is that Kendall/Bianca take time away from Lianca, so Kendall takes the heat for it. I understand where that idea is coming from, though I don't agree. You know my theory has always been that Lianca's been backburnered until AMC has the time to play out the triangle, which there isn't time for until the murder mystery's wrapped up, because McTrash cannot juggle more than two stories at once.

But I'm not inclined to think it's true--Ryan probably just lifts Greenlee over his head to save her from the lynch mob and leaves Kendall alone to fend for herself. Or perhaps he grabbed a clue and realized that Kendall's true love is Bianca anyway and so he's completely extraneous. Hee.

My full fantasy, really, is that Bianca rushes to cover Kendall up, then as Greenlee's complaining about Bianca helping Kendall, Bianca turns around and WHACKS her one. Greens better be careful. It's one thing for Kendall, who is about the same height as Bianca, but it's an entirely different story for short little Greens. A punch will not only knock her teeth out, but take her head off entirely and send her flying across the room.

Oh, I couldn't stand it. Since I tape the thing every day, knowing whether or not it was worth watching was a moot point for me. I wanted to see the new one right THEN.

I actually have already called the cable company. They said that they had no plans to add it, but that my call would be considered a "vote" for it, and that if there was enough interest they'd look into adding it. I don't think I'll be holding my breath.

Is it incredibly sad that I've actually considered switching over to DirecTV just so I could have SoapNet added to my lineup? I'd really rather not, because I'm pretty happy with my cable service otherwise, but my inner AMC fiend seems a little too fond of the idea.

I love Greenlee's triumphant expression, and everyone looking at her in horror, because of course almost everyone in that courtroom already knew the truth and was hiding it to protect Bianca.

My second favorite thing was Erica's "You messed with a Kane woman." As Myrtle looked at Greenlee in disgust. Hee!

Those poor souls will never make it. I found out a long time ago that you have to find something, anything, outside of the couple you ship to like and focus on, too. It's the only way to stay sane while watching the glacial pace of your couple sloooooooowly making their way together.............and then promptly breaking up. I'm lucky, though. There are a few couples I like on this show but I'm mainly in it for those fucked up Kane/Montgomerys. Of course now I have the unexpected glory of the Kinks to revel in, so I usually have something to dig on. Man, only liking Lianca must be hell! No wonder they're so grumpy all the time, poor guys.

Actually, the last we saw, Opal had just listened to Kendall's testimony and came over to tell her that she kicked ass. But anyway, so I figured that Opal had either swallowed Kendall's story whole, or Palmer talked to her offscreen and pointed out that no one wants Kendall to be convicted for murdering her sister's rapist.

Bianca, is finally starting look seriously preggers in those pictures. Which she should since she's close to eight months along.

I spent the lunch hour watching AMC with a bunch of twentysomething hispanic women in the breakroom at this consulting gig.

Some observations from them:
Said with a knowing smile- "All My Children. It's the telenovella with no ending.ever."
Erica has aged well.
Tad hasn't. One girl said, "Where's Tad?" when he was ON! I said, "That's him on the left. He's heavier and is dying his hair."
Maggie the hoover did not hold their interest.
When I told them that Lena was dating Bianca ... they were intrigued. "Oh, Really?"

We all laughed about all the rapists and murder/killer plots on soaps right now.

My random thought? Yesterday when Bianca was staring at her sofa ... her interior thought was, "Great. That's TWO assault sofas for the bonfire. There must be a sofa Binx Jinx! My next home will have throwpillows everywhere ... like Ryan's."

When I first read this I thought "instead of Tad?! I'd much rather see her with Brooke or...but Krystal...no, can't see it". Then I realized "oh, instead of Simone". To quote Dana on the L Word, I'm "so gay".


Word. Like this murder mystery which I fear will never end.

Loved Myrtle today. The look she gave Greens...that look convinced me she could have done old Mikey in with a smile on her face.

Unfortunately, that is the most accurate one line description of the show I've seen yet. And it's also why I can't watch the show on a regular basis. There's a decided lack of closure in so many storylines, and even when they do end, you feel sort of cheated, since you know that lazy writing will effectively negate any long term effects of the storyline that just wrapped.

Myrtle is always wonderful and that's why she's mine, mine, mine.

According to Beth and SON, today was supposed to be Murder Hint Day and, unless we fanwank that Tin Foil Freddy pointing to Boyd in open court is the clue, I have no fucking idea what the hell is going on.

Long time lurker, first time poster. I would have posted sooner, but couldn't get on the forum. I'm doing a test to see if I do this correctly, and I haven't seen today's episode yet (though I did read all of your replys and greatly look forward to watching), so I will say that I loved Kendal's testimony yesterday, even though she was stupid for testifying.

Also, Greenlee has been a total bitch, but I have to comment on her (or the writers) homage to Auntie Mame last week. At the Philly Baby store, when she said that her friends Bunny Bixler and Gloria Upson were having a baby shower - total Auntie Mame - I loved it.

Is it actually legal to break into a car you don't own without the owner's permission, and then proceed to steal some items from inside (champagne, for instance), and generally make a mess of things? Jamie seemed to think there was nothing wrong with it. Or did I miss irony in his statement? I can't tell, his tone freaks me out so I try not to listen to him.

When there's a man involved, Greens always goes a little wheels off - remember how awful she was when battling Gillian for Frankenbrow and her climbing through the a/c vents and falling through the ceiling at Crazy Laura and Leo's wedding. Now, all this may be an elaborate cover for her secret dreams of Kenlee, but...

Did they say today's date specifically, or just that the reveal's supposed to come during the courtroom uproar over Greenlee's antics, which would leave tomorrow open as a possibility? I suppose it doesn't really matter, because SON has been wrong about the days and weeks so often recently (the spoiler info itself is fine, just the timing is wrong). The one I'm still waiting for is Kendall recalling her last moments with Michael.

I saw Aidan pulling his jacket over his head when I rewatched, and I have no idea either what's up with that. I don't see how it could point to him being the killer, for instance, especially as he's one of the ones who's pretty much in the clear. And Aidan gets up and gets into the shot again really fast, so I don't know. Maybe Aiden's mind just went blip, or he was playing a bit of a joke on Rebecca? e.g. "Greenlee's crazy, better duck for cover!"

I don't think watching that last scene is ever going to get old. Heh. I've come to the conclusion that Eden's reaction shot is possibly the best shocked look I've ever seen during my soap-watching. What's also really funny is, at the moment when Greenlee is just about to get the dress off (hee), you can see Judge Lampert's face briefly in the corner, screaming her head off at Greenlee. Oh, she's pissed. It's hilarious in slo-mo. And then she jumps to her feet just as Greenlee tears away the dress. I can't wait to see the judge get the courtroom back under control tomorrow. (And was she ever flashing leg during that whole hilarious sidebar with Livia and Exeter over Fred's journal.)
