Damn you, I had a post ready!

You can also send Lorenzo an ecard from the Extremities Quarterly website.

As for the episode, so glad Barney is back to normal.

So much for my hilarious discovery. Someone on the show is an evil genius.

Oh come on, who didn't see that twist on "The Scuba Diver" coming? But I thought the Ted Mosby was telling a girl you love her to scare her?

samsnee, I think maybe that's just "the Mosby."

You sonofabitch!

Fantastic episode; looking forward to Robin & Barney together again someday but, for now, glad to have Barney back to his old self.

Haha, I didn't see that twist coming, Samsnee. But I loved it! Glad to see Barney back in form.

Not the perfect episode, though. I think they could have done a better job handling the post-break up fallout.

Also, not too crazy about this "Don" guy.

That was my favorite episode ever. I laughed so hard throughout the episode. I wanted Barney and Robin together but would trade that in like a cheap fourth-Generation Pokemon card for more episodes like this!

I hope they publish the Playbook.

This is exactly why Robin and Barney shouldn't be together.

I caught the twist just as they were all sitting down next to him.

But great episode.

This was better than last week by far. But I think - to me - Robin seemed more subdued than usual. She actually seemed a bit down. So I bought her "just broke up" speech at the end.

While Barney says he faked the insecurities - and he can, it's Barney - a part of me wonders if he was sincere in his contrition even if he would never admit to a lack of awesomeness.

The playbook - and the websites, wow! - was inspired, as was Lily's part in all of it.

The whole "Robin will meet the love of her life" deal got a bit tired, but I guess it was to lead to the end...but if Don is it? Meh.

Overall, though, a solid episode.

This episode was okay. Everyone was acting pretty much in character, which was a nice change, but I hope they're not going to have Barney be this over-the-top all the time from now on. I know it was basically an advertisement for "The Playbook", so hopefully Barney won't be quite this crazy the rest of the season.

I was spoiled for the Don thing, so it didn't come as a huge surprise. On the one hand, they were being really heavy-handed with the "the next guy Robin meets will be the one!" stuff, but on the other hand, I can't see them adding a sixth member to the group long-term. Guess I'll have to wait and see.

ETA: The hardest I laughed was when Ted was sticking multiple chicken fingers in his mouth. Mostly because it looked like Josh and Jason were about to totally lose it.

I admit it, I did not see the twist coming. I really enjoyed this episode. I haven't laughed this much at a HIMYM episode in quite awhile.

Funny episode if for no other reason than to feature an inside look at Barney's plays.

Back to more what we are used to. Even more glad they broke up Robin and Barney now. It makes for a funnier show that way.

I refuse to believe that Jason Segal wasn't riffing after a while with the whole frozen waffle analogy. I also believe that Ted laughing at him was real laughing.

Oh come on, who didn't see that twist on "The Scuba Diver" coming? But I thought the Ted Mosby was telling a girl you love her to scare her?

I didn't. I don't see why it was so obvious. I really bought was Barney was saying and I still think part of what he said was the truth. Especially, him being sorry for hurting Robin's feelings.

My God, I thought Colbie looked gorgeous this episode. Not that she isn't always pretty, but that's what I was thinking everytime she was on-screen.

Also, not too crazy about this "Don" guy.

All he did was introduce himself. I guess your not crazy with the idea of him.

This episode gave me hope that we can move on from Robin/Barney now. It was swallowing the show whole for me. This felt the show were moving things onward.

I really enjoyed this episode. I actually enjoyed Ted and Marshall the most. I hope they get more to do moving forward.
