I really like him so far, despite his occasional screeching/oversinging tendencies. I feel like he'll be the one to bring something new to the show every week and not be boring or predictable.

I went to high school with him, so this is a little eerie, but it shows his high school, interviews his choir teacher, and a friend from high school (who also has a FABULOUS voice). There are pictures of him with his natural strawberry-blonde hair, FWIW.

Adam is a wierd contestant to me, because I don't exactly like his voice, but I am mesmerized by him and his performance. It's almost like watching a car crash, but in a good way.

Adam is far and away my favorite contestant this season.

I hope he keeps being his fierce, campy self on the show and doesn't let TPTB break his spirit.

Adam is the only contestant who I really curious about. I don't care what kind of album Megan would make, or Scott. But I would really be interested in where Adam wants to go, because I think he has a good head on his shoulders, a good sense of who he is, and a good sense of what he does well. I hope he goes far.

I'm really curious how middle America will view his out and proudness replete with boy on boy make-out pics on the 'net. If this were Europe there would be NO problem, but puritanical America? maybe not so much. I am really interested to see what he does on the show myself.

I think America will be just fine with it. American Idol isn't THAT important where folks will care if the potential winner is gay. This show has had ALOT of gay contestants on it so if middle America is still watching the show I doubt they would care if a gay man won.

If Adam loses, it won't be because he's gay. It'll be because not everybody thinks he's the Greatest. I personally don't think he's all that great. Yet. And it's not because he's gay. It's because the show only just started and I have not seen enough of him yet to jump on the bandwagon. But maybe soon I'll be the America's biggest Adam Lambert fan. I don't know.

And I have a feeling Adam is going to have a tough time the closer we get to the finals. Not just him but most of the male contestants. We had two males in the final last year. So this year I think they are really going to be pushing the females.

I fucking love this guy, and haven't been this excited about a contestant since the immortal Jacob Hoggard (CI2) - I totally look forward to seeing what he will do/sing/wear next.

At this stage, he's the only contestant that I'm planning to root for. I am amazed by his talent and I hope that I can relax every week knowing that he will almost always be predictably good. Even if he doesn't win, I am not going to worry about him getting eliminated until at least top 5. I also think that he's one of the most exciting contestants this show has ever had.
