Is it just me or does anyone else not find Amanda Beard all that attractive? Plus, she bugs the hell out of me, so that may be coloring my opinion.

Naturally, I'm rooting for the American swimmers. But by all accounts, Germany's Britta Steffen is one cool, educated, down to earth chick. (And not so bad lookin', either.) I don't at all mind rooting for her in the 100 free.
