Just checking everyone's seen this particular trailer version. I hadn't seen the new snippet with Michael talking to Pope, or Veronica having the bag put over her head.

Hang in there
A funny article about tonight’s episode. I put it here and not in media just in case. The quote under the picture had me giggling. In the penultimate episode of "Prison Break," the gang discovers that the bars to the windows slide right open and decides to escape via the prison clothesline — or perhaps the plan's a bit more devious than it appears. In any case, you won't learn tonight if Michael's newest plan to spring his condemned brother (a previous plan failed) is going to work or not. It doesn't spoil anything to reveal that this episode - which Fox provided to TV columnists - ends in mid-escape, setting the stage for the season finale a week later. Tonight, the escapees begin their journey to freedom via a hole in a cell wall behind a toilet. From there, they meander around the bowels of the prison for so long that you wonder if they know their way out.

You'll see that in the season finale. He's like, "Do whatever you can to get this kid!" This is quite interesting, especially given that he finds out that Sara "had a thing" for Michael. It seems like he'll have no patience or sympathy for Sara, which again begs the question of how she's possibly still working at Fox River next season. Maybe it's just for the first episode or two, and then they shove her off to do something else. The writer who made the comment about Sara "doing her thing" at Fox River could have been speaking in broad strokes, but the truth could be that she's only there for a couple of eps. If Pope is truly this angry, enough to strike out on his own after Michael, why would he be inclined to keep Sara around? Entertainment Weekly blurb on the finale. Nothing particularly groundbreaking. This post has been edited by Pop Culture Freak: May 8, 2006 @ 8:48 am. |
