Meet Danny. He is 39, on the "book smarts" team, and is the CEO of POPstick. His full name is Danny Kastner.

Danny has shaggy hair, plays annoying folk music. Trump is going to hate him. Right? He also has a pretty cool website, including photos of him with Jack Black.

After Ivana, I'm really psyched to see a Bostonian I can root for! (Which means he's probably gone within the first few weeks.) I'm also excited that Casting broke away from the realtor/attorney/salesman cookie-cutter mold for a couple of minutes and picked him.

I used to work at MIT also and thought there'd be no way a guy like that would even *want* to work for Trump Co. But if he's already used to the draconian atmosphere of John Silber's BU, no problem.

Besides the annoying guitar and the folk-singing, he was just so calculated, like someone your high school guidance counselor would send in to teach you sex ed or drug use prevention or something in this "really rad" way. I don't mind unconventional approaches to management at all, but Verna put it best (paraphrasing here), "He's very different, but the results weren't good enough that he could overcome that."

I REALLY wanted to like Danny, just cuz he's different. But the goofy guitar playing was just too much. And I started to think he might be some kind of planted spoiler, the way he was behaving during the task. Maybe he just really is that nutty all on his own.
